I was reading the script for New Town High as I was walking down the lobby. I bumped into someone and we both fell.

I winced and looked at who I bumped into. It was a girl with blonde hair.

"I'm sorry I wasn't watching where I was going." I said. I stood up and offered my hand to her. She looked up and took my hand, I helped pull her up.

"I'm Jo." She introduced herself with a warm smile.

"Hayley." I told her with a smile.

"Are you new here? It's just I would've seen you around here before." I said to her.

"Yeah i just moved from North Carolina." She told me. I nodded my head and picked up my script that I dropped.

"New Town High?" She asked.

"Oh, it's a tv series and there's auditions. I'm auditioning for Sarah, the main characters sister." I told her.

"Really? You think you can show me where I can get the script for the main character?" She asked me.

I pulled an extra script out of my pocket and handed it to her, "I have it just in case I changed my mind but luckily I like Sarah's character." I said

she took the script and put it in her suitcase. She looked up at me and smiled again. 

"Thanks." She said.

"You know what, if we're gonna be tv sisters, what better way to get to know each other than me showing you the palm woods." I told her and grabbed her arm and linked it with mine.

I was walking her to the pool when we saw the boys looking our way. Me and Jo waved at them as we walked. We can faintly here them saying, "She's mine."

"Who are they?" She asked me.

"My friends. The one with the Bieber cut is mine." I told her.

She nodded her head, after that we continued to get to know each other as we walked.

After showing Jo around, we stopped by her apartment so she could put her suitcase away. Then we got smoothies and sat in lounge chairs by the pool.

"Do you have any hobbies?" I asked.

She took a sip from her smoothie before answering me, "Well, I don't really have any hobbies but I do judo."

I raised my eyebrows and nodded, "Really? Can you teach me 'cause I just know the basics of self defense like punch and block hits."

"Yeah, sure." She said.

"Great." I grabbed my smoothie and took a sip as I turned my head to the side and saw Carlos, Kendall, and Logan by the bushes.

When Kendall locked eyes with me, his eyes widened and grabbed Carlos and Logan by their shirts and ducked under the bushes.

I rolled my eyes and put my smoothie down. I turned around and faced Jo, "Hey I have to go to the bathroom I'll be right back." I told her before getting up and walked quietly to the bushes.

I made sure the boys were looking at Jo before I snuck behind them.

"She's gone. Where did she go?" Logan asked in a panicky tone.

"Behind you." I answered crossing my arms.

The boys screamed while they faced me.

"Hayley! What are you doing here?" Kendall asked me while he was catching his breath.

"I don't know. What are you guys doing here?" I rhetorically asked.

As the boys were about to answer, I cut them off by raising my hand.

"Stop, i already know and by the way spying on Jo and guessing what type of guy she's into isn't gonna work." I told them.

Logan pointed at me and stated, "wait, you've been with her all day so you must know what her type is."

"no I don't and even I did I wouldn't tell you, wouldn't want to ruin the surprise of you guys to actually get to know her." I said.

"Actually I'm not here for Jo." Kendall pointed out.

"Than why are you spying with them?" I asked him.

Kendall looked at me and took a second before saying, "for...moral support,  you know how they can be a little irrational at times."

"Right, of course." I said before I went back to Jo. After we finished our smoothies, we went to the lobby, sat across from each other while we read our scripts.

"Hi, I'm Jo." I heard her introduce herself, I looked up and saw Carlos sitting next to her. 'This should be fun', I thought to myself.

"Cool jacket. Oh, are you going out for the bad boy role in 'Magic Middle School'? I mean it's a really strong role, but I hate bad boys in real life. I mean why so angry all the time." Jo rambled to Carlos. I was smiling and laughing to myself watching the whole thing.

Carlos looked panicked when Jo asked what his name was.

"Yeah, what's your name?" I asked in feigned confusion.

Carlos looked at me then looked at Jo. He removed his sunglasses before saying,"Um... Reginald Salisbury from England."

"How exciting." Jo stated. She continued, "Oh, my family visits there every year. What part of England are you from?"

"Uh, cheerio. Put another shrimp on the Barbie. Danke schon." He said in a Australian accent now while standing up. Me and Jo looked at each other when he rushed away.

"That was weird." She said, I nodded my head in agreement. We continued reading our scripts before we heard someone getting slapped which made us look up.

There was Camille standing in front of Logan. "Of course I'll take you back." She told him before kissing each side of his face.

I looked at Jo's expression before looking back at the scene in front of us.

"I'm gonna tell Rachel we're back together and that I will destroy anybody, who comes between us." She said, pressing a long kiss to lips before she walked away.

We watched her walk away before looking at Logan. He looked between us and the direction Camille walked before he left us.

"Okay. Those boys are weird." Jo stated.

"Yeah well, that's Carlos and Logan for ya." I told her.

"You know what, let's go by the pool again this time in a cabana." She suggested.

"Okay." I said, we stood up with our script in our hands and walked away.

We were just reading our scripts till we heard someone approach us. We looked up and saw Kendall.

"what are you doing?" I asked him.

"I can't say hi to you and your friend?" He rhetorically asked.

"Oh, you can." I said and made a 'proceed' motion.

"Hi." He greeted us.

"Hi." We greeted back.

"I just want to welcome you to the palm woods." He said to jo before someone literally grabbed him and was holding him up.

