I grabbed all my stuff. I grabbed food, warm clothes, water, binoculars, boots, extra hair ties, and lots more stuff, and finally, I got Alexa. I went to my door. I turned to see my room one last time and left. I went downstairs to the door and when I opened it I saw Vanessa. She had a backpack with lots of things in it. “Don't go,” she said scared. “Where.” I said acting dumb.” “don't play dumb with me I know where you are going and I am saying don’t go it is dangerous.” “And where am I going huh,” I said. She looked around worried like someone was going to see her. “You can tell me it is okay. She took a deep breath and said “you are going to the mountain filled with snow to get the button from under all the snow.” I just stood there in shock. After a few minutes, I said “ how did you know?”

She answered and said “ oh because you were thinking it in school and you're thinking it right now so I figured that you weren’t going to listen to me so I might as well go with you.” she was out of breath. Once again I was in shock as I was really thinking about it in school and I didn't notice? Am I thinking of it right now? Oh, Vanessa, she really got me this time. “Yes I did get you and you were thinking about it in school.” “ you have to stop reading my mind STOP!!!!!” I said angrily. “You know you can read my mind too,” she said smartly. I stood there thinking and said, “well duh I know Now.” I said with an attitude. “No you didn't I know you,” she said. “Fine I didn’t know y que, so what. I locked the door and opened the fence and we were out. “ I assume you know where we are going,” she said hopefully. “No, not really,” I said truthfully. How?” she said curiously. “Um tu sabes, Um you know.” she looked at me waiting to say more than said “um I don't know” “it just popped up in my head that’s all” she had wide eyes when I said that. I stopped walking “what is something wrong.” “no nothing at all,” she said. And she smiled. “Vanessa what are your other 2 powers.” she thought for a moment then said “I can control the weather and the other one is change people's minds or make them forget and as you know now I can read minds.” she smiled “oh that's cool,” I said fascinated by the thought of controlling the weather. “You know you can do those too. And much more since you have all the powers.” “Oh yeah, I forgot all about that,” I said embarrassed that I didn't know about my powers.
