Scott, Kya and Stiles met at the hospital.

Sheriff Stilinski said, "Boys, give us a second."

Scott turned to Stiles. "These are definitely sacrifices, right?"

Stiles nodded. "Yeah. It's the one Deaton mentioned. Healers."

"What about Danny? He threw up mistletoe. That's not a coincidence, and if he hadn't been with Ethan, he probably would've died. Danny's not a healer. I..."

Stiles pointed to his dad. "Can you hear that?"

Scott turned around and listened for a moment. "They found a body."

During Chemistry, Jennifer Blake walked in. "Good morning. As you all know, Mr. Harris is still missing... I mean, sick. Anyway, I'm filling in while we all hope and pray for a more qualified substitute to take my place. Okay, let's get started, shall we?"

Stiles, who was seated by Scott at the table, glanced between his friends. "Hey, my dad said that the ER attending wasn't strangled, but did die from asphyxiation. They just don't know how."

Scott snuck a glance to him. "Do you think the on-call doctor could still be alive?"

"I don't know... But, Scott, there's got to be at least 20 other doctors in that hospital... at least, you know? Any one of them could be next."

Scott got a call and he leaned down so he could subtly answer. "Hey, doc. Sorry, I'm in class now. Can I call you back later?"

After a moment of silence, Scott said, "Doc, doc, doc, doc? What's happening?"

Scott ran off and Kya glanced at Stiles. "We should get to the clinic. Call your dad."

Stiles called his dad and drove himself and Kya to the Animal Clinic. As soon as they arrived, they saw Scott and the sheriff in the operating room. While Stiles took his place to Scott's left, Kya leaned against the wall.

Sheriff Stilinski placed a hand on Scott's shoulder. "All right, we're doing everything we can. Right now, the best thing you can do is go back to school."

Scott motioned for his friends to follow him silently. They walked into the Cat Clinic and Scott said, "We have to tell him."

Stiles jerked his head forward slightly. "You mean, like, tell him tell him, or tell him something else that isn't telling him what I think you want to tell him."

"You know what I mean."

Stiles placed a hand on the cages. "You remember how your mom reacted? She didn't look you in the eyes for, like, a week."

"And she got over it, and... it actually made us closer."

Stiles continued glaring through the window. "I don't know, dude. I mean, look at him. Come on, he's completely overwhelmed as it is."

Kya glanced to see Sheriff Stilinski rubbing his eyes. "Stiles, he has no idea what's going on."

Scott said, "He's got people dying in this town, the town that he's supposed to protect, and it's not his fault that he doesn't know what's happening. He's gonna find out sooner or later."

Stiles let out a sigh. "Yeah, but is now really the best time?"

"What if not telling him now gets someone else killed?"

Stiles' tone grew desperate. "What if telling him gets him killed, huh? I mean, okay, look, I get that Deaton's been like a father to you. I get that, okay? But this is m... Scott, Kya, this is my actual father. I can't lose both of my parents, all right? Not both of them."

Scott looked at his friend. "You're right."

"No, I'm not. I'm not right. I'll tell him."

Scott gave him a nod. "I'll help you. I'm sure Kya will too."

They exited the Cat Clinic and saw Ms. Morrell talking to the sheriff. "Please, whatever you need, however you can help find my brother."

"Will you excuse us for a moment?" Sheriff Stilinski asked.

He walked over to his deputies and Ms. Morrell walked over to the teens. "Okay, listen closely, each of you. No sheriff, deputy, or detective is going to be able to find him."

"You don't have to ask us for help," Scott replied.

"Actually, I'm trying to help you, because if you're going to find my brother, then you need to use the one person who might actually have an ability to seek out the supernatural."

They shared a look and Stiles and Kya said, "Lydia."

They made their way to the school and snuck to where Lydia was. Kya heard her voice and another woman's. She mentioned Derek, so Kya guessed it was Cora. She heard Lydia say, "Let go. I said..."

Stiles and Kya said, "She said let go."

Cora let Lydia go and Stiles texted Scott. They made their way to a science classroom.

