Q: What is your favorite 3 characters to write and why?

A: Bakugo, Himiko and Izuku in the order. Bakugo's story throughout the course of Hero Society is my most favorite to write. His relationship with Izuku and his failures are the most enjoyable to write. Himiko has so many interesting stories and her manner of speech and actions are so mysterious yet intriguing. Izuku is the contradiction, he reflects on himself constantly and he walks the line of evil and good. He sees how wrong society is and he wants to change it, he cannot be a true hero so he is the villain. His view of morality makes his choices entertaining and it's so fun to write

Q: What is your favroite arc?

A: The Hosu City Arc, Samebito vs Stain, Izuku and Himiko's relationship, Shoto and Shinso moments and this city that had been the goal of the previous Road To Hosu Arc. Most of all Himiko's backstory

Q: If you could rewrite a scene which would you rewrite?

A: When Shigarkai meets Izuku, 100% could have been done better. If I were to redo it I would have added more chapters around Izuku joining the LOV

Q: Who is the strongest U.A student as of the end of Volume 4

A: Bakugo, with Izuku not having Tenshi Bakugo easily becomes the strongest student

Q: You didn't set up a villain for Volume 5 what does that mean?

A: Volume 5 is special as it breaks away from my tradition main villain per arc. The next book will focus on the individual characters and I really feel that is the right move going forward

Q: How many Volumes do you plan to write during 2021

A: Well I have been looking into writing Spin Offs like the Origins series and with my Fate February events I plan to get 4-5 volumes of Hero Society out this year. 

Q: How long do you plan on continuing the series

A: Well I'm planning on making the series for awhile so I say minimum 5-8 years

Q: What is your next project?

A: Coming out December 11th a new Hero Society Origins is coming out. Hero Society Hawks. It's a story that takes place 3 months before the start of Hero Society Volume 1. More details will be released in the upcoming days as we get closer to the release date.

Q: Final question when will Volume 5 come out?

A: January 1st 2020
