I flinched, my frame shook in pain as Megatron hit me and threw me on the ground. Why am I always his punch bag? Starscream in the background was snickering, of course he is, he's not the one who gets beaten up all the time. Megatron kicked me one more time before he turned around and walked over to the entryway, gesturing Starscream to follow him. Knockout, my best buddy here quickly walked up to me and helped me back on my ped, inspecting my sore frame for a brief moment. "I am fine..." I waved him off and sighed. "Where are you going?" he asked, confused. "Back to my dorm..." I sulked. Knockout stepped back and without saying anything else, I walked off towards my dorm, taking a cold shower and tried to forget about what occured today.

"When I became a Decepticon, this is not what I signed up for. Everything Megatron promised is a lie despite the fact that he always uses me as a punchbag when he's angered or frustrated. I feel used, betrayed and hurt. For this problem, there's not a direct solution whatsoever, I can't change Megatron, I can't talk to him. I am a seeker, nothing more and Megatron will not listen to a simple seeker like me. I sighed, shaking my helm and laid down, staring at the ceiling. I have had this feeling so many times before. There is only one thing I could do, and that's leaving. I will leave the Decepticons for good but I take a lot of risk by doing so. One, I will be on my own, which makes me vulnerable, two the Autobots still see me as a threat and three Megatron will kill me if he finds me.

The next morning, I woke up from another restless recharge and figured out I can't keep doing this. I am going to leave today, before Megatron hurts me again. No bot should be treated like that, used like a punchbag. No matter what. Deep down, I knew Optimus Prime wouldn't beat up his team if he's frustrated. I know that they are lucky to have a leader that understands and listens to them. Look what I have, a monster, liar and killer. Megatron started the war and for what? Our home got destroyed. It's all Megatron's fault. I sucked in a breath and left my dorm, heading outside to fly off. "(Y/n)?" I stopped by hearing Knockout calling out for me. I wish he didn't come to talk to me, now I have to lie.

"Where are you going? I thought maybe we can tease 5t3v3 again?" he asked. I snorted and turned to face him, Knockout's face dropped. "I am really sorry, but I have no time actually," I stated. "What are you up to then?" he asked, cocking his head to the side. Knockout has always been my best and loyal friend. He taught me a lot and I can always count on him. Leaving him behind it harder than I thought it would be. "I am leaving." Knockout cocked his head to the side. "Leaving?" he asked, confused. "Yeah... I have been thinking about this enture war thing... it's not what I signed up for and I am always Megatron's punch bag. I am tired of being hurt over and over again," I stated and looked away.

"I know you're frustrated, but are you sure about this? Can't we talk about it?" he asked. "No, Knockout. I don't want to leave you behind, but on the other hand... You would be the only reason I am staying. The Autobots are lucky, Optimus wouldn't beat up his team, Megatron is just... a monster. Come with me, then we flee together," I stated. Knockout stared at me for several moments. " I don't know, (Y/n). It's risky," he muttered. "It is... but on the contrary, we can... live somewhere where we don't get beaten up. Especially me... think about Breakdown, what happened to him. We already lost him... Did Megatron even care about him?" Knockout looked away from me, folding his servo's into fists. "How many Decepticons have died and Megatron didn't care?"

Knockout quietly agreed, I saw he was considering leaving but it was somehow hard for him to make that decision. "You're right." I perked my helm up. "Megatron isn't been treating you well and not just you... lots of boys had to suffer and for what? He promised us something and he didn't. What do you suggest we do?" He questioned. "We leave and find a better place to stay until we managed to work things out. We became neutral. No Decepticon nor Autobot," I stated. Knockout quietly agreed with me and so, we left the Nemesis and broke contact with all the Decepticon, cloaked our sparkbeats as well and fled as far as possible. We found a good spot for us to hide. A cave between two mountains, the perfect spot for us to hide.

Weeks turned into months and we started to enjoy our time. We removed our Decepticon logo's, stole some resources here and there but we were doing good. We haven't had an encounter with a Decepticon before, but we didn't let our guards down either. Megatron is probably far from happy that we left is still searching for us. I think he's looking for Knockout and not for me. After all, Knockout was a very loyal medic and served Megatron for many, many years. I sighed and got up from my position. Knockout and I are going to get some new resources. It's always a risk to leave but we have no other option. We left ten minutes after to find new resources.

