Around 9.00 am, Y/N woke up and stretched her stiff body. Jungkook had his arm on her belly and her movements woke him up.

Jungkook: Love... it's still early... let's stay here to cuddle;

Y/N: Sleep more if you want... I'm hungry.

She stood up, went to the bathroom to prepare herself before heading to the kitchen. She felt a bit guilty to skip her work and texted Namjoon to apologize for her absence. She was finishing to cook when Jungkook joined her.

Jungkook: What did you make... it smells so good.

Y/N: Oh, it's... why are you half naked in the kitchen, you should have dress yourself before coming for breakfast. (She blushed.)

Jungkook: What's wrong? You already saw all of this, don't be shy anymore and I didn'thave a morning kiss!

She put what she had in her hands in the counter and timidly hugged him. Then, she lifted her head and Jungkook kissed her pink lips.

Y/N: Go to dress, it's ready... I hope you're okay to have a sweet breakfast. My pancakes are not bad.

Jungkook: I would have preferred another type of sweetness but... let's go for pancakes.

Y/N put everything needed on the table and exchanged messages with Yoongi about the event on Friday night. He told her the location, who was supposed to attend the event and what he was waiting of her.

Jungkook: What are you doing? You seem very focus.

Y/N: Yoongi Oppa gave me details of Namjoon's event party. There is still a lot to review. Investors from the US are expected to participate.

Jungkook: (He grabbed her phone.) No work today Love.

Y/N: But... never mind... I can't win against you, no one can.

Jungkook: At least you know that!

Y/N: Do you plan to participate to the party? Like the other time?

Jungkook smirked before answering:

Jungkook: Only because of you! I have tobe there so nothing strange will happen.

Y/N: If I remember well, it's because of your presence that things degenerate last time... (murmuring to herself) if you weren't a womanizer, it would have been a quiet party.

Y/N's expression changed; Jungkook heard her remark, but he didn't like to talk about that bad memory. 

Jungkook: Anyway, you will have to bear with me and that's all.

Y/N: You are way too directive, Mr Jeon! In every case, I will not have time to play with you, but you are free to come and enjoy yourself. 

Jungkook: Or I can keep you in this place until next weekend! What do you think?

Y/N: (Fake smile.) It's called "Kidnapping" sir!!!

Jungkook: But I am a nice and lovely kidnapper...

Y/N: Mr Kidnapper, the dishes is still waiting for your cute hands.

She winked at him and went to the garden to enjoy the nice weather. She laid down on one of the sofa and appreciated the warm of the sun on her skin. It was so peaceful that she closed her eyes and focused on the nature noises. After a moment, she was joined by her boyfriend who took place near her.

Jungkook: Does my woman enjoying her free time?

Y/N: Yes... I'm grateful of this gift from you.

Jungkook kissed her cheek while caressing her back in a slow movement.

Jungkook: Love... can I ask you something ? (His tone was soft.)

Y/N: Of course, what do you want to know ?

Jungkook: Why did you say that you don't want to get married?

Y/N frowned a little at his question. She didn't expect that.

Y/N: Why is it so important for you to know? Marriage is nothing more that a contract between 2 persons, it doesn't promise eternal love, respect or long life together.

Y/N's tone was bitter, her expression showed some sadness. Jungkook noticed it and caressed her head with tenderness. 

Jungkook: What happened to make you think like that?

Y/N: Nothing...

Jungkook: Don't hide things to me... tell me, I'm not judging, I just want to understand you.

Y/N hesitated a moment but the assuring look of Jungkook made her opening her heart.

Y/N: When my parents died... they were fighting about divorce. We were in the car... coming back from a family gathering. It was pretty late. I was sleeping in the backseat, but they were arguing so bad that I woke up.

Y/N made a pause to retain her tears. She never shared that part of her life with anyone expect her grandmother.

Y/N: They wanted to divorce but they couldn't agree on several subjects. They didn't notice that I was awake and... and... at an intersection, my father didn't pay attention that the light stop changed... a car hit us...

