luke laid underneath calum, his tan hands tickling his sides. loud laughs left luke's mouth, echoing through his bedroom. calum had a huge smirk on his face, watching luke try to get away from him. there was no way he was escaping, he was way stronger than the blonde.

"c-cal stop!" luke stuttered out in between laughs, trying to grab his wrists to make him stop. calum stopped for a second, looking down at luke.

"thank god, i was about to get mean," luke sighed in relief, trying to calm himself down. he managed to jinx himself because calum started once again, earning a screech from the younger boy.

after calum felt he had enough, he stopped and plopped himself down next to him. he pushed luke's blonde hair up, which needed to be cut he just didn't want to go, and pressed a kiss to his forehead.

"don't mess with me, im scary," luke growled, trying his best to appear scary. calum nodded his head to agree with him.

"you're so fucking scary. when we go out in public people constantly back away from you," the older boy joked, making luke giggle. the small boy turned over, moving his hand to trace over the rose tattoo on his arm.

"this one's my favorite," he whispered, looking up at calum. it was extremely detailed and it just fit perfectly.

"wanna know something?" calum asked, watching luke trace over the ink. luke nodded his head.

"i love you," he whispered causing luke to smile widely.

"really?" the blonde asked, a smile spread across his face.

"of course,"

"i love you too," luke said, leaning up to peck his lips quickly. his heart was beating so fast. of course he loved calum, there was no doubt about it. he just never thought he would ever get the chance to tell him.

they were both so happy, but this was only the calm before the storm.