Along the way, we bumped into the Autobot scout. What he was doing here? No idea but he took a battle stand narrowed his optics at us. He thinks we are still Decepticons, looking for trouble. We didn't really had time explain either. Bumblebee started to fire at us. Both Knockout and I transformed. We were not even taking a battle stance or whatsoever. All we did was just driving and the scout immediately assumed we were here to take him down, kill him. I blocked Bumblebee's attacks, trying to buy off some time and make sure Knockout can leave up that idiot didn't seem to leave. He refused and wanted to help me. Moron. He should've left when I gave him the opportunity. However, Knockout barely leaves my side in battle. He's loyal to me and I am loyal to him too.

More Autobots arrived. Of course they did. "Go! I will hold them off!" I shouted at Knockout. We locked optics for just a brief moment until he drives off. Bumblebee pinned me down with quite some force and we rolled over the ground, battling. I already had quite some damage but so had he. The only thing Bumblebee has in advance is his teammates. He pierced his optics straight through mine and punched my jaw. "Piss of, bug!" I snarled, kicking him aside and transformed to fly off but Optimus made sure I couldn't and shot me out of the sky. I slammed into some rocks and landed, heavily damaged, on the ground. Bumblebee approached me with worried optics which surprised me before I lost consciousness.

Waking up, I was strapped on the medical table somewhere in an unknown base. Ratchet obviously took care of my injuries. Bumblebee approached me, despite he lost his voice, I could still hear what he has to say with the noises he produced. "What do you want from me, bug?" I snapped and shot him a glare. Bumblebee narrowed his optics at me. "What were you doing in the area where I found you?" He snapped.
"Excuse me? You found me? I believe I found you and second of all, that's not any of your damn business!" I snarled. Bumblebee slammed his fist beside me on the medical bed. "Decepticon!" He snapped angrily. I snorted and laid my helm back down.

"Oh come on! I wasn't doing anything to you! You started the entire fight and for what? You could have just let us pass? We weren't there to seek trouble. We needed to cross the river!" I spat out. "For what? What were your plan?" He snapped back. "Not any of your damn business." Bumblebee didn't believe me, logical, we fought against each other on Cybertron and just a couple of hours ago. "I am not a Decepticon," I grumbled. Bumblebee rolled his eyes and remained quiet for quite some time. He then turned towards me and looked over my dented and heavily damaged frame, which Ratchet patched up in the best way he could to my surprise.

Bumblebee tapped on the spot where my insignia once was. I peeled it off so it was official I am no longer a Decepticon and now left a scar. Still had to wax and repaint it but that wasn't our first priority. "Yeah, I peeled it off. Megatron told us lies, it's not what he had promised and he used me as a punchbag. I don't want to live like that anymore," I murmured. Bumblebee gave me a look of compassion and stepped back. "Sucks, huh? You're lucky to have a leader that actually cares about you. I feel used and betrayed. I honestly wasn't seeking for trouble," I murmured. Bumblebee looked away from me for a moment before he released me. "What are you doing?" I asked a little confused and sat up straight. "I am sorry. You're right. You didn't attack me," he said. "It's fine... I guess."

"We may haven't started on the right food, but perhaps we can... be friends?" He asked. I uttered a nervous chuckle and slid off the medics bed. "Friends?" I asked, a little suspicious. "I am sorry." I shrugged my shoulders, "I haven't much to tell you about the Decepticons. I don't tell them about you guys nor tell you about them because I am neutral. I don't want to follow anyone and I just want to be normal. Who you follow is up to you. I am not going to judge you whatsoever but, sure if you want to be friends. Doesn't mean you'll see me often and don't expect me to have an high tea with you every Monday!"

Bumblebee rolled his optics and walked over to the ground bridge. "Aren't you getting yourself into trouble with this?" I asked, limping after him. "So be it."
A weak smirk crept up on my face plates. "Well, I guess I am going to find Knockout then. Thank you bug, for releasing me after making sure I was shot out of the sky and got captured," I sulked. Bumblebee shrugged his shoulders and activated the ground bridge. "Don't come looking for me." With that being said, I disappeared through the ground bridge to find Knockout.
