Jungkook stepped back a little to see her reaction and as expected, she was troubled by his words. She didn't want to trust him, but it was like she could hear herself say the exact same sentence.

Jungkook: Your kitten is waiting for his dinner.

He put her on her feet and took a seat. Y/N served a small portion of milk into the plate and went to sit too. She put the kitten on the table with the plate.

Y/N: Kookie, drink that, slowly... you're so cute... poor baby, you must miss your mom...

Jungkook: ... You should go to sleep; you had a long day.

Y/N: He almost finished everything... he was hungry.... Do you have to work tomorrow? (She hesitated but asked him.)

Jungkook: It's not confirmed yet, why? Do you want to go on a date with me?

Y/N: Forget that I asked. (She was standing up when Jungkook grabbed her wrist.)

Jungkook: What do you need?

Y/N: To buy things for my little Kookie.

Jungkook sighed. She was really motivated to keep that tiny creature with her.

Jungkook: It's not a promise, but I will do my best to take you buy... whatever you need... for that... thing.

Y/N offered him a bright smile and was about to leave to her bedroom with the kitten.

Y/N: Goodnight... Boss....

Jungkook: Y/N, wait... you forgot my reward...

Y/N went back next to him. He was still sitting on his chair. She looked at him seriously. Jungkook didn't know how to interpret her stare. Was she angry at him? For once, he looked down and didn't see Y/N approaching and put a small kiss on his cheek before running to her room.

Jungkook: ... Yah... KIM Y/N, that's not what I asked for...

That mafia boss was smiling like a kid for receiving a peck...

Y/N laid down on her bed with Kookie but couldn't sleep. She was thinking about Jungkook. He was really in love with her. And deep down, she was probably in love too but afraid because of their differences. Not only their age but their entire universe. But even despite that, she was attracted by him.

Y/N: Kookie, It's over, that devil already won... what will I do?

The kitten came close to her, in need of sleep. She caressed him few minutes before falling asleep too.

In his room Jungkook was not asleep either. There was something that bothered him after his discussion with Nobu. The guys that Izumi tried to hire were people with nothing to lose, only interested by money and Jungkook knew that there will be no discussion possible but only death at the end. After 30 minutes, he stood up and left his room.

Jungkook: arff... I'm so tired but impossible to sleep... I need my reward... I deserve it...

Jungkook pushed the door of Y/N's bedroom and found her asleep in the middle of the bed, the light still on and the kitten curled up against her.

Jungkook: hum, how old are you to sleep like that?

He put a knee on the bed, put the cat at the border of the bed and placed Y/N in a correct position. He put his phone on the nightstand and laid down next to Y/N. He turned the light off and back hugged her, doing his possible to not wake her up. He was feeling at peace and almost fell asleep when he sensed something near his hand. The kitten was back and looking for Y/N's warmth. 

Jungkook: (Murmuring.) Yah.. Get out, it's my spot...

Jungkook pushed a little the kitten but had to stop when Kookie started to meow.

Jungkook: (Murmuring.) shhh... if you wake up her... I will throw you in Han River!

The kitten went back against Y/N's chest and then both Jungkook and Jungkook Junior fell asleep. Jungkook knew that Y/N will certainly yell at him in the morning for his invasion, but he only wanted to have a good moment with her.

The next morning, Y/N was feeling hot and turned herself. She already had this sensation, but her mind was not yet very functional. Reality only hit her when she felt a hand on her hips. She quickly sat on the bed, looking around while rubbing her eyes.

Y/N: Yahh!!! What are you doing here, again!

Jungkook put his arm on her thighs and answered with his sleepy voice.

Jungkook: hummm, I'm sleeping, why? I said I wanted to sleep the entire day, so, just lay down...

Y/N: Why are you here instead of your room... you said that you won't force me but you... you...

Jungkook: It was my reward for going to school with you... Just sleep a little more...

Y/N took Kookie of the blanket to stand up before putting him back on the bed. The kitten immediately went against Jungkook, still looking for warmth. Y/N went to her bathroom to shower and prepare herself. She needed to calm down even if the day hadn't start yet.

When she came out of the bathroom, Y/N saw Jungkook still deeply asleep. She went downstairs to prepare something to eat. After everything was ready, Y/N went on the garden to check the bush where she found Kookie. She was wondering how that kitten finished here alone. 

