"Whatever" I said dropping the phone call

"He is going here again?" Wendy unnie asked

"Ne unnie." I answered

"And still bestfriends?" She asked teasingly

"What's wrong with that?" This unnie keeps on pushing me

"Aniya. Just asking" she said walking back to her room

I was watching TV today because it is our day off and finally I could get some rest after the concerts and schedules that we had.

ding dong~

"Oh. He is here. That was quick" I said while walking to the door

"Annyeong toad!" What a nickname

"Yah! Yook Sungjae!" I said shouting but he sat directly to the sofa

Yes people. The one and only Yook Sungjae is my bestfriend.

We talked everything out and decided to be good friends. Which we also asked permission from both of our companies and surprisingly they said it was fine.

Me and Sungjae oppa became really close in a matter of months. We hang out whenever we had same day offs. I guess becoming friends is better than being lovey dovey with him. Yes, i still love him but I have to set aside those unnecessary feelings.

"Toad! Get me some water" he said while munching the chips he brought

"Yah! I am not your maid" I said

"Juseyo" he asked pleading me with those aegyo acts

"Ah. Jinnja" of course it works for me

"Sungjae you are here again" Irene-unnie said

"Ye noona. Noona, Changsub-hyung is looking for you" Sungjae said with a teasing smile. Aigoo my ship is sailing

"Ah jinjja that guy" Irene unnie said

"Those two should really be together" I said sitting beside him

"I know they would be the mother and father of BTOBRV family ship" He said laughingly

We just watched and eat the whole day. It is our form of relaxation with a mixed of bickering around just like now

"Yah! Why did you change the channel" I said getting the remote

"It is so boring. I wanna watch soccer" he said while whining

"But I'm watching it. Give me that" I said standing up snatching the remote

"Andeyo!" He shouted running around while holding the remote

"That is my remote. Give me it" I said while chasing him

I was suddenly out balanced and slow motion maybe exist. I was about to fall on the ground when Sungjae oppa suddenly held my back and catch me

It was a slow motion moment that I found myself looking  at his beautiful eyes. Wow. He is really good looking

She was about to fall. Good thing my reflexes was fast and catch her before she would fall. And I suddenly looked at her eyes. She is really pretty.

"Yeppeuda" I said without thinking it just came out of my mouth

I saw her blush but our eyes weren't leaving each other when suddenly

"I'm home!" The door suddenly opened and Seulgi noona was shocked at our position

Sooyeong-ah suddenly looked away and stood up. She suddenly go to Seulgi noona and hugged her

"Unnie, did you bought something for me" Sooyeong-ah asked

"This kid really. I bought ice cream because I know Sungjae will be hanging out here today" noona said looking at me teasingly

"Waaah. Red Velvet really loves me" I said while chuckling

"Yah! Go home so I can eat this all" Sooyeong-ah said getting the ice cream

"Stop bickering. Just eat. I'll take a rest" Seulgi noona said leaving us two.

"I'm going home now Noonas. We still have schedule tomorrow" He said bidding goodbye to us

"Be safe home Sungjae." Wendy unnie said tapping his back

"Sooyeong-ah walk with him until the front door of the building" Irene unnie said pushing me and Sunjae in the door

"Unnie you don't need to push me" I said

"Annyeong noonas. Irene noona! Changsub hyung said talk to him" Sungjae said laughing

"Go home now Sungjae. Don't talk nonsense" Irene unnie said closing the door

"Toad, I heard you guys will have a comeback?" He asked

"Ye. So I will be busy, probably you can't hang out here as often" I said to him

"Hmmm. Arraseo." He said and we are now in the front door

"Be safe home. Annyeong" I said bidding goodbye

"Annyeong toad" he said as he pat my head

We will be having another comeback and this time I want to show my feminine side. The company also wanted to let our visual show through this sexy comeback that we will have

"Finally, the last day of filming. I want to rest when we got home" Yeri-ah said

"Ara. Let's just sleep in our dorm once we got home" I said agreeing to our maknae

"You can't unnie. Sungjae oppa will be there again." Yeri-ah said while giggling and poking my waist

"Aniyo" I said

"Unnie, when will the two of you realize that you both like each other?" Yeri-ah said chuckling

"Yah! There is nothing like that. We are best of friends" I said proudly that we are close

"You won't get anything from her Yeri-ah. She will just deny anything about them" Seulgi unnie butt in

"Aish. We are just friends that is really close with each other. And anyway, we are idols we can't date" I said

"Who says?" Yeri asked chuckling

"Yah! You three let's start filming" Irene-unnie shouted at us and we started running to her

Maybe right time is lacking to me. Yes, I like him but we can't. We don't reciprocate each other's feelings. I'm just happy that we are friends. You may call it "friend zoned" but I am happy with it. No fights and heartaches. And it is not complicated. I can keep my feelings. I will.

"Yah! Why are you wearing a super short dress? Is is even a dress?" He shouted as he video call after the release of our music video "Peek-a-boo"

"Well, I can't say no to our stylist and they wanted me to embody our comeback concept" I said explaining like he his my dad

"Still, that dress is so short and come to think of it you will wear that in the music shows. Jinjja!" He said looking frustrated

"Sunjae-ah stop worrying. I'll be fine it is just a clothing" I said smiling at him

"More boys will hover around you now" he said looking down and sounding sad

"Mwo? So that is what you are worrying about? Yah! Are you my boyfriend to be worrying about those things?" I said laughingly

"I am your best friend so I have the right to say that" he said proudly.

"Arraseo. I'll sleep now. Annyeong. Jalja!" I said yawning

"Jalja toad" he said bidding good bye and I ended the call
