Há muito tempo atrás havia um lugar onde a paz e harmonia reinava nos quatro cantos da terra, existiam as tribos que eram lideradas por chefes e os reinos que eram liderados por governadores, de um lado as tribos eras seres místicos emanavam poder, podiam manipular tudo ao seu redor do outro os governadores eras ótimos com tecnologia, mecânica e força bruta.O vínculo entre eles era bastante amigável nunca houvera uma batalha até mesmo quando havia conflito de interesses eles chegavam num acordo sem precisar derramar uma gota de sangue sequer, mas um dos governadores estava sempre insatisfeito com a evolução da cidade que era de seu domínio, então planejou um plano perverso, convidou todos os outros governadores e os chefes das tribos para um festival em sua cidade tirou proveito do momento e mandou assassinar todos os governadores, logo a culpa das mortes caíram sobre os chefes das tribos, assim se iniciou uma série de batalhas sangrentas, porém os novos governadores decidiram criar um esquadrão de exploração para combater as tribos e recolher material rúnico que era necessário para os avanços tecnológicos, assim as tribos iam perdendo pouco a pouco território e poder, a batalha findou séculos até que últimos sobreviventes das tribos que ainda viviam de maneira pacífica se viram com um poder imensurável, a tribo deles carregava a lenda do escolhido que salvaria todas as tribos e traria de volta a paz e harmonia da terra novamente, muito tempo se passou e somente quando a última tribo estava praticamente exterminada a lenda se iniciou o escolhido nasceu e foi enviado para longe da tribo para aprender a lutar e completar sua missão, a ida dele marcou o fim das tribos.
