Chapter 236

June 20th 20XX

Tokyo, Japan

7:40 PM

Izuku stepped into a huge lobby filled with pictures of various heroes from both the past and present, heroic moments that changed history and statues of heroes who died long ago, it was calming with a fountain in the center of the lobby and a huge glass elevator at the end of it, they walked towards the elevator assuming that the elevator would take them to the top floor.

The elevator entrance was gold with a wood type finish, it looked like nature and wealth fused together. The beauty that attracts those of the elite class to it, the glory given to those who are called heroes.

The elevator played classical music which Izuku could help but smile when thinking about how absurd this whole thing was. This huge slow moving elevator gave you a few of the ground below. Almost like you were ascending up into the heavens above, the majesty of being above the world and over heaven.

Izuku knew that his thoughts were way too over dramatic, but he couldn't help but feel alive. Eri was in shock at how high up she was, it felt like a or a grand amusement park, things Eri had never experienced before, but she imagined this is what it would be like. Shoto leaned against the glass windows and looked down, just like Izuku he felt like he was somehow flying. Shoto wasn't one who looked into buildings or anything of the sort, but he had no choice but to appreciate the Craftsman ship that was put into this elevator.

The elevator doors opened with a ding as the sounds of jazz music filled the air, Shoto, Izuku and Eri stepped onto the floor as the elevator seemingly disappeared as the room continued to spin. Izuku looked around and saw all types of people, from professional heroes, to the heads of banks and corporations. There were people delivering food and drinks to different people or tables, it was busy but controlled. A sophisticated chaos.

Waiter: Ah Mister Midoriya we have your table over here, I assume these are your esteemed guests

Izuku: Yes they are with me

Waiter: Excellent follow me to your table

The group followed the waiter to a window side table, a dark wooden table with gold designs across it's frame, coasters were built into the table which kept the wood from rotting from the condensation of the beverages, silverware were wrapped inside a smooth velvet cloth with gold and a blood red themed colors.

The group sat down and ordered there drinks and meals taking in the scenery once more, the window showed a view of Tokyo, the lights from the buildings and the Tokyo Tower in the distance. Above that was a glowing sign on the window that read Hero Ranking 20XX. Izuku turned to look at the menu that lie in front of him as he closed his eyes enjoying the moment.