Stiles placed a Ouija board on the table. Lydia and Cora sat next to each other while Kya stood across from Lydia with an amused smile.

Lydia scoffed. "A Ouija board?"

"Also called a spirit board," Stiles replied as he set it up. "And it's worth a shot."

"A shot in the dark."

Stiles shrugged. "I want to try this. This is for Scott's boss. The guy who has saved our collective asses on more than one occasion."

Cora frowned. "Oh, wait, should we all do this?"

Kya laughed as Stiles said, "Yeah, yeah. You guys ready?" The three of them placed their hands on the puck.

"Yeah," Lydia answered quietly.

"Yes," Cora replied.

"Where's Dr. Deaton?" Stiles asked.

They stared at Lydia and she said, "What?"

"Aren't you gonna answer it?"

She frowned. "Oh, I don't know the answer. I thought we were asking some sort of spirit."

"Well do you know any spirits?" Cora wondered.

Lydia pointed to the werewolf. "Is she for real?"

Kya looked at Cora and nodded. "Seems so."

Stiles pulled out a set of keys. "Okay, these are Deaton's keys for the clinic. Close your eyes, and I'm gonna put 'em in your hand, and then we're just gonna try and see if you can feel out for his location. It's called psychometry."

Lydia pointed a finger into the air. "I'm not a psychic."

"But you are something," Kya said as her voice rose slightly.

Stiles nodded at her words. "Just, Lydia, put out your hand, and..."

She did so, and he placed the keys in her hand. "Hmm."

"What?" Stiles wondered.

"They're cold."

Stiles frowned. "Concentrate, Lydia. This is for the good of everyone. We're trying to save lives here."

She closed her eyes and her brow furrowed. "Yeah, what is it?" Stiles wondered. "What do you see."

"Nothing," Lydia answered as she set the keys on the table.

Stiles grabbed a pad of paper and a pencil. She gave him a look of disbelief. "Automatic writing."

He nodded and she took the pencil. She started drawing, and Stiles and Kya shared a confused look.

"Lydia, what are you drawing?" Stiles asked.

"A tree," Lydia answered.

Stiles frowned. "A tr -- Lydia, you're supposed to be writing words, like in sentences, something like a location, something that would tell us where he is."

"Well, maybe you should've said that."

Cora asked in an accusatory tone, "Isn't she supposed to be some kind of genius?"

"Genius?" Lydia repeated. "Yes. Psychic, no. Honestly, I don't even know why you're talking with mean anyway. I mean, especially since it's obvious you should be talking to Danny."

"Why Danny?" Stiles wondered.

Scott appeared in the doorway holding his left shoulder. "Because... Last night, he was a target. But it wasn't a sacrifice."

"Whoa, Scott. Are you okay?"

"I'll be fine."

While they headed to where Danny was, Cora asked, "But isn't Danny still in the hospital?"

Stiles nodded. "Yeah. That's where we're going right now."

Scott glanced at something on his phone. "I'll meet you there."

"What's going on?"

Scott showed them a message from Allison saying she might have found something.

While Stiles and Kya headed up to Danny's room, they made Cora wait. Stiles walked up to Danny and tapped his face several times. "Danny, you awake? Danny?" He smacked him. "Wow."

Stiles made his way to Danny's bag and Kya shot him a look and shook her head. Danny woke up and asked, "What are you doing?"

"'m not doing anything, Danny," Stiles answered. "This is just a dream that you're having."

"About you going through my stuff?" Danny questioned tiredly.

"Right, but only in the dream, remember? Dream. Dreaming."

"Why would I dream about you going through my stuff?"

Stiles huffed. "I don't know that, Danny, okay? It's your dream. Take responsibility for it. Shut up and go back to sleep." Stiles focused back on the backpack and pulled out a pile of papers. "Danny boy, you might've actually found something here."

They left the hospital and Stiles got a call from Scott. Kya didn't clearly hear what he said, but Stiles answered, "Well, we might not have to. Danny was doing a project on something for Mr. Harris's physics class, and I think it actually means something."

