"Hey guys, tonight you wanna go eat at y/f/r? Its my birthday" you asked. Your group of friends were Flash, MJ, Ned,your best friend Betty and your boy friend Peter. You and Peter have been dating since middle school, and you've known his since elementary."Sure. Happy Birthday!" Betty said. You smiled. Flash and Ned nodded. "Sorry Y/N. I can't. I know its your birthday! I'll make up for it!!" Peter said. You sighed, Peter was always saying that he couldn't make it to anything. MJ shook her head, "Sorry. I  have a thing." She walked away. MJ has always been so hateful towards you and you don't know why. "Ok. I'll see you guys tonight at 4:35?" Yeah!" "Yup." "See ya"

You walked to your next class with Ned. "Do you know why Peter is always gone?" You asked. His face turned red, "No-No. Why why would you, why would you think that?" "I don't know aren't you like his best friend?" "He just has other things to take care of that are like really important." You sighed and walked into class.

-----------TIME SKIP AFTER SCHOOL----------

You went home and did your homework. There was a question on math that you were still confused on from class. Since Peter was like super good at math you were going to go ask him for help, he usually always does. When you text him, he doesn't really reply fast enough. You got in your car and you drove to his apartment. You knocked on the door and May opened it. "Hi, May. Is Peter here?" She smiled, "Hi Y/N, haven't seen you in a while, uh, yeah he's in his room." You nodded and walked to Peter's room.

 "Hey Peter I- P-Peter?" Tears fell down your face as you saw MJ and Peter kissing. He turned his head, "Uh-Y/N, I'm sorry you weren't supposed to-to" You shook your head, "What? I wasn't supposed to be here? Wow, so this is what you would rather do than be with me on my birthday. Peter, I have known you since we were little, you've known her for like what a year? Were done." MJ rolled her eyes, "Get lost. He's my boy friend now." Peter licked his lips nervously, "Can you please leave Y/N?" Your mouth slightly hung open, "Your gonna be sorry, Peter. Good Bye." 

You ran out crying, "Y/N? What's wrong?" "Peter cheated on me." You said as you left. She gasped. You ran home and called Flash and told him everything. He understood and came over, Betty and him helped you get over him.

----------MANY YEARS LATER-----------

"Wow. This is a pretty nice apartment."

You and Flash finished senior year and got an apartment together. Flash was a pain in the butt at first, but you and Betty changed him into a slightly better person. He thinks of you as the most important person in the world. You barely talk to Peter and MJ, but you do know that they ended up splitting after he caught her cheating on him. And he still lives with his Aunt May. Ned still talked to you but mostly to Peter. After the break up Betty, Flash and you went your seperate ways. You no longer loved Peter after all those years of trying to be perfect for him, they no longer mattered.
