» (Y/N)'s P.O.V «

I look nervously at the box and took it from him.

" What's on this box? " He asked pointing at the box. I opened it and saw it at him. 

" This mask...I can't remember anything about it. " I said lifting up the mask. Kokichi's eyes widen but turned back to normal. 

" Keep it, maybe it's important. " Kokichi said smiling and started opening a drink. I looked at him confusingly but returned the mask to the box. 

I didn't tell him about the weapons inside the lab because of reasons. We leaned our backs to each other as we began talking about some things. 

The peaceful yet fun atmosphere disappeared when the nighttime announcement played on the monitor. 

" We should get going to our dorms. " I said. 

" Yeah. " Kokichi said. 

I locked my lab's door and pulled Kokichi's sleeves lightly, Kokichi nodded. Understanding what I meant. 

This is called the best friends language.

He carried me in a piggyback and started walking. Not too so long, we are already at the dorms. I pulled my body away from him and straightened my clothes. 

" Bye Kichi!! See you tomorrow. " I said.

" Yeah, see you tomorrow (n/n)-chan. " Kokichi said waving and walked to his own dorm. 

I entered my room and locked the door behind me. I put my bag, ribbon, scarf, and headband on the table and slumped at the bed.  I closed my eyes and fell asleep. 

[ 🎲 ]

Everything is black, my surrounding were black, and in front of me was a mirror. Showing myself but wearing a different outfit. The outfit was like Kokichi's but instead of white, it was black.  She was also wearing a cape and a hat but that one was white-colored. She also has a checkered scarf and her hairstyle was the same as mine even the ribbon was the same. She was holding a mask the same mask on the box in my lab. 

" Who are you? " I finally spoke as I looked at her, or should I say me? 

" I'm you but a fake one. " She answered. Yes indeed she looks like me but her voice sounds different. 

" What do you mean? " I asked. 

" A fake one, you didn't receive the fake memories, didn't you? " She asked me.

" What memories? " I asked her. 

" The memories that you will get on the flashback light is fake...but the one you received was real. " She explained.

" But I want you to remember the fake memories too. " She continued.

" Why? What if I began to confuse myself? " I questioned her.

" Don't worry, you won't. You'll know which is which. You'll know what's your real memories and fake memories. "  She explained. I nodded. 

" Then let me explain, you belong to a group called D.I.C.E, and your leader is Kokichi Ouma. You're his assistant. Wake up you'll remember your fake memories. And again don't worry you won't be confused.  I'm just trying to help you, I mean I am you. You'll also accept a motive when you woke up." She explained. 

Before I could say something my foot was pulled down the black space while the other me was waving at me and turned around while wearing her mask. 

[ 🎲 ]

I gasped as I get up on my bed, sweats were all around my forehead. 

What the fuck is that? A motive? Oh, right I'm on a group called D.I.C.E which has 10 members but 11 including me.  And my fuckin' boss is Kokichi? WHAT KIND OF FAKE MEMORY IS THIS? wait, so these fake memories were real to Kokichi. I mean because he can't remember the real one so let's say these are his real memories. 

I began doing my morning routine, changing my bandages, changing my jacket (of course sliding the knife on the new jacket that I just changed), and combed my hair. 

Then as I was about to get my things on my table I suddenly stopped when I saw 2 unique-looking monopads. I pick up my thing on the table wearing each of it in its perspective places and sigh.  

As I was done I looked at the thing that I thought was a monopad but it was a kubs pad. 

As I began to touch the first one, a video started to play. And large lettering of ' (Y/N) (L/N)'s Motive Video. 

Oh, this is what she said about the motives.

" Alright! Back by popular demand, it's time for the motive video! "

" Who's the most important person in your life? And now, without further ado..."

I stared at the screen curiously. 

" (y/n) (l/n) the ultimate lucky student... " the screen showed me and the other students. 

" I don't know if (y/n) remembers this but... they are VERY important to (y/n). She doesn't have her past memories though so that's great. They treated her like family and promised her that she won't feel lonely again. But what happened today? Some of them are thinking to kill someone to end this killing game or to get out of this mess. " Then the other students have a blood x on their faces except for me, making me tremble in fear. I began tearing up.

" Now, where are these old students that treat each other as a family? What happened and why did they change? It's a secret! Puhuhuhuhu... " Monokuma said and the screen turned black. I put that away and before I could pick the other one, I calmed myself first. Wiping my tears away, I picked the other 'motive video' making the screen open showing the same intro like the one. 

" Alright! Back by popular demand, it's time for the motive video! "

" Who's the most important person in your life? And now, without further ado..."

" (y/n) (l/n) the ultimate lucky student... " then the screen showed the D.I.C.E members including Kokichi and my other me leaning our backs together.  I froze and stared at the screen. 

" (y/n) was a part of a secret organization that has been lead by Kokichi Ouma called D.I.C.E, she is a trusted member and the leader's assistant. The other members treated her as a family she was happy about that because she, herself didn't know what it feels like to have a family. " Then the screen changed the other members were in jail with some little bloodstains on their clothes. 

I gasped and felt myself tearing up, again.

Huh? What am I crying? Our memories are fake though, but still those people. Fiction or not they still treated me like family.  

Monokuma suddenly appeared and said, " Bet then, a terrible event befell those precious people... What kinda event? It's a secret! Find out for yourself. Puhuhuhu..." then the screen turned black. I calmed and fixed myself up and smiled to myself. 

The fake memories...why do they feel so real? No, I won't let that videos get to me. That was the point of that motive. It was to kill each other so we could know what happened to them. But, why did I get 2 motive videos and both of them are mine?

Before leaving, I hid my motive videos inside of the box of my bandages and put the box of bandages back in the closet. I left my dorm and locked it and walked to the dining hall. As I entered the dining room, Himiko, Angie, Tsumugi, Korekiyo, and Kirumi is already there. When I was about to ask them about the motive videos, Shuichi just suddenly entered the room leaving the door wide open. 

" Hey, has anyone seen Kaito!? " Shuichi asked and looks like he was in hurry.
