     i sent a few pictures, they should come in soon. i sent the one you took of me at the stark expo, the one from coney island, and the one from the beach. god, i miss you, buck. steve and i went dancing, he misses you too. steve has gotten better at defending himself, which is good. i hope you haven't been injured yet. i hope you don't get injured. my pa wants to go to war, even though ma and i keep telling him that he's too old. when we're old, please listen to me? pa doesn't listen to ma at all, and it stresses both of them out.

     i still have the picture of you and i at coney island on my dresser. i got a new frame for it, too. i love you, james.