Jungkook felt very sad for Y/N. He came closer and hugged her.

Jungkook: I'm sorry that you had to face something like that at a young age. You probably think that if your parents didn't want to divorce, they would never have that accident.

Y/N: ... yes... they should not have get married if it was to finish like that.

Jungkook: Adults relationships are difficult to understand for a child, but it was an accident. You never know how things could have become if that accident didn'thappen. A thing that I am sure of, is that your parents loved each other and that why they had you. Keep that image of them in your mind.

Y/N: hum... you know how to talk seriously when you want...

Jungkook: Yah!!! I'm an adult, you are the only kid here!!!

Y/N smiled. It was not the first time that they had serious conversation but as soon as she mentioned his seriousness, his reaction was childish. She turned to face him and came to hide against his chest. This was her safe place.

Y/N: ... yes... I'm a kid who loves another kid...

Jungkook: I hope that you will share with me all of your concern from now on.

Y/N: Will you do the same? Sharing what's on your mind?

Jungkook: I only have you on my mind, Love... but I'm not sure that you want all the details... you're not prepare yet...

Y/N: pfff... you become more and more pervert with the time...

Jungkook: It's called "Adult World", I will teach you everything, don't worry... we have plenty of time...

Y/N hit his chest before putting a light kiss on Jungkook's lips.

Y/N: At what time do we go back to Seoul?

Jungkook: Do we really have to go back? We are well right now.

Y/N: Sorry, my little bunny, reality is calling for us. But we can come back here anytime... and it's not like we will not see each other everyday when we go back home.

Jungkook: So... (He stood up and carried Y/N in bridal style.)... let's enjoy the pool one last time...

Y/N was yelling to not do that, but Jungkook dived into the pool.

The couple had fun like teenagers in the pool. They also played ping pong and made a barbecue for lunch. After a nice walk in the forest, it was time to go back home. Y/N packed their stuffs, and she obliged Jungkook to take back home the food unused. No way to let the food being wasted.

Y/N: I really love this place... thank again for those 2 amazing days.

Jungkook: I should be the one to thank you... you finally became mine... even if I had to work so hard for that!

Y/N blushed a lot in front of Jungkook's shameless words. She was not sure to one day be used to that side of his personality. 

Y/N: ... what do you mean... you worked so hard???

Jungkook: You cannot imagine how hard it was for me to control myself and not make love to you every nights! Having you by my side but not being allowed to have you... for a man, it's a torture. But don't get me wrong, I never regrated that choice... I almost became crazy, but I was ready to wait for you all the necessary time.

Y/N: ...hmm... we should leave now... 

She was about to get into the car, but Jungkook grabbed her arm to make her face him. He passed his other hand behind her back to attract her against him and kissed her passionately.

Jungkook: Why do you try to hide yourself? (He murmured to her ear.) My baby is still shy about our night? It was only the first one...

Y/N: ... As you said... I'm still a baby... can we go home now?

Jungkook smiled and released her. She jumped into the car. Jungkook got in too and they took the road to the house. They listened to music, Y/N singing like in a karaoke box. After 2 hours due to the traffic, they reached home. Y/N rushed inside while Jungkook went to talk to the man in charge of the security. He reported to his boss that some second line thugs were making troubles few streets away.

Jungkook: Prepare the car, we will take a look, departure in 10 minutes.

In the house, Y/N was already playing and hugging her kitten.

Y/N: Ohhhh my little Kookie, I missed you so much... Mommy didn't bring you with her, sorry... 

Jungkook: Love... I need to deal with something, I should not be too long; the guys are outside, stay at home.

Y/N: (She answered without looking at him.) Yeah Boss... be careful.

Jungkook frowned. She only paid her attention on that damn cat, as soon as she got home. He checked his gun and looked at her one last time before leaving. He got in the car, and they left.

Y/N went to take a shower and prepared a light dinner. She took her laptop and started working on the preparation of Namjoon's event. She was translating the biography of the potential investors in Korean, to help Namjoon to know who is who. She was so focus on her work that she didn't notice that it was already 11.00pm. Jungkook left 3 hours ago. She was warming up the food when the front door opened, revealing her boyfriend.

