Parties were never your thing. You always ended up embarrassing yourself in front of everyone. So when Kiyoko dragged you to another one today, you were extremely annoyed at her.

"I can't believe you brought me here. I hate you," you pouted and crossed your arms.

"You know almost everyone here, you'll be fine! Besides, this is our last day of the weekend so we should have some fun!" She assured you with a bright smile.

"Fine, whatever," you replied as you and Kiyoko walked through the door, into the party.

You spotted many familiar faces from Shiritorizawa, Nekoma, Inarizaki, Fukurodani, Aoba Johsai, and most importantly, Karasuno.

"Y/n! It's been a while!" The blonde twin beamed at you. A few moments later, his twin came up next to him.

Your dad and their dad work at the same company together, so you guys are family friends.

"Hey!" You greeted as you hugged them both.

Kiyoko already wandered off somewhere.

"How've ya been lately?" Osamu asked.

"I've been good! How about you guys?"

"I got invited for the All Japan Youth Training Camp recently!" Atsumu remarked, happily.

"That's so great, I'm proud of you! You've been so talented ever since we were kids!" You congratulated. He blushed.

"I've been good as well," Osamu told you. You smiled at him.

From the corner of your eye, you saw Tooru waving at you. "It was nice talking to you guys again, I've got to go, my friend's calling me."

The twins waved goodbye as you walked away towards Tooru.

"I didn't know you were friends with the Miya twins," Tooru said with a slightly annoyed look on his face as he leaned on the wall, taking a big sip from his red cup.

"Our parents have been good friends since we were little, so that's why I know them." You closely looked at Tooru. "It's funny how jealous you are right now."

"What? What do you mean? I am not jealous! I mean, why would I be jealous! Like-"

You put your hand on his shoulder to stop him. "You're just embarrassing yourself even more, Tooru. Just admit it."

"No," He frowned.

You rolled your eyes. "Whatever. Anyways, I'm gonna go talk to my other friends, see you!"

"See you."

oikawa's pov

"I agree with Y/n, it was pretty obvious you were jealous," Iwa and Kiyoko chuckled as they walked in front of me.

"You were listening?" I asked, angered. "Oh, hi Kiyoko, I forgot you guys were together." I rolled my eyes.

Truthfully, I was a little jealous of her and Atsumu.

"We listened in on the whole thing!" Kiyoko told me. "It's also obvious that you like her again."

"Pshh, w-what? N-no! Definitely not!" I lied, stuttering.

"Well according to how much you stare at her, talk to her, and get nervous around her, you like her," Iwaizumi informed.

I huffed and crossed my arms in front of my chest. "Please just— don't tell anyone."

Kiyoko smirked. "No promises."

I sat down on a nearby chair and scanned the room for her. She was talking to Ushijima and Tendou. I saw the beautiful smile that rose on her face.

"A little stalker-ish, don't you think?" Kageyama stood beside me, tapping the side of his drink.

I snapped out of it and noticed Kageyama. What does this bitch want from me? "Not really."

"So... what? Are you guys together?" Kageyama asked.

"None of your business," I grumbled.

"If you guys do end up together again, treat her well. Like how I should've," He muttered before he walked away to talk with his teammates.

I stood up from my chair and went to where my team was.

"Took you long enough to come over here, Oikawa," Mattsun looked at me.

I rolled my eyes and saw Kiyoko and Iwa-chan standing together, hand in hand, again. Iwa-chan must be telling them that they're dating.

We all talked for a while, about volleyball, school, and our lives.

"I gotta go take a shit, I'll be back," I told them.

"TMI, Oikawa," Makki frowned in disgust.

"Whatever, see you later," I went to go look for the bathroom.

As I was looking for the bathroom, I heard a faint voice saying, "Come on, pretty lady. Just give me your number."

"N-no, thanks," I heard Y/n's voice. She sounded scared.

I walked towards the sound and saw a boy from Johzenji, Terushima, surrounding Y/n while she was leaning against the wall. She looked awfully uncomfortable, as she was fidgeting with her hands.

"Please? It's just your number," Terushima whined.

I walked up next to Y/n, put my hands around her waist and smiled at her. "Hey baby! I'm back."

She took a sigh of relief and mouthed, 'Thank you' to me.

"I didn't know you were dating Y/n, Oikawa," The captain of Johzenji's volleyball club raised his eyebrows in confusion.

"Well, y-yeah, we are. I asked her to be my girlfriend a few days ago!" I blurted.

"Well, if he breaks your heart, I mean— when he breaks your heart, call me," he winked at her with a grin.

I glared at him until he left us alone.

We both sat down on the nearby couch, and she thanked me. "Thank god you were there, he kept pressuring me to give him my phone number. That was really sweet of you to do."

"It was nothing, are you okay now?" I asked her to make sure, as I looked deeply into those beautiful [eye color] eyes.

"Yeah, at least I think so. You're my knight in shining armor, Tooru," she giggled.

I smiled at her. God, I want to kiss her so badly.

"Is there something on my face? You keep staring," she questioned.

"No, there's nothing. I just want to look at you," I responded as I rested my head in my hands.

"You're such a simp," she giggled again.

"Your laugh is adorable," I complimented after I blushed.

"Of course it is, I'm just the best! But, thank you," She flipped her hair.

She looked into my brown eyes for a few moments before she leaned in for a kiss. At first, I was startled. But after a second, I kissed her back.

She quickly pulled away after a few seconds. "I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have done that! Please just forget about it!"

"Wait—" I tried to say, but she already left the room.

your pov

You went to go find Kiyoko. After a while, you finally found her next to Iwaizumi.

"Kiyoko, can we please leave?" You pleaded.

"Oh, uh, okay," She replied, kissing her boyfriend on the cheek before heading out with you.

You speed walked to her car and quickly got inside.

I can't believe I just fucking kissed him.