Taehyung: Hi Sweetie, what are you doing alone here? Where is Jungkook?

Y/N: Hi Oppa, I was checking how Kookie managed to finish in the garden. He is too small to be able to jump on this big wall... Your cousin is upstairs, sleeping like a baby.

Taehyung: You named him Kookie? Well, I have to wake up Sleeping Beauty.

They both entered into the house and Y/N offered Taehyung a bottle of water.

Taehyung: Everything went well after our departure?

Y/N blushed a little and Taehyung found that cute. He continued:

Taehyung: Did he finally confess his feelings to you?

Y/N: How do you know?...What do you think I should do?

Taehyung: Y/N, you're the only one that know how to respond to his feelings. If you feel the same toward him, tell him and let him cherish and love you, you deserve it.

Y/N was relieved to have this conversation with Taehyung. She could speak about everything with him. He was so mature and never judging.

Y/N: I'm not sure what it means to love someone. I'm sure that he had a lot of girlfriends, how can I think being his girlfriend, look at me.

Taehyung: I will not lie to you, Jungkook has experience with girls, but he never consider those girls as his girlfriends. Don't underestimate your value, you're a beautiful woman, smart, strong and funny. Every men are looking for those qualities in a woman. And if you want to be sure that the feeling that you have is love it's easy. Do you feel strange when I or Jin hug you or touch you?

Y/N: No,you're like my older brothers, I just feel safe around you.

Taehyung: And what do you feel when Jungkook touches you, when he kissed you...

Y/N: He told you that he kissed me?

Taehyung: It was pretty obvious Sweetie. Your face turns red every time that he made a move on you. I was just hopping that he can control himself and not scare you about those things.

Y/N: With him, it's not the same. But he is a player, that's why I have those butterflies in my stomach and become shy. He always implies flirty things.

Taehyung: (He smiled.) Even if it's true that Jungkook likes a lot to tease you, he really loves you. He never loved a girl before. He will be not easy to manage, clumsy and, be prepared, a bit jealous but he will protect you no matter what and will do everything possible to make you happy.

Y/N shyly smiled at Taehyung's words.

Y/N: Oppa, you're the best wings man possible... you should change your career, you can be an excellent life coach.

Taehyung: (He patted her head.) You're cute... I'm going to wake up your boyfriend.

Y/N: He is not... don't say that in front of him...

Taehyung went upstairs and found Jungkook's bedroom door open but no trace of him. He smirked and went to check on Y/N's room. He entered without a noise. He saw the mafia boss, feared by everyone, sleeping like a baby, in a girlish bed, with a kitten snuggled up against him.

Taehyung: (He took out his phone to take a photo.) This one will be collector. Eh, Jungkook, wake up.

Jungkook: humm, what do you want...

Taehyung: Move, we need to go fishing some bad guys. You found a new lover... (He took Kookie in his arms.)

Jungkook: That thing already annoys me...

Taehyung: Why, he's so cute, little Kookie... ahaha, Y/N found the perfect name for you... Let's go to your mommy... 

Jungkook woke up and went to his bedroom to take a shower and dress.

Taehyung: I found your little boy, with his daddy in your bed...

Y/N: (She blushed.) He is not his daddy; my baby doesn't need a pervert daddy.... We should eat.

She served Taehyung and disposed Jungkook's part on the table. Kookie was licking his milk.

Taehyung: We have to go somewhere, you are okay to stay alone at home?

Y/N: Yeah, don't worry, I have a new book from this amazing bookstore, Mr Nobu's shop. This place is insane. I will read it and be a good girl. ahaha...

Taehyung: You're cute... (He pinched her cheek and heard a cough coming from the stairs.)

Jungkook: Are you not done flirting with my girl?

Y/N: I never agreed to be your girlfriend!

Taehyung smirked and bent to murmur to Y/N's ear, like he was about to kiss her cheek.

Taehyung: I told you, he is jealous for nothing... just like a kid...

Jungkook: Yah, what are you doing? And you, don't let guys being so close to you.

Y/N: It's Taehyung Oppa, it's not a guy... you're crazy... 

Jungkook: He is still a guy. Anyway, I called Mr Park, he will stay here with you until I come back.