Jungkook's expression was dark. He was hoping that Y/N will be in her room. What was supposed to be a short verification finished in a fight and Jungkook was hurt in his arm. Nothing serious but blood was visible. He let his guard down because one of the gang member was a teenager.

Y/N: You're back... (She wanted to hug him, but he stopped her.) What's wrong?

Jungkook: You should be asleep... don't wait for me when I'm out for work.

Y/N found his cold behavior strange and noticed blood on his hand. She wanted to take it, but he hid his hand in his back and walked to the stairs. That didn't stop her, and she blocked his way.

Y/N: What happened to you? You got hurt and you want to hide it! You need to see a doctor, let me...

Jungkook: It's nothing serious... just a scratch, I just need a shower. (He saw the tears in her eyes.) I swear, I'm okay... don't be sad. (He kissed her forehead before going upstairs.)

Jungkook entered his bedroom and took of his clothes. Y/N came in too, he was shirtless, and she saw the cut on his arm and the blood all along his arm to his hand. The mafia boss quickly headed to the bathroom while Y/N sat at the border of the bed, waiting with the medical kit. After 10 minutes, Jungkook came back.

Jungkook: Don't look at me like that.

Y/N: Sit, I will treat your "scratch". (Her tone reflected her feelings, cold and sad.)

Jungkook sighed but didn't want to argue with her and just sat on the bed. Y/N applied disinfectant, and it stung a bit. She put a bandage and left the bedroom. Jungkook finished to dress himself and followed her steps. In the kitchen, Y/N took a plate and started to eat without a word.

Jungkook: Are you angry with me?

Y/N: Why would I be? I just adapt myself to your mood.

Jungkook sat in front of Y/N with his food. He was angry against himself and shouldn't have reacted like he did with her.

Jungkook: I'm sorry... I shouldn't have rejected you or having a rude attitude toward you.

Y/N: You want me to share my concerns with you, but you are not ready to do the same with me. I can listen to you, I'm not a kid!

Jungkook: It's not that... but I don't want to talk about business with you. I don't want you to worry for me.

Y/N: But you are always worried for me... why am I not allow to feel the same?

Jungkook: It's different. It's my job to take care and protect you.

Y/N: Your job? Are we still in that kind of relation? You're fulfilling some kind of request? Are you doing this for Halmeoni?

Jungkook was frustrated by that conversation. He couldn't find the good words to make her understand his point of view. Y/N stood up in face of Jungkook's silence. She was about to leave when he held her wrist before hugging her.

Jungkook: Love... don't think like that. It's just... I don't want you to be scared or worried because of my job. I was selfish enough to want you beside me, but I will never agree to expose you to violence or stuffs like that.

Y/N: (She caressed his hair.) I know that and you did well until now. Honestly, I almost forgot that you're doing such a dangerous job. For me, you are not Jeon Jungkook, the scary mafia boss but Jungkook, my cute and childish little bunny.

Jungkook: I promise to be more careful from now on.

Y/N: And to not be cold with me for useless reasons.

Jungkook: Yes Boss... please excuse your handsome man...

He smiled as much as he could to the point that Y/N giggled.

Y/N: Should I punish you and send you sleep alone in your room?

Jungkook: No way... I reject that punishment!

Y/N: In which world someone who is punish reject it?

Jungkook: No punishment involving my time with you is allowed!

Y/N: pff... you're always the winner at the end!

Jungkook: I will buy you something instead, what do you want?

Y/N: I got more than enough things... I will find a good punishment for you, don't worry! Can you please let me go now, I need to go to sleep, I have to work tomorrow.

Jungkook stood up and took Y/N in his arms.

Y/N: Wait... what are you doing?? Put me down.

Jungkook: You said we are going to sleep... my favorite moment of the day!

He climbed the stairs as fast as possible and after a night routine, they cuddled in each others' arms before being captured to Dreamland.

