Yushiro Yamamoto x sister! reader
I got this idea while reading chapter 205 and this picture below.

Ps: It's like a little continuation from the story 'Together Forever'-so if you wanna understand this, I recommend to read the first part of it.

„I never had any doubt for the two of you. Your bond may not be like Tanjiro-kun's and Nezuko-chan's...but it is definitely something special. Stay together forever till the end for me..will you?". Tamayo smiled softly, the feeling of relieve and happiness was clearly seen on her beautiful face. She smiled a last time before all disappeared...

Yushiro walked impatiently around the little apartment he shared with you, but now he was currently waiting for you to return with new paint for him. You insisted to go buy it for him since he always works the whole day, so you could at least help him out with something simple like that. But he would be there and protest against you, but it ends with you going anyway. You walked down the alley, two full bags in your hand with colors for Yushiro. You placed down your hands and stretched them for some seconds, and then a something caught your eye. The store you stood in front was showing a news report about the mysterious paintings called 'Tamayo' and the artist...your own brother. A sad smile came up your pale face, the memories you've had with her flushed back for an blink of an eye before disappearing quickly after the news showed some local stuff. Groaning lightly, your grabbed the bags again and made your way back to your home. As you came around the street and waiting for the traffic to go green, droplets of rain started to fall down the grey and cloudy sky, making you only roll your eyes.

'That's great! Before it said that it wouldn't rain...ugh...'
The green light lit up, as you tried to rush back to the apartment where Yushiro most likely waited. Yushiro on the other side grew more impatient as the rain fell down in more streams. „Where is she so long?!". While feeling the stress getting the best of him, he glanced over at one painting of Tamayo that hung centered on the pale blue wall besides his 'artistic corner'. „Oh Tamayo-sama...I don't know what to do with her like that. Ever since the day we won..she..changed". He sighed sadly as some key noises could be heard, his head shot up immediately. „Yushi!! I'm back but please help me...my clothes are soaked and everything else on me. Your paint is surely safe". He came with several towels and fresh clothing for you to go change. „Thank you...but please don't do THAT ever again, okay?". Rolling your eyes you heard him say something you couldn't figure out. „I saw something Yushi!!". You jumped around to get his attention as he, just only ignored you and put his paint away that you bought. „Ugh what?! I have things to do unlike you". You shut the loud voice of yours and told him what you have seen on the news. Yushiro only nodded, but as he turned away, a gentle smile plastered his pale features.

„It's not the first time they talk about me and my Tamayo paintings (Y/N), you know that". Chuckling to himself, you had already moved out of the room and came back with your new clothes. A kimono that Tamayo gave to you as a present. Yushiro's smile dropped, seeing you finally wearing the only thing you have left of Tamayo. „It's beautiful, isn't it nii-chan...?". Slowly your head looked up from the ground into his lavender eyes. „Yeah...it truly is...I wish she would still be here with us..". Tears built up in the corner of his eyes, as your feet moved you instantly to him, so you could hug him. „Please don't cry Yushi...she would have wanted us to survive and finish it off...as well as Tanjiro said. And whatever may come, I'll never break the promise I swore to him...never". The male broke free from your hug, looking you deeply into your (e/c) colored orbs. „I know..it feels just so empty...but at least I have you, my little sister". The smile came back to his face, the one that you oh so loved to see. Tears of joy started to fall from your eyes as you practically jumped onto him and holding him tightly.

„I'm never going to leave you. We're always together and never will be apart. We're brother and sister...and that isn't going to change ever (Y/N)".

„Your big brother loves you dearly".

„I am very glad you kept on living with her my dear Yushiro. I miss the both of you too..and forever will. Stay further on together and never part...".

With that said, Tamayo watched gently over the both of you with her kindest smile...

I cried while reading the last chapter...it may have not been the best for most, but I really loved the ending.
And while writing, I shed tears of happiness and sadness because of Yushiro boi-
