Chapter 249

Endeavor Hero Agency

12:40 PM

Shoto looked down in horor as Hawks cut Izuku's arm off, his friends screams piercing the air, but Shoto didn't have long to process as Endeavor had kicked him across the room. Shoto scampered to his feet, he knew he needed to overheat endeavor so he decided to make a run for it and tire the fire hero out.

Shoto ran out of the room and bolted up the stairs that lead to the roof. Endeavor was not far behind him and Shoto knew that. Boom the door flew off the hinges as Shoto ran out to see an unmanned helicopter, Shoto thought of a plan and he knew that this was the deciding factor of the fight.

Endeavor made it to the roof, the door that lead to the rooftop melted to the ground, like plastic to a blowtorch. The metal bubbling as it melted. Endeavor looked at Shoto not knowing it was his son. Hatred built up between the two of them burst as they sent their murderous intent at each other.

Endeavor: Well you did make me work for this, however it was futile of you to even think you could defeat me

Shoto: Come at me then

Endeavor thought he recognized that voice, but he didn't care he was too enraged to care. Caught up in the battle he didn't have time to remember a criminal's voice.  He was the number one hero, he couldn't lose. Everything he had worked for he had achieved and he wouldn't let this stop him. Creating the biggest fire ball he had ever created he yelled the name of an attack he had created in theory. It's power was dangerous to himself but he didn't care.

Endeavor: INFINITE SOLAR BALL OVERDRIVE!

The fire ball was faster than anything Endeavor had ever made before, the confidence of being the alpha. Shoto was sacred, if he messed this up it was all over. But Shoto managed to redirect the giant fire ball at the helicopter, it took all of his power but Shoto was able to do the impossible.

Both Endeavor and Shoto knew what was going to happen but it was too late as the giant fireball hit the helicopter and the gas tanks as explosion flinging both Shoto and Endeavor off the building as Endeavor's Hero Agency building crumbled to ruins, flames and ash. Glasses and concrete flew through the air smashing the windows of even the nearby windows. It was symbolic of Endeavor's fall from his high place among the hero society.