The next few days passed really quickly. Y/N did a lot of overtime work. Even if Jungkook was far to be happy by that situation, he tried to show himself comprehensive but pestered a lot to Yoongi in private. He also had his little jealous crisis when he discovered all the outfits bought by Taehyung to his girlfriend when they spent the day together. Y/N organized a lunch at her office with Mino and San and gave them the gifts that she chose for them. They were very touched and almost embarrassed to receive it. They promised to keep that secret... they didn't want to lose their heads.

Friday evening – Reception place.

Namjoon: Y/N, I'm feeling nervous, what will I do if I can't find the good words when I have to talk to someone?

Y/N: Relax, it will be okay. They are not expecting from you a formal speech, it will be simple greetings and basic conversation, be confident in yourself. And I'm not far if needed.

Yoongi: Guys, are you ready? The press conference will start in 5 minutes.

They entered the conference room where a lot of reporters were present. They noticed some foreigners' media representatives too.

Yoongi: Namjoon-ah, don't stress yourself, everyone knows how hardworking you are, so just be yourself and show them what you got!

Namjoon: Thanks Boss. Let's go guys...

The press conference started, and everything went well. Namjoon felt relieved that people were receptive to the purpose of his album and curious about the creativity process. After an hour, it was the moment to head to the party room where all the guests were waiting. Y/N and her colleagues helped to welcome everyone and Namjoon started to exchange with American investors.

Y/N: Oppa, the press conference went well, right?

Yoongi: Yeah, good point for that kid. But I wasn't expecting less from our genius RM. There is a lot of guests tonight, be careful and don't let anyone bother you,got it

Y/N: I will be cautious, hahaha...

Yoongi: Anyway... with those two (He nodded in direction of Mino and San.), I'm sure that everything will be okay.

Y/N: Sorry... you know your brother, a bit paranoiac...

Yoongi went to discuss with a partner and Y/N greeted the new guests. She didn't saw Jungkook and Taehyung yet. Jin was stuck with a night photoshoot and would not be able to come.

Mino: Y/N, drink something, you didn't take a break since the press conference.

Y/N: Thank you Mino... guys, try to enjoy the party too. 

San: We are here to work Y/N, don't mind us. The Boss should arrive soon.

Y/N: Sorry guys, I have to go, Namjoon needs my help... and eat something, okay!

Namjoon and Y/N finished to talk with a European Music Producer when someone went to encounter them.

Mr Lee: Mr Kim... and the little kitten, what a nice surprise...

When Y/N heard Mr Lee, her smile disappeared. She managed to keep a straight face to not embarrass Namjoon who found strange the way that man addressed to them. 

Namjoon: And you are?

Mr Lee: Mr Lee, I'm looking for a good investment. I recently tried to make a deal, but I was rejected by my potential partner. That idiot doesn't know where is his interest. (He was looking at Y/N all along.)

In the meantime, Mino and San were in alert. When they saw Mr Lee entering, Mino immediately called his boss. San went to inform Yoongi of that potential issue and the CEO joined their conversation.

Yoongi: Mr Lee, right? How can we help you? Y/N, go help Mr Lam please.

Y/N: Sure... please excuse-me. (She was glad of Yoongi's intervention.)

Mino immediately approached her to ask her if everything was okay.

Y/N: Yeah... I was not expecting to see that man here. I'm not comfortable when he is around... but that's okay. I need to refresh myself.

Mino: Okay, let me accompany you. 

Y/N: Mino?!! Again?? You know that it is weird when you wait for me outside the restrooms.

Mino: I'm sorry but you know that I only follow the orders. And tonight, there is a lot of people. The boss will kill me, literally, if something happen to you. So please, bear with it.

Y/N sighed and checked her phone while walking to the restrooms. She was about to bump into someone when Mino stopped her.

Y/N: Ohhh... I'm sorry... (She lifted her head of her phone to excuse herself correctly but frowned when she saw the person in front of her.) What are you doing here?

Mino looked at Y/N with interrogation. He never saw her with that expression.
