My boyfie Sangwook gently woke me up at 9am. I was half asleep but I could hear him say with a soft voice, "Y/N-ieee, it's time to wake up!!" as he gently stroked my cheek. 

My eyes opened to see a blur of shapes and colours quickly fade into Sangwookie sitting by my side and he had a tray with a nice breakfast on it.

I remembered: that today was our 3 years anniversary, wow, where did the time ago? It feels like just yesterday that he asked me out on a date in our college days; I remember it perfectly.

I rub my eyes and I lean over to give Sangwook a kiss. I say, "Happy anniversary, Sangwookieeee~!"

He pecks me on the cheek and says, "Happy anniversary, babygirl! Today, I'm going to give you a surprise, hahaha~"

I wondered what it could be as I ate my breakfast.

After I finished my food, I went to brush my teeth, and take a shower. Then I got changed into my cutest, favourite outfit in my closet. It looks like this:

Then I put on a cute makeup look on my eyes:

I came out of the bedroom and Sangwook was standing there, waiting for me. As soon as our eyes met, he immediately gave me such a sweet compliment: 

"Baby, you look so beautiful, but what did I expect, it's you, and you're always beautiful."

I blushed. He gave me compliments like this all the time, so I was used to it by now, but this time I blushed profusely, I felt my face turn bright red as butterflies flew around in my stomach.

"Hahaha, you're blushing, bright red," he taunted at me with a smirk.

"Heyyy! I can't heeeeeelp it!" I playfully defended myself.

"Come here, my baby," Sangwook smiled at me, so I came closer to him for a tight, warm hug that we didn't want to end.

About five minutes later of hugging Sangwook suddenly let go and said, "Oh! We're going to be late, let's go now, otherwise you won't get your surprise that I prepared for you..."

He took my hand and we quickly walked out of the house and then we stepped out into the driveway. We got into the car and he said, "Keep your eyes closed, okay? It will ruin the surprise if you can tell where we're going."

"Aaaa, but Sangwookie, I'll get dizzy!" I said with a slightly annoyed face.

"Agh, look at the floor then!"

I turned my head downwards and made sure that my gaze would never meet the window or the windscreen.

After about 15 minutes, he stopped driving, and said, "Okay, we've stopped, now you can close your eyes, hahaha!" So I undid my seatbelt, still looking at the floor, then I closed my eyes and I opened the door, stepped out of the car, and closed it.

Sangwook cutely put his arm around my shoulder and said, "Three, two, one, open your eyes! Surprise!"

I opened my eyes to see a beautiful park. All the trees were filled with pretty pink cherry blossom flowers, which also scattered the floor like confetti, because it was still spring time. 

Sangwookie knew that sakura trees were something I loved, because of how pretty they are. And now he takes me to a sakura park as well! 

I gasped in happiness and surprise. "Sangwookie, this is beautiful! Oh my God, I love you so much!" I squealed in exclamation.

"Hahaha, but that's just the beginning."

He took my hand, softly stroking my thumb, and gently walked me through the park as we whispered sweet nothings to each other. Then we approached a cute, pastel pink stall serving refreshments.

We waited in the queue, there were only two people in front of us. Then when it came to our turn, Sangwook said,

"Hi, could I get a coffee, and for my absolutely beautiful stunning perfect girlfriend who I love so much over here, could you make her a cute coffee, with cute latte art, and a My melo sundae as well?"

The worker at the stall said yes, and started to cook the order.

After a couple of minutes, all the food was ready. Sangwook's coffee was simple but here was my food:

I was so shocked. Sangwook had only bought a simple coffee for himself, but bought an amazing meal for me. I asked him,

"Baby, why did you only get a coffee but you got this for me?"

"Because you deserve it, babygirl, you deserve the whole world, you deserve all the stars, the planets, moons, galaxies, you deserve the freakin' universe," he smiled down at me, his words of affection bringing tears to my eyes.

Then we sat down at a table and chairs and we enjoyed our food as we told each other how much we love each other.
