Kellin's POV

It wasn't long after I sat down that the doorbell rang. I greeted them and Mr. And Mrs. Hills barely payed attention to me, just nodded their heads. After them was, who I assumed was, their children. Both of them seemed to be around my age and they both held the exact same smirk as they stood in the doorway.
"Hello." They said at the same time and I was slightly taken aback by the synchronization in their voices.

"Hi?" I said back and they both laughed.
"I'm Justin." The boy said and stuck his hand out. I reached to shake it only to have him pull it up to his lips and place a soft kiss on the surface. The girl grumbled and whined in his ear. "Justin I wanted this one!"
"May the better man win sis." He said and winked at me, fully aware that I could hear them.

She shoved Justin out of the way and flipped her long hair over her shoulder.
"I'm Jesse." She said and gave me a big smile. She pulled me in for a hug and before I pulled back she placed a kiss on my neck. "We could have a lot of fun." She whispered.
"Umm I'm gay." I told her and she turned around to look at Justin.
"Looks like he's yours bro, sadly." She added and winked at me again before walking past us and into the living room where everyone else was.

"Guess it's my lucky day." Justin said and smiled at me.
"Umm I'm kinda seeing someone." I told him, thinking of Vic.
"Well damn." He said and shrugged his shoulders. "He's a lucky one. No worries though dude. Friends?" He held up a fist and I bumped it with mine nodding.
"Awesome. Now let's go eat. I want food." He headed towards the kitchen and I followed, shaking my head and laughing. They both seemed odd, but in a cool way I guess.

We sat down at the table and I listened idly as my parents and the Hills talked. However my silence didn't last long because Justin leaned over and whispered in my ear.
"Why did the fish blush?" He asked with a smirk and I gave him a confused look. "Because it saw that oceans bottom." He said and went silent. It only took me a few short seconds to be howling with laughter. Justin joined in and soon enough we had all eyes from the table on us. I was crying from laughing so hard and Justin was clutching his ribs.

"Kellin!" My Mom scolded. "What is wrong with you?" She demanded to know. I let out a few more laughs and caught my breath.
"Justin told me a joke."
"Oh god. Was it cheesy?" Jesse asked and I nodded.
"We'll go on share it with us. Justin's always been funny." His Mom said and gave me a light smile.
"He gets it from me." His Dad declared making Justin roll his eyes.

"Well Kellin tell us this all too funny joke." My Mom glared at me.
"Umm why did the fish blush?" Everyone was quiet.
"Because it saw the oceans bottom!" Justin yelled and everyone except my mother started laughing. (A/N: leave me your cheesiest jokes in the comments. I live for them)

The table finally quieted down and everyone just started telling jokes to the person closest to them. It was one of the best dinners I had ever been to with my parents. The only one who didn't seem to be enjoying it was my mother, but what's new. After the joke telling was done I chatted with Justin as we waited for desert to be served. I found out he was a really cool guy and that him and Jesse were actually twins. He currently wasn't enrolled in college but he was starting next year. He was funny and had a big personality.

"So Justin," my Dad said gaining his attention. "Do you have a special lady in your life?" He asked as he put his arm around my mother.
"No sir. I'm actually gay." Justin said bluntly with a smile on his face.
"Oh, well Kellin i-"
"I think Jesse and Kellin would be cute together." My mom interrupted me Dad.
"Honey he d-"
"Don't you?" She said and turned towards the Mr. and Mrs. Hills.
"I think Jesse and Kellin would make a fantastic couple, however, that's only if they feel interest towards each other. I would never push someone on my child." Mrs. Hills said matter of factly.

"What do you say Kellin?" My Mom turned towards me. "How about you ask Jesse out on a nice date!" I looked at her with a complete look of disbelief. Before I could say anything Jesse caught everyone's attention by laughing.
"Mrs. Bostwick, believe me, when I first met Kellin only a couple hours ago I had plans of pursuing him but there's one little problem."
"And what would that be dear?"
"I don't have a dick hanging between my legs."

"Jesse!" Her Mom scolded and her Dad just laughed.
"They also get their bluntness from me." Their Dad laughed. My Mom just scowled at me and I looked away from her not wanting to deal with her bitchy attitude.
"What about you Justin? You and Kellin?" My Dad said and I immediately blushed. I didn't need my parents trying to set me up.
"Oh. Well I definitely was interested but it seems as he's already taken." Justin said with a smile. "But do expect to see more of me around here. He's pretty great."

My Dad just nodded his head at Justin and gave him a small smile before turning to me with a confused look.
"I wasn't aware you were seeing anyone." He said as the others started a conversation of their own.
"Umm we're kinda private."
"How so?"
"We decided to keep it on the down low for a while and just see where it goes."
"Is this a she or a he?"
"He."
"Well I'd like to meet him eventually." My Dad said with a smile. "Is that where you've been leaving to?"
"How did you know?"
"Kellin, you're my son, I know when you aren't in the house. I just figured you were old enough to know right from wrong, but now that I know your just out with a boyfriend it eases my mind that you aren't on drugs or something."
"Dad!" I said and laughed.

"Well, can't blame a man." He shrugged. "Are you going to see him tonight?"
I thought about it and nodded my head.
"Probably." I actually did miss Vic.
"Well you can go on if you want."
"Really?"
"Yeah go, stay a couple days if you want." I couldn't actually believe how my Dad was handling this.
"Thanks Dad."
"Don't mention it."
