Chapter 3

"You better not leave me alone tonight, there's some questionable people here." Minerva said glancing around at the crowded house.
"Don't worry Minerva dear, I'll be right beside you all night." Dumbledore tapped her shoulder as they headed towards the kitchen.
"Where exactly are we going?"
"I saw people getting drinks from this direction."
"You call that a drink?" Minerva frowns glancing at the plastic cups with beer.
"I don't know how I feel about this." Snape looked at the liquid before him.
Dumbledore took a sip and instantly regretted it.
"I've had better." He places the cup back on the table. Minerva glances at Snape before turning to Dumbledore who'd disappeared.
"Where in merlins name did he go?"
"I believe that's him dancing on the table." Severus points towards the man who indeed was on the table.
"And that ladies and gentlemen is the headmaster of our school." Minerva folds her arms.
"Explains a lot really." Severus said sniffing the beer.
"Hey, you supposed to be Frankenstein?" Some blonde headed girl approached Snape, who in turn glanced at Minerva.
"I'm Dracula." He snapped earning a chuckle from Minerva.
"Oh, well you can suck the blood from my neck anytime." She smiles.
"Insufferable muggles." Snape sighs, turning his attention back to Minerva.
"Not so fun is it?"
"I'm never letting him talk me into this again."
"Like wise."

"Hey Drac, fancy a dance?" The girl clearly didn't get the hint.
"Now listen here you insufferable little bimbo, I don't want anything to do with you." The girl simply giggled. Minerva looked elsewhere to avoid laughing, however her mood soon changed when she noticed Severus had been dragged away by the girl, leaving Minerva all alone, just great.

Minerva stood alone in the corner of the room watching as everyone else made a fool of themselves, Dumbledore included. Severus stood awkwardly with the blonde who continued talking about whatever it was she was talking about, he threw a pleading glance at Minerva once or twice but she watched on in amusement. It would do him good to speak to different people, maybe not so much her she came across like an absolute air head but it was a start.

"They really shouldn't of left a pretty little witch like yourself all alone, who knows what's lurking in the darkness waiting to sink their teeth into that delectable delicate Snow White skin of yours." Minerva swallows, she knew that voice, it was the voice that's haunted her for years.
"Bellatrix." Minerva spat, not daring to turn around and give her the satisfaction of looking at her. The woman chuckles, resting her head on Minerva's shoulder.
"I always did like the way you spat my name, such venom in your voice." She purrs, slowly moving to stand in front of Minerva.
"Though I do prefer it when you whimper my name, do you remember how to do that Minnie?" She stepped closer, enjoying the effect she clearly had on the shorter woman.
"What are you doing here?" Minerva said, making no effort to move away from the woman.
"I had intended to stay in the dark and watch these idiots make regrettable choices..." she said, again taking a step closer, they were inches apart and their eyes met for the first time that night.
"Now however my intentions have changed." She whispers huskily, Minerva swallows fighting with herself. She'd made a promise to herself to never fall for this woman's wicked ways again.

"This dump is no place for you Minerva, let me take you somewhere far more...classy." Minerva remained silent not entirely trusting herself to speak right now.
"I know for a marvellous little restaurant not far from here, my treat." The wicked witch smiles.
"I have no intentions of going anywhere with you." Minerva said standing her ground as Bella pushed her body flush against Minerva's.
"I know you want to, stop denying it." Bella brought her hand to Minerva's bare neck, slowly running her slender fingers along delicate skin.
"I can show you a far better time than anything you'd find around this sweaty worn out place. Just look around you Minerva, do you really think you could have a good time here?" Bella moves around to stand behind the woman as her eyes examine the room. Bella was right, they were all a drunk mess, Albus included, Severus was the only seemingly sober person, though he was caught up with the blonde who now clung to his arm.

"Come with me Minnie, you know I can give you what you want, I always have." She whispers before placing a soft kiss against Minerva's neck. Minerva contemplated the decision, her mind said one thing but her entire body said another. Bellatrix always had this hold on her, and Minerva could never understand why. She was evil, pure evil the exact opposite to Minerva, and yet Minerva was drawn to her like a moth to a flame.
Her costume suited her, she came as the devil. Horns adorned her head, her dress stopped at the knee with a v cut neckline revealing a generous amount of breast.

"Come my little angel, let the devil show you a good time." Bella smirks taking the woman's hand in her own.

What are we thinking, should Minerva go with the Devil?
