12 - Lucas

After giving myself a 10 minute pep talk that there was no way he knew me I came out of my dressing room.

The dress wasn't extravagant compared to the rest of the dresses on set but it was still annoying.

'How is Jennette even liking these...' I looked infront and there stood Jennette the main star of the show because she wined about it to Father.

She was laughing and twirling around in the dress like she was having the time of her life.

"Athy!" I didn't notice that someone was running up to tackle me with a bear hug.

'Wake up! It's Helena!' my second voice told me making me more alert of my surroundings since my second voice had been quite for the past 10 minutes which was weird...

"Heli." I said returning the hug.

Somehow her bear hug only made me step a few steps back but it didn't make me topple over.

"Are you excited for the shoot today?" Helena asked.

Helena was only here to stand around as one of the audience for the debut ball.

But still she was always hyper about any shoot and shared my love for acting.

"I guess... Though I still need to memories a few lines..." I said scratching my neck.

'Why did you admit you have a flaw!' my second voice scolded me and I coward only just noticing my mistake.

"Eh!?! This is the first time your unprepared!" Helena exclaimed and did a dramatic faint.

Helena and I are quite well known.

I was well known since I was good at acting and have a decent appearance.

While Helena is known for her huge green eyes that made her look very cute, she's amazing at shy or little sister characters.

Amaranth is quite a fan of her's always saying how Helena looked so cute, which would aggravate Jennette to a huge extend.

When me and Jennette first started acting people always compared Jennette's angelic face to Helena's baby doll face.

Jennette was quite mad about it since she hates being compared...

Well more like she doesn't like to be compared to someone who's better then her.

"Come-on let's go talk about Jennette's mistakes." Helena whispered in my ear as she giggled and dragged me to sit down on one of the chairs.

"My daughter you say?" The guy's voice played as a voice over

I have to admit while looking at this story I can't help but see myself in my character...

Ironically lovely princess seemed like my life...

The camera turned to where a few people were standing pretending to gossip.

The camera then zoomed into where Jennette was standing with her back facing the camera, Roger who's name isn't really Roger but that is Kiel's father's name was standing on Jennette's left while kiel himself was standing on her right.

Both Kiel and Roger bowed slightly as Jennette curtsied.

"You see that? She's not holding her dress properly it's supposed to be held by the tip on both sides but she's holding it like she's holding a cloth" someone beside me spoke I turned and saw it was Lucas still has he's red eyes.

The camera zoomed into Jennette from side view.

  "3... 2.... 1...." I counted down

  "Cut!" The director yelled.

"Jennette your supposed to look worried not like you expected it to happen, maybe you could do a hopeful expression instead?" The director asked as I smirked and looked at Lucas who gave me an approving grin.

"Your quite good at this." Lucas complemented.

  "Same to you."

As if his presence was magic I felt relaxed not once did my second voice speak.

"Let's take this from the side view."

"Ugh! She can't even do the curtsy right..." I heard the director grumble as I and Lucas looked at each other and chuckle.

The camera zoomed into Jennette but her expression was... Off...

"Her mouth is open to widely..." Lucas said sighing and covering his eyes with his hand as if saying 'I can't bare to look at this anymore'

"This happens often you'll get used to it. The director looks so agitated he'll probably have to pay more money for the editing just to make her look right..." I sighed along with him as I continued to watch Jennette

The camera now zoomed into the guy who played as Claude as he gave the camera this shivering cold look and his hand slightly away from his face giving him a almost bad boss bitch kinds vibe.

'He pulled it off so well!' I couldn't help but be in awe when people do well in acting.

"He's pretty good huh?" Lucas said.

"Acting wise yes! But he looks to good! In my opinion he doesn't look like the killing mechine the sorry portrays him as. He looks more like some Greek god!" I replied earning a roar of muffled laughter from lucas.

"Your right he does look like a Greek god." Lucas commented.

Now the camera was shifted to Jennette.

  'Oh I forgot!'

"Hey Lucas!" I said distracting him from the live performance.

"Yes?" Lucas looked at me with a 'go-on?' Kinda face.

"Can you mess up my hair?" I asked.

"What..." Lucas gave me a 'what's wrong with you' kinda look.

"Ok! Maybe I should've let that scentence filter through my brain! I need my hair to look messy but I'm not sure how to mess up my own hair! Can you do it for me...?" I asked pleading with him and acting cute.

"You know you really do sound like some crazy fan of mine who just wants me to touch your hair... But I know your not so sure I'll help." Lucas said sighing.

I turned my back to him as I felt him ruffle my hair.

"There! How do you like it?" Lucas brought up his phone to my fave that was on camera mode.

I stared at it in shock...

How did he manage to make my hair look messy yet neat at the same time...

"Wow... Your... Really good with hair..." I said still in awe as I looked at him who had a smug look on his face.

"I know right?" Lucas said with a tone full of arrogance.

Suddenly we felt as if the room temperature dropped to the ground.

Lucas remained the same like it didn't bother him at all while I turned to it's source slowly.

"Interesting..." The guy playing Claude said.

"He's good..." I said in a soft voice that sounded like a whisper I looked at him as if I was in a trance by his voice that shouted authority.

"But I'm better." Lucas spoke breaking me out of my trance.

"You're quite Interesting..." Lucas said grabbing my face with his right hand.

Lucas eyes started to glow like literally glow.

I didn't know what I was doing it's as if I just got hypnotized.

  I didn't dare to move.

It's not like I could even move my whole body refused to listen to any of my commands.

"This is quite amusing" Lucas said with his eyes still glowing and a sly smirk.

My jeweled blue eyes where reflecting the red glow in his eyes.

I finally broke out of being hypnotized and turned my head to the side making him release my face.
(Yes this looks like their first meeting(chapter 17))

I have to admit his voice did scare me and my whole body even failed to function!

'It should be illegal to look this good...'

"Oh come on, your blocking my view..." I grumbled hiding my blush.

Lucas looked at me with a grin before sitting back down beside me.

'Thank the heavens I'm good at acting! Or else he would've noticed my blush!'

"I'll hear the details in the audience room." The guy acting as Claude got up and left with an epic cape flip.

The camera zoomed out for a second before zooming into the three standing in the middle of the room with Roger being the closest to the camera while kiel was the furthest.

"Stand up straighter." Roger told Jennette who's head was looking down slightly instead of looking straight ahead like Kiel and Roger.

"No matter what they say, today is your day princess Jennette" the camera zoomed into Jennette who looked to the ground.

"Why does she look like she forgot lines and is panicking..." Lucas asked me.

"She has no lines but somehow she looks lost. I would rate this... 7/10"

"Your hand M'lady." Kiel's hand popped into frame and offered his hand to Jennette.

The camera then turned to Kiel who was holding out his hand.

"She looks way to happy..." I mumbled..

"Yup..." Lucas nodded as if embarrassed by her acting.

"Well this is my scene. Watch and learn!" I said cocky.

"It's technically not your scene but whatever." Lucas said scoffing.

"Hey it takes talent to look miserable too you know!" I replied knowing that my scene was probably less then 5 minutes.