Y/N: Yeah, Boss...

Taehyung: You don't call him Ahjussi anymore?

Jungkook: She can if she wants... (He smirked, knowing what will happen to her.)

Y/N: No, I can't, he became allergic to this word, provoking weird reactions.

Taehyung stared at his cousin who was smiling between every bite.

Taehyung: JK, we have to go now... Sweetie, see you later...

Jungkook grabbed a last bite before leaving the kitchen with Taehyung. Y/N silently followed them. Jungkook stopped few seconds in the corridor, opened a closet, took one of his gun and some munitions. His facial expression was serious, so different from the Jungkook that she was used to see. He noticed her and her worried look. He came close to her.

Jungkook: What? My non-girlfriend is worried for me? (He messed up her hair.)

Y/N: Yah, stop that... (She fixed her messy hair.) Be careful...

Y/N was so cute that he couldn't resist and pecked her lips before laughing seeing her becoming upset. He joined Taehyung who was waiting for him outside. Y/N put her hand on her lips, a little smile appeared.

Taehyung: Are you done flirting so early in the morning Mr Jeon?

Jungkook: I should say that to you... and stop calling her Sweetie or hugging her and so. I don't like to share what's mine.

Taehyung: She's not yours, she's our sweet and cute little Princess...

(He quickly got in the car, seeing Jungkook badly glaring at him.)

Taehyung started the engine, followed by 2 cars with his men. They were ready to attack the supposed hide-out of Izumi. Taehyung's men monitored the place since JK got the address from Nobu. It was an unoccupied building with old apartments.

Jungkook: It's here? Let's finish that today.

Just after their departure, the door's house opened to reveal Mr Park.

Y/N: Hi Mr Park... sorry you have to work because of me instead of spending time with your family.

Mr Park: Hello Miss Y/N. It's my job, don't worry about that. You can do whatever you planned, and if you need something, tell me.

Y/N took Kookie and her book and went outside to enjoy the nice weather. The kitten was sleeping on the grass. At 11.00, she made a video call with her grandmother to show her Kookie. They spent a good moment together. She was playing with the kitten when the guard of last night talked to her.

Guy: That kitten seems to have found a good master... 

Y/N: Ohh, it's you, you scared me again, you're very discreet...

Guy: Sorry it was not my intention to scare you.

Y/N: It's okay... and sorry for yesterday, you got scolded by your Boss because of me.

Guy: No, no, it was nothing... (He bent down to caress Kookie.) He is very cute... just like his savior...

Y/N was taken aback by his remark. She shyly smiled to him, not very comfortable.

Mr Park: Joo-sang, what are you doing here. No one called you inside.

Joo-sang: Mr Park, I just came to give this to Miss Y/N. (He took from his pocket 2 little bottles of milk for baby cat.) Please take this. 

Y/N: Thanks... it's specially done for kitten... where...

Joo-sang: I bought this at a convenience store near my apartment. Sorry, there was only 2 left.

Mr Park: You should leave now, Mr Jeon would not like to know that you didn't respect his rules, even if it was for a good meaning.

Y/N: Thank you again...

The guard smiled to Y/N and bowed to her and to Mr Park before returning to his spot, outside the house.

Mr Park: Miss, how did he know about the cat? Did he talk to you by the past?

Y/N: No, we just exchanged few words last night, he was there when I found Kookie. 

Mr Park: He was only hired few days ago, but he must respect the rules, or he will not be able to stay in the clan.

Y/N: I saw Jungkook and Taehyung angry yesterday against him and it was not funny.

Mr Park: Mr Jeon and Mr Kim have to manage the clan, they can't show mercy when the rules are not respected. It's the law of this world.

Y/N: It's scary sometimes...

Mr Park didn't want to darken the mood and tried to change of subject.

Mr Park: Miss, do you want me to order food, it's almost lunch time.

Y/N: No, no, I will cook something, and you will have to eat with me, no possibility for you to say no! 

Mr Park nodded and they both went inside. Y/N put Kookie on the couch before going to the kitchen to prepare a Ginseng chicken soup.

Y/N: Tadam! I didn't prepare this dish for a long time; I hope that it tastes good.

Mr Park took a first bite and reassured Y/N, it was excellent.

Earlier, near the hideout of Izumi and his men.

