Larcade Dragneel is a rather tall, young man with spiky blonde hair

He is characterized by his peaceful and harmonious attitude, always in the mindset to protect his family and comrades.

His Magics revolve around the three human desires: sex, hunger, and slumber to incapacitate the ones before him; even rivaled for it to be able to present a challenge to Acnologia himself.

He is the son of Zeref, the emperor of the Alvarez Empire and Mavis Varmillion, former master and founder of Fairy Tail.

He has one sibling, his Half-Sister, Cirki whom he met the day he saw his mother die.

At first he despises his father for his father was the one behind his mothers death. He went to Alvarez to serve under his father but also gather information so he will plan and be ready to kill his father with his Half- Sister.
At Alvarez, He hears from his father that his mother died because of the Ankhseram and that it wasn't his fathers desire for his mother to die. After hearing this Larcade feels no point to kill his father anymore. He then misunderstands his father's desire to find Lumen Histoire. Instead he thinks his father is just trying to find and get his mother back. He tells his half sister that he opts out of the plan and wishes her luck but knows he will have to face her one day if he is going to support his father.

Because of lack of family, Larcade's love for his sister is immense even if they had just met twice. He had a little obsession too always thinking about her while he was in Alvarez but he decided to throw away his connections with her to pursue his fathers goals. Deep inside he still cares for her knowing that one day he may have to fight her and possibly, find a way to kill her.

Because his father had the Curse, he was never loved so he is generally depressed but loves to hide it with a fake smile. Only one person actually used to make him light up and smile for real. It used to be his half sister.

Larcade never got the Ankhseram Curse even though its a genetic curse and both his parents had it. His mothers genes and his fathers probably cancelled each other and just granted him immortality. Cirki got the curse because only her father had it.

Cirki is basically older than Larcade for she was born 300 years earlier but since her immortality at 18 made her 18 forever and Larcade's Immortality at 22 made him 22 forever, Rahkeid looks older.

Natsu, Larcade's Uncle is also supposed to be older than both Cirki and Larcade but since Natsu was teleported to the future and grew up there, he still looks younger than both Cirki and Larcade. In time, Natsu will pass their ages and get older. Natsu didn't get the curse because he was alive when his brother didn't have the curse yet.

On his way back to Alvarez after meeting with his sister and telling her that he will side with the one she hates and breaks ties, he side tracks and spends a month walking endlessly in sadness. Later on he is ranked part of the Spriggan 12 of the Alvarez Empire and while he swears on the oath to protect his father, the king, he thinks about Cirki and wonders what she is doing. When the other 11 of the Spriggan 12 plan a attack on Fiore against the kings orders, he leaves himself out. The rest of the Spriggan 12 was shocked because he cares about his allies but is unwilling to help them this time which is unexpected. But, Larcade did it because he didn't want to face his sister yet. Luckly the plan never happened but Larcade swore to himself that he will get stronger, forget about Cirki and get serious.

Larcade's father sees Larcade as a secret weapon. His father likes that Larcade is strong and puts him as one of the top of the Spriggan 12.

The only thing Larcade won't be able to fix about himself is him not being able to tell his father that his daughter is still alive. He wants to forget about Cirki and help his father know his daughter is a threat to his plans.
