Soulmate PT. 2: 2Yeon

Jeongyeon sat up, breathing heavily as her heart pounded out of her chest.

Had everything in her dream been true? If so...what was she gonna do?

I mean...she knew who her soulmate was, and she had to admit, she does have a tiny- huge crush on the bunny.

Well...Chae was the only option that she thought was available in that moment...

Jeong hopped out bed, rushing out of her room and almost bumping into Dahyun.

"Whoa! You trying to beat Usain Bolt, or something?" Said the tofu, jokingly.

Jeongyeon just laughed and patted the younger head.

As she headed to Chaeng's room, she heard some rushed whispers.

Curious, she decided to stop and listen.

"What am I supposed to do now?" Said a female voice.

"I mean...you should probably bring it up to her-" Said another, but was cut off.

"You Nitwit! Are you crazy?! No!"

"Geez, sorry..." The whispering quieted down, and eventually stopped.

The doorknob of the room started turning, Jeong quickly darted behind the wall.

She heard a pair of footsteps come out if the room.

She took a quick peek and saw...NAYEON AND MINA?!

She muffled a sound of suprise, she quickly darted towards a random room.

As she opened the door and practically sprang inside, she knocked into someone.

Rubbing her head to ease the pain, she looked down and saw a fuming cub.

"O-oh, Chaeng... I-I was actua-" Jeongyeon tried to explain.

"YAH! YOU DUM-DUM! WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?! I COULD'VE DIED YOU STUPID IDIOT!" Yelled the furious tiger.

"Geez, calm down, watch your words, kid..." Said Jeongyeon, helping her friend up.

They both took a breather, and laughed the situation off.

Jeong explained what happened in her dream.

"...It was crazy...I really don't know what to do..." Jeongyeon said, massaging her temples.

Chaeng just stared at her friend in sympathy.

"I mean...why don't you bring it up to her-"

"WHAT?! NO WAY! THAT'S TOO AWKWARD TO TALK ABOUT, DUMMY!"

"...language, goodness (JY: Yah! You little- CY: Hehe ^v^)...but I mean, you don't really have other options...she is your 'soulmate'..." Chae said.

"...you're right, but how do I bring something like this up?" Asked Jeongyeon.

"Just do it straight on, she can accept it, or think it's bogus, either way, you'll have the weight lifted off your shoulders..." Chae said thoughtfully.

Jeongyeon took her words into consideration and thanked the tiger cub.

Later that day, the members decided to go shopping, but Jeongyeon and Nayeon were left at home, as Nayeon was in the shower, while Jeongyeon just declined.

Not realising that Nayeon was home too, she decided to start her planning.

Yet, thinking about how stressful the situation would be, Jeong decided to take a break, maybe have a drink or two to ease away the pressure.

Grabbing a couple cans of soda, she chugged them down, feeling the sugar rush into her body.

She was getting a sugar high, and she could feel it.

At that moment, Nayeon came downstairs.

"Oh...Jeongyeon, I didn't realize you were home" Said the bunny, surprised.

"Ditto" Said Jeongyeon.

They stared at eachother awkwardly, both not knowing what to say.

"You know, I had a dream about you..." Jeongyeon said, breaking the silence.

"O-oh, what was it about?" Nayeon asked.

Jeongyeon let out everything that she had been holding in, from Chaeyoung showing her the article, to the actual dream.

The sugar from the soda was shutting down her brain, she didn't think twice (hehe...okay I'll stop, I'm sorry...) about the confession...

Nayeon just stood there, mouth agape, shocked by the sudden information.

Jeongyeon smiled proudly, she let out a chuckle...and fell asleep.

Nayeon looked at her confused, her eyes drifted to the coffee table.

Seeing all those soda cans, she knew what Jeongyeon said had been true.

Blushing unconsciously, and smiling widely, Nayeon got a blanket and laid it on the sleeping ostrich .

As Nayeon went back into her room, she laid on the bed, thoughts running through her head.

"How is that possible...?" Nayeon thought aloud.

"How could she have described the same dream I had...?"