Taehyung: The teams are ready to intervene.

Jungkook: Okay, let's go.

Taehyung, Jungkook and 4 of their men entered the building, guns in hands. At the same time, another team penetrated that place from the backdoor. The first floor was empty but as soon as the first guy put a foot on the second floor, the gunshots flowed from everywhere. All Jungkook's men managed to hide except one who took a bullet in his arm. He was rescued by Taehyung who dragged him out of the shoot line, covered by Jungkook who killed 2 guys of the opposite clan.

Taehyung: They were waiting for us.

Jungkook: Yes, apparently... they can't escape... they will die here...

After long minutes of shoot exchanges, the Japanese guys were whether dead or neutralized. Izumi was injured, laying down on the dirty ground, waiting for his final sentence.

Jungkook: (Kneeling and grabbing his hair.) Izumi, do you know how many time we lost to search for you...

He brutally released his catch just to make him sit correctly.

Taehyung: Talk, who's working for you, who told you that we were coming for you?

Izumi: Sano really did a great job, too bad that you killed him, I wasn't able to reward him.... Your girlfriend is very lovely Jeon...

Jungkook punched him so hard that he fell on the ground.

Jungkook: Continue to open your dirty mouth to say stupid thing and you will beg me to kill you...

Izumi: What... I'm not afraid to die... but that bi*** will join me in the other side.

Jungkook grabbed his collar and punched him again with more ferocity, making Izumi face to bleed. He only stopped to be sure to not kill him too quickly.

Taehyung: Izumi, it will be useless and only painful to piss him off.

Izumi: You can kill me, my man will finish what we started, and you will lose your girl and your power...

Jungkook: You have a funny tradition in Japan, to cut your finger when you fail...

Jungkook nodded to one of his men and he brought him a knife.

Jungkook: But you see, in Korea, we like to do things in a bigger way!

Without hesitation, Jungkook cut Izumi right hand, making the Japanese's mafioso yell of pain, not far from fainting.

Jungkook: Do you think that your boss will like my gift?

Izumi: F*** you, just kill me as a decent man.

Taehyung: I warned you to not make him angry... He only started to play with you... unless you have something interesting to say!

Izumi: You're freaking psycho...

Jungkook smirked and kicked his face before crashing his throat with his foot.

Jungkook: My friend asked politely but you continue to be arrogant...

Izumi was breathing with difficulties, not able to free himself with his only hand.

Jungkook: Sorry, I can't hear you... are you saying something?

Jungkook took off his foot and bent down to listen to Izumi.

Izumi: F*** you, your girl will be dead before the end of the weekend, hahaha.

Jungkook lost his temper and punched him multiple time until he stopped moving. He stood up and wiped his hand on his pant. 

Taehyung: He is still breathing?

Jungkook: I think so... arff, my clothes are ruined because of this jerk!

Taehyung: What do you want to do with him? Are you done playing? You know that he won't say anything.

Jungkook: I will kill him as soon as he regains conscious. His men are all dead?

Taehyung: Yes, and we recovered everything that he found in Sano's room.

Jungkook bent down and took Izumi's phone from his pocket.

Jungkook: Take this, it can help to find that guy who he was talking about.

Taehyung bent down and took Izumi cut hand to unlock his phone.

Taehyung: Aishh, look what you make me do, it's creepy.

Jungkook: Take care, it's moving, ahahaha, I loved Thing from the Addams Family.

Taehyung: Your toy is waking up, just finish him, we're done here.

Izumi opened his eyes with pain, his face covered of his own blood and swollen. He sat with difficulties, raised his head to see Jungkook, smirking, his gun pointing to him. He didn't have the time to say a word, Jungkook shot him in the head. 

Jungkook: (To his men.) Burn this place... Tae, we need to stop at your apartment, I need to change before going home.

Taehyung: Yeah, it's better... I don't want you to scare my little Princess with all that... (Showing the blood all over his suit.)

Jungkook: Yah, she's not your Princess... stop that...

Taehyung: You're really jealous of us? Ah, that's right, Y/N was not insensible to my charm when we met, I understand you, bro!

Jungkook stopped and put his hands on his hips, pissed by Tae' words.

Jungkook: KIM TAEHYUNG !!! I will kill you if you try to steal my girl.
