last chapter...

Our daily routine continued like normal and soon we sat at our table, eating our food, which Wonpil prepared.
We quickly finished the ramen, which tasted delicious btw.
It's still early, but this day tired the heck out of me, so I decided to get under the covers early today. I wished my brothers goodnight and went upstairs.
I fell asleep quicker than normal and slept peacefully, till the cocks from the neighbours accross the street woke me up ruthlessly.

Let's continue...

Changbin POV

Ugh, detention was once again a pain, but still 100% better than going home 'early'.

'Wait up! Wait up I said! Ugh, Changbin! Can't you just listen to me for a second?!'

Pffttt... Not her again... Well, it's not like I can avoid her forever...

'What is it babe. You can just text me you know. Not that I'll reply, but yeah.'  I mumbled the last part, quiet enough for her not to hear.

But, yeah, that is my girlfriend and I honestly don't even know why... I'm not even straight...
She confessed and I accepted. Why not, I thought at the time, but I regret it like hell now. She's the type to not let you go, even after you punched her in her face. She won't care. When she has her mind set on something, she won't back away until she got what she wanted. She's clingy af, part of the reasons I regret it so much.

She's pretty, that I admit, but nothing more than that.  She's a typical case of 'pretty outside, ugly inside'. When you look at our relationship in that perspective, we're the perfect match, literally a match made in heaven.

'You ignored all my, ehm, wait a sec please, 77.5 messages! 0.5 because I was just about tekst you again! Why didn't you answer? It's our one month anniversary in a few days and I don't want you to forget it like you forgot our one week anniversary! I expect a present this time Changbin!'

That materialistic b*tch is at it again. Always pleading for presents like she's a damn puppy waiting for its snacks. Not everybody is as rich as she is... I can't afford a 24 karat watch every freaking week. Now you're maybe asking why I won't just break up with her. Well, she'll be a lot more of a pain when we end our relationship. As I already said before, she's clingy af. She won't take no for an answer, so I'd rather stay  with her a little longer. When she starts to want more, I'll just dump her regardless and try to avoid her even more.

'Yes babe, of course, I know it means a lot to you baby.' I tried my hardest to conceal my disgust and put on the sweetest smile I could possibly manage.

'*huff*, now treat me to dinner honey, I'm craving some good Italian food, especially since you left me hanging for such a long time.'

I hate it when she calls me that. I'm not honey, I rather am salt. In normal circumstances I'd leave her hanging even longer, but this dinner gives me again the chance to ditch home a little longer. I'll just tekst dad I won't be home before midnight and won't look at my Phone again, saying I didn't read his messages. He's normally alredy asleep at that hour, so let's hope I'll be Lucky tonight.

I know she wouldn't be satisfied with walking to the restaurant, so now we're on our way to the best foodplace in the city in a taxi. Even more money wasted on that girl.

When we arrived, we sat down at a table by the big windows, made out of glass only. She insisted on sitting there, because she likes to Judge passerbys solely on appearance. Saying they'll never afford to eat here and stuff like that.

I ate my food quietly while listening to her constant babbling about anything and everything, mostly about how amazing she is and how everyone should be happy to even be able to take as little as a glance at her beauty. She rambled and rambled and didn't even notice I went to the counter to pay.

When I came back, I grabbed my stuff and left her on her own. When I was about to walk out of those big doors, Jaeli caught on to me.

'Couldn't you wait for me? What if some creepy bastard came up to me! Oh wait, they won't be able to even afford this place anyway hehe... Not the point! Hey! Don't walk away in the middle of a conversation! Changbin!'

I had enough of her bullshit and decided to walk towards the parking lot, where my ca... Wait... We came with a taxi and I don't even own a car...

A taxi isn't worth my money again, so I walked home. I know it was like an hour walk, so I'd have to take a longer route, considering it was only 9 pm and dad's still awake if I'll arive home in an hour.

I walked through the park, hearing children screams and late birds chirping. It was kind of calming and I sat down for a bit. As time progressed, I closed my eyes slowly and fell asleep against the tree I was leaning to.

A few hours passed and I finally woke up. I've never slept so peacefully before, probably because my dad wasn't here. I looked up at my watch and noticed it was 23:30, so I decided to continue my walk home. Dad's definitely asleep now.

I walked until I finally reached home. I got in as quiet as possible and tiptoed my way upstairs, as if I were a mouse running away from a big and scary cat.

I entered my bedroom, threw myself on the bed and immediately fell asleep.

I'm so thankful if you're still reading this! I really hate myself at the moment, sorry! Ugh, I feel like I can't say sorry enough to you! Is there something I can make it up to you with? I feel like I let you guys down, but I'll try my best to upload this story more frequently. In the meantime I did get an idea for a new book! Would y'all like it if I add another book? Or should I finish this first?