"I'm Kendall and uh... this looks weird, right? Uh, we can continue this conversation when my friend freight train puts me down." Kendall continued.

Freight train then put him on his shoulder and starts to walk away. "We'll do this again sometime." Kendall said as he waved at us. Freight train dragged Carlos and Logan with him as he left the pool.

I chuckled and shook my head and looked at Jo to see she had that weirded out expression again.

Not that long, we moved out of the cabana and sat at a table.
Camille showed up, "Hey guys." She said sitting down with us.

"Cami this is Jo, Jo this Camille." I introduced them to each other.

"That guy you kissed earlier, is he your boyfriend." Jo asked Camille.

"No but he is mine just like how Kendall is Hayley's." Cami answered her. Jo nodded her head, understanding.

We all started talking about various of subjects. We heard James say hello as we turned around to face him. All of us screamed as we made shocked faces.

James face was covered in hives, his lips and hands were swollen.

"Not the reaction I usually get. But I'm James. I'm in a band." He said to Jo.

"Hi, I'm Jo. It's nice to meet you." She told him.

"Hey, I was thinking maybe we could see a movie later on." He said before sneezing.

"Don't you should see a doctor first?" She asked.

"Oh, because of my sneezing, right?" He asked. He looked at his hands before screaming.

"What happened to my hands?" He asked.

"Are you wearing barracuda man spray?" Jo asked him.

"Yeah. Better wear your 'cuda." He said as he took out the bottle.

"You do know that stuff was recalled for causing severe allergic reactions right?" Camille asked.

"Yeah, you should really look at your face." I told him as Camille handed him a mirror.

He screamed once he saw his face then started walking away.

Cami, Jo, and I looked at each other and simultaneously said, "That was...crazy."

I looked at my phone and saw the time, "Oh shoot, me and Jo have an audition to get to." I said out loud.

"After we're done, we can hang out in my apartment." Jo said.

we stood up and waved at Camille before we left.

After me and Jo were done, we dragged cami to Jo's apartments and hung out like we said we'd do.

As we were sitting on the couch just talkin' we can someone singing from outside.

"I'm going to need moral support for this one." She said while looking at me.

"Already on it." I told her as I stood up and walked to the balcony with her.

"Next to you is where I should be..." Logan sang. Out of no where Carlos pushed him to the side. When guitar dude stopped, Carlos motioned him for to keep playing.

"Something I want so bad

Until Kendall pushed him out of the way and started to sing while looking at me.
"I got to keep on believing

I'll make up any reason to make you mine." I smiled a little at this as my heart skipped a beat.

"If you're staying or leaving, I'll follow your lead..." Logan sang after he shoved Kendall.

Then Carlos shoved him, "So why keep pretending?"

They all kept shoving each other while singing,

"Yes i will." Logan sang.

"No I will!" Carlos yelled, they all kept yelling and pushing each other.

Me and Jo looked at each other with a 'are they for real' look.

"Guys!" We yelled, that stopped them as they looked up at us.

"Guys. Great song. But you should probably know that I have a boyfriend back home." Jo told them.

"What?" Carlos and Logan asked while Kendall just looked at me with lips pursed.

"But we can still be friends, right?" She asked.

"Yeah." They said including Kendall this time. We walked back into her apartment to see Camille with sunglasses on.

"Why are you wearing sunglasses inside?" Jo asked.

"Because I want too." Camille answered, shrugging her shoulders.

We heard a loud bang from outside, we ran out the balcony to see what was going on. Gustavo fell and the boys were helping him up.

"Uh, you told me you didn't have a boyfriend." Camille pointed out to Jo.

"I don't, but I can't deal with that every day." Jo answered pointed to the boys.

"I see your point but since they came here, everything's alive." I told her.

"Well, boys are stupid but remember Logan's mine." Camille stated.

"And Kendall's mine." I added.

"Got it." Jo told us. My phone buzzed and I looked to see it was a text from Kendall telling me to go to the studio.

"Guys i gotta go, Kendall wants me at the studio." I told them before gathering my stuff. After we said bye to each other, I was on my way to the studio.

I arrived at the studio just in time to see the guys sing.

Griffin stood up from his chair and said, "I tell you I want to a slow love song and instead, you ignore me and give me... a hit."

Everyone cheered but it was quickly stopped when Griffin added, "but I still want a slow love song and put the word baby in it. Yeah, that's good." He walked and stopped by freight train.

"And what's your name?" Griffin asked him.

"Freight train." He told him.

"Of course it is." Griffin said before walking out. I walked into the recording area and congratulated the boys.

Later, the boys, Katie, and I were back at the palm woods.

"And we are not going to fight over girls anymore, right?" Kendall asked the boys.

"Right." They all agreed.

"We're gonna be civilized and only go after girls we meet alone, and not together, agreed?" Kendall asked.

"Agreed." The boys answered.

As soon as they said that, a girl approached us and asked, "Hey. I just arrived at the palm woods, can you tell me where the gym is?"

The boys gaped at her except Kendall. Me and Katie looked at them before answering, "it's past the pool and to the right."

"Great. Thanks." She said before walking away.

"Really?" I rhetorically asked, before stepping aside with Katie.

Carlos, Logan and James were all yelling, she's mine and shoving each other. Sadly Kendall got caught in the cross fire but he got himself out and stood next to us, shaking his head at the boys.
