Annabeth's POV

I gasped as we walked into the school. "Oh. My. Gods." I said in awe. The architecture was absolutely astonishing! I'd have to research about it later.

We walked through huge arches and came to giant, arched, double doors.

"Can I burst into flames when we walk in?" Leo asked. "No!" Piper, Calypso, Hazel, and I said in sync while the Stolls said "Yeah!". I glared at them.

"We are walking in and going to the front. Then we will introduce ourselves and the gods promised they will claim anyone who is a demigod. Questions will be asked after." I said. "And Draco and Ashley is gonna come up with us." Percy added.

The doors opened with a loud creak. We started to walk up front, everyone staring at us in admiration, confusion, and jealousy for some reason. People were glaring at me too! Apollo's arrow they don't even know me!

We reached the front and faced the wizards and witches. I smiled and started speaking. "Hello. I'm Annabeth, daughter of Athena, goddess of wisdom and battle strategy." I looked at Percy. "I'm Percy, son of Poseidon who is the god of the sea, greatest swordsman in the last 300 years and hundreds of other titles." I kicked his calf and he flinched. "Hey!! Sup dudes I'm Leo, son of Hephaestus, god of fire craftsmanship and all that fun stuff. Oh! I can burst into flames!" He said. I shouted, "Leo!!", but he started juggling fireballs and breathed fire.

Everyone started screaming but Percy drenched him with water. Everyone was pale. Oh I can't wait until the Stolls introduce themselves. Note my sarcasm.

We all introduced ourselves and everyone was quiet. "Now. The gods promised us they will claim anyone who is a demigod. If you are claimed, please come up and introduce yourself. Oh, Draco, Ashley, come on up." I said.

Draco got up from his table and stood next to his brothers. Which by the way, are the Stolls. "Hey. You guys already know me, but anyways I'm Draco Malfoy , son of Hermes, messenger of the gods, god of trade and thieves."

Ashley got up and stood next to Draco. "Hi, I'm Ashley Castellan, which you already know, and I'm also a child of Hermes."

"The gods will now claim their children." Piper said. We all waited and nothing happened. "What a shame.  Anyways, does anyone have any questions?" Piper asked the students.

A girl from Gryffindor with brown, red hair stood up. "So, everything that I read about Greek Mythology is true?". "Not everything. Lots of stories got rewritten and changed. But it's mostly true." I said. "That's amazing. I found everything about Greek Mythology absolutely fascinating. Especially Athena. She'd have to be my favorite goddess." The girl said. Something in my head clicked and I automatically liked this girl. "What's your name?" I asked her. "Hermione.". "Well Hermione, you can talk to me about Athena, Greek monsters, gods, heroes, and whatever else you want whenever you can." I said and smiled.  "Anyone else? Maybe even some dumb proteste- OW!!" Percy yelled as Hazel stomped on his foot.

Someone else stood up. "LIARS!!". More people stood up and shouted. The Great Hall went from quiet to loud and angry in two seconds. I nodded at Nico and he concentrated on the ground. It started shaking and the floor cracked open. Skeletons started crawling out between the cracks as they got bigger and people started screaming. The skeletons then jumped into the deep chasms and then those too disappeared.

"If we are apparently lying, then how would you explain that?!" Nico yelled and collapsed. Will facepalmed. Everyone was quiet. Yep. We are gonna have some haters.

We got to our dorms and they were really nice. The detailing in the ceiling work and trim was amazing. We were each bunked with someone and I of course got Percy. They're were all the things we needed to stay here and on my bed was a copy of Hogwarts: a History. I started jumping up and down with excitement. Yes yes, very childish you'd only understand if you're a child of Athena.

We all walking out of the bedrooms and into our common room. There were couches, a coffee table, and a fire place and also a bookshelf with all sorts of books. There're two other doors, my guess bathrooms maybe with multiple showers sinks and toilets.

"So we should probably get to the Great Hall for dinner." Piper said. "Yeah, I'm starving let's go!" Leo shouted and ran out of the room. A second later he ran back in. "Yeah let's go in a group I have no idea how to get there."

When we finally made our way to the Great Hall, the doors shut behind us. There were 5 tables and four of them were overcrowded with people. There was a smaller table in the middle that was empty. My guess this one was for us.

We all sat down and food appeared onto all the tables. No one started eating yet at our table. We just kinda sat there. "What do we do?" Leo said. "I got this." I said and got up from the table.

I walked up to Professor Mcgonagall. "Professor, we usually burn our food as an offer to the gods before we eat, could you make a fire?" I asked. "Oh of course dear." She answered and waved her wand. A fire pit appeared in front of our table. I thanked her and sat back down. We all grabbed our plates with food and scrapped half of our meal into the fire. "Athena." I mumbled. I felt eyes on me and noticed everyone staring at us. We all sat back down and started eating and everyone stopped looking at us.

Well. Our welcoming day is done. Tomorrow, teaching.

Ok guys I'm so fucking horrible. This chapter is kinda short but it's a chapter. I'll try to update waaaaaaay more often I just need motivation. So could you guys try to motivate me a bit in the comments or even DM me? Thanks that would be helpful.