He paused. "Something on telluric currents." Pause. "Yeah."

Kya frowned. "Telluric currents? What the hell has he gotten himself into?"

Stiles glanced at her. "I have no idea."

When they got inside the clinic, Cora asked, "Okay, so what does this kid's homework have to do with finding Deaton?"

Stiles shot her a look. "Because it's not just homework okay? It's a project on geomagnetic fields. They flow through the earth. They can even be affected by lunar phases, all right? Now, look at this. This is a note from Harris on Danny's proposal."

Lydia leaned closer and read the note aloud. ""I strongly advise you to choose another subject. The ideas here, while innovative and thoughtful, border on pseudo-science. Not suitable for class.""

Scott glanced at them. "Harris wasn't just a sacrifice. He knew something."

Stiles pulled out a map and said, "Now, check this out. Allison's dad wasn't the only one with a map, all right?" He placed the map on the table. "Danny had one too. Danny marked all the telluric currents, okay? Now, the weird thing about Beacon Hills is that it actually is a beacon. You wouldn't believe how much energy flowing through the earth is around this town."

Kya walked to the other side of the table to see if the maps went together. "They match."

Scott placed the maps together and circled the places. "All right, there's three places, right? Where they're kidnapped, and then the place where their body was found."

Lydia pointed to a map. "Look, that's right on the telluric current."

"Maybe he was sacrificed somewhere in between?" Kya guessed.

Stiles grabbed the pen. "Let me see that. You said there's six more bodies to be found. Deaton's one of them. Got to be somewhere in between, right?"

Cora took on a commanding tone. "Stop. He's in the vault. He's in the same vault." She traced her finger down to Beacon Hills First National Bank.

Lydia spoke in a warning tone. "Guys, hold on."

Stiles shot her a frown. "Lydia, we don't have time."

"We have to go. Now."

Cora said, "It's Boyd. The plan didn't work. They cut the power."

They looked at Scott. "It's just like he said. I can save Deaton myself."

"What? Scott, what about us?" Stiles asked.

"Cora can't get there fast enough without you. Go. We can save both of them."

Stiles nodded. "All right, let's go."

They made their way to Derek's loft and saw that Derek had been fighting Kali with his hands.

Stiles noticed a bunch of levers. "Okay, what do we do?"

Cora started pulling levers. "We pull them. Pull all of them."

Kya glanced out the door and started heading out.

She ran into the main room and saw Derek still fighting with Kali.

Kya smirked and splashed Kali. The she-wolf let out a growl, and Kya splashed her again.

"Find out what that is!" Kali cried.

Kya ducked back and made her way towards Derek. She jumped out of the water onto a box, splashing water at and hitting the werewolves. Kali went to attack where she thought Kya was and Kya kicked her back.

Kya smirked at the she-wolf. "Ghost beats werewolf, bitch."

The lights turned back on for a moment, and everyone in the water was electrocuted. "Take him!" Kali pushed Boyd into Derek's claws, wounding him. She walked off. "I'm giving you till the next full moon, Derek. Make the smart choice. Join the pack... or next time I'm killing all of you. Especially whoever was attacking me."

Kali and her posse left and Derek's voice dropped to a whispered panic. Boyd said, "It's okay."

Derek shook his head. "No, no. No, it's not. It's not."

"It's all okay, Derek."

"I'm... I'm sorry," Derek said, looking over Boyd's wounds.

Boyd continued. "The full moon. That feeling... That was worth it. There's a lunar eclipse. I always wondered what... What that felt like for one of us. For one of us..."

Boyd died and fell into the water. Derek knelt in the water and his hands started shaking. Stiles and Cora ran over. Lydia appeared, her expression a mix between shock and expectant.

Cora knelt next to Boyd and started sobbing. Stiles placed a gentle hand on Derek's shoulder before turning to the girl he adored. "Kya?"

Kya glanced down at Boyd's body. "He didn't deserve a death that horrible. We'll avenge him. We have to."
