Tsukishima woke up on his bed feeling so empty.

He bought a small house near in the isolated river and far away from the hospital , this place give him comfort.

He only ate cup noodles for a day , this emptiness is killing him.

He felt like the world around him is getting darker and darker until he can't even see the light.

He sat on his bed with his head down , his eyes were swollen.

He cries until he fell asleep.

Regret is eating him up , he regret giving up on yamaguchi.

His heart was in pain , his mind was clouded , and it seems like his blurry world became even more blurry.

He's not going to work today , he already asked a day off to Akaashi.

He's not planning to leave his bed today , everything made tsukishima feel so hopeless.

His phone rang on his side table.

The caller's ID was Akaashi.

He doesn't feel like talking so he just let it ring until it stops.

He inhaled and sigh very deeply , he closed his eyes and felt the emptiness.

His eyebrows furrowed when the phone rang again.

It's annoying him so picked it up and answer the call.

" Tsukishima , by any chance do you have
an older brother? "

Tsukishima  made an "what's with this question all of a sudden" face.

" I don't "

" maybe I'm just imagining  it , well
another doctor came here and handled
yamaguchi  , his first name was Tsukishima
also , so I thought you know him "

Another doctor....

He knew it was just natural but it felt so wrong to him.

All he wants for yamaguchi is him alone and no one else.

Tsukishima couldn't muttered a word he felt like God was playing tricks with his life , making him suffer at his worse.

He tightened his grip to his phone and gritted his teeth.

His blood boils hearing this news

He threw his phone on the other side of the room.

He don't give a shit if  his phone breaks all he wanted is to see yamaguchi.

He got off from the bed and took a shower and headed straight to the hospital.

He looks outside in the window of the taxi , he saw people smiling and laughing while to talking to each other.

He wanted that , to laugh and smile but it feels so empty inside.

He reached the hospital and looked for Akaashi.

" I want to meet this new doctor  " he said to Akaashi.

Akaashi felt his spine getting chills , the way Tsukishima looked at him can kill.

His eyes were raging fire and his look is like ready to kill anyone.

" He's currently checking on Yamaguchi. What's with that look Dr. Tsukishima?  " he can't help but he's curious.

Tsukishima felt pain in his heart it feels like his heart was dying.

He can't calm down so he took his steps to yamaguchi's room.

But someone stopped him , a man who stood infront of him with a smile plastered on his face.

" hey , dear brother "
