So I just realized that a lot of times in fanfics, it adds what is missing to the show/movie/books(s)/etc. I realized this a few days ago when someone posted this thingy about Hetalia and how in the show, there's like no war or anything while in fanfics its all war and death and stuff XD

But for TMNT, people usually add girl characters, which there are less of. In Hetalia (like I already put) it's war and the darker death-y stuff that isn't really in the show, I think. I wouldn't really know except for whoever published that textpost XD. With Zootopia, people add... humans. Or their own animal that wasn't a big part of the movie.
