~Four weeks later~

“Oh!” I gasp in surprise as I feel a kick within my tummy.

My eyes flutter down to my swollen belly, my hands moving to caress it. “Look at you, what are you trying to do? Escape?” I asked gently with a light giggle.

When the baby kicks again, I can’t help but smile. Now this- this is what I love about being pregnant.

I can feel the love when my baby kicks.

Nikki Bella gives an update on her pregnancy

Nikki says, "I never thought the weeks would start flying by this quickly. When I started this journey and I was thinking about doing a pregnancy vlog I really thought I would be posting every week with a long update but time just seems to be racing now. I'm nearly half way!! When did that happen? I'm feeling baby kick all the time now. It still brings sweet tears to my eyes sometimes. My partner and parents have all felt a kick also. Which is so magical! I have my 21 week scan in just over a week. I'm excited just to see my little baby!"

Nikki has plans for who will be in the delivery room and says ex John Cena, 40 was definitely right and she thanks him for letting her go and that they will forever be friends.

Nikki also says, "I am in the cliché stage of pregnancy, Nothing fits and my skin is bad and I miss my old body and my back hurts and I'm exhausted and my feet are cold and I get migraines and I always need to pee and I get out of breath standing up and my bed isn't comfy and my tummy hurts and I'm hungry and nothing is tasty and I want to go home but I don't know where home is."

thenikkibella Today was the day! The baby was in a really odd position with its head down in my pelvis and all scrunched up so I only got 3 pictures, a cute little foot, the profile, and the gender shot. ( which ill be posting later so if anyone else wants to guess go ahead ) It was so amazing to see my little baby wiggling around and opening its mouth. SO CUTE! I'm absolutely in love, these next 21 weeks need to go fast because I'm dying to meet my baby.

The former United States champion confirms that he is having a baby with fellow WWE female Superstar, Nikki Bella and is even set to appear on the new season of Total Bellas where Nikki's pregnancy journey and hopefully birth of their baby will be filmed.

Nikki who is currently 21 weeks pregnant, she's expecting a baby girl, and she feels "happy, motivated, [and] in love."

According to a source, Nikki and Rusev are living together and are building a family environment for their daughter.

Rusev is planning to take time off when Nikki gets closer to her due date so he can be there for her and the baby.
