"No dear.." she smiled and quickly took her daughter into her embrace. Tears were flowing down quietly from each of their eyes.
"I'm so sorry dear but we have to leave Jungkook. It's the best for us and for him"
"What ar-are you sa-saying mom?!!" She released herself from the hug while raising her voice a little. Drops of water were still pouring down, as her heart ached in pain.

"Y/n" her mom turned to her." My work, it got transferred to Toronto. You know this job is the only living of us after you're dad left us right??" A tear escaped her eye and she took a deep breath. Y/n on the other hand, was quiet and still,trying to hold her emotions.
"So I decided to agree this. Jungkook is not my actual son, but a friend of yours. I know I always treated him like my child but here, I have nothing to do rather then leave him here.
The embassy didn't permit me for his application. I'm sorry for that." She looked down.

"How long have you been planning this mom??"
"6 months..."her mom's face was pale.
"And you never felt like telling that to me...??!!"
"I'm sorry honey....I-"
"But you could simply just leave this job and find a new one.. can't you??"
"Darling I'm old now. After some times, I'll have to go away, leaving you. This job, I've been working here since ages but, finding a new one is more complicated for me. Think about the salary dear... I promise, after you graduate from there in Toronto, I'll send you back here in Seoul ok?? And by the way, you can communicate with Jungkook and your friends from those social media right?? You guys have so many things for talking and stuff in your phones..." She smiled. She knew her daughter was sad. But she tried her best to make her a bit happy before leaving hometown.

"I'll go star-start packing my su-suitcase.." Y/n stated, and headed upstairs.

While going up the stairs, she decided to write a small letter to Jungkook. Probably, she can only meet him again just for once before heading to airport??

"AND Y/N!!!!! WHY ARE EVEN HOME!!!! WEREN'T YOU SUPPOSED TO BE IN YOUR UNIVERSITY??!!!!" The sudden big crack of noise stopped her from entering kookie's room.
"Oh um mom I'll um explain you ummm later....??!!!!" She shouted back and quickly locked herself in kookie's room, before her mom could catch her.

She sighed and looked everywhere in his room. The smell was just amazing. There were pictures of her and his from childhood to the day when Jackson confessed to her.

Speaking of Jackson, she thought, that she'll never be able to forgive him for how he umm broke her heart...

20 years later. After marrying Jungkook and being a mom herself.

Marrying Jungkook. She thought it for a while and realized her tears again. She was pretty much helpless to do anything. She loved this boy like crazy

Then, without wasting time, she grabbed a piece of paper and pen and poured down all the painful emotions in the small,white note.

While writing she cried and cried and her eyes became puffy and red until she finished it.

"I'm sorry Jungkook ah. I'm so sorry. I love you and I always will. Stay well with Jennie ok???
Stay well...."she sobbed quietly as she pecked the top of the paper.

She placed it under kookie's rubixcube so that it does not fly away....
"Goodbye Jungkook.." was the last sentence which echoed in the cold room as she closed the door behind her.

At the University

"I swear I saw her walking in the fields but then I don't quite remember!!!" One of Y/n and Jungkook's friend,exclamed. Every friend of theirs were looking for Y/n. And Jungkook.
He was hella worried. He looked everywhere,even checked in each of the Girls' washroom,
But could not find her. Luckily, he found Jackson in the spot so he went up to him quickly...

But he didn't know what was about to encounter him.....

"Heyyy Jackson, you saw Y/n somewhere,anywhere??"
"As if I care" he smirked
"The fuck are you saying bro?? She's your girlfriend and-"
"She was Jungkook, but not anymore" he smirked once again. Jungkook was about to scream. He was very worried, shocked and also happy at the same time.

He thought that finally...but then something negative hit his head,

Why did they broke up all of a sudden?? Did something bad happened?? And why is he smirking?? Did he cheated and that's why they ditatched?? Is Y/n hurt now?? Omg no no I can't let her be hurt!!!!but what if I couldn't find her??!!....

"Are you out of your mind??!!! What happened Jackson??!!!" Jungkook shouted
"Sorry bro, I cheated. Actually I had to. Can't you understand?? She fucking loves you bro!!
I had enough of her hiding these true facts that was playing in her heart. And what did you all guys think?? That I loved her?? Hah!! well I used to...but not anymore" he again ended his sentence with a sly, fox-like smile playing along the edge of his lips.

Everyone just blinked a couple of few times.

"You son of a bitch!!! What wrong did Y/n do that you have to break her heart like that!!!??!!!" Jungkook screamed and punched Jackson right in his nose. It was bleeding.
"I knew it!!! You people are never good!!! Why did you do this yo-"
"Jungkook stop, I'll handle it" Jennie came on to the rescue and gently pushed Jungkook aside, standing in front of the guiltless, nose-bleading Chinese player.

"Go hurry, look for Y/n, we'll manage him" she said as she glared at Jackson.
"I'll fucking demolish you Jackson, mind it" kookie left, quickly towards the Principal's office,running like the wind.

He knew for sure he wants to protect Y/n,to love her, to cherish her forever.

"Principal!!"he exclaimed as he knocked on the door.
"Yes please come in"

"Principal.."
"Mr. Jeon??"he asked looking at him
"Sir could you please tell me where can I find Miss Lee Y/n?? I've some important work with her about the project but she's nowhere to be seen"
"Oh" the Principal smiled." Miss Y/n left University like 2 hours ago for having some sort of sudden sickness. She is home I thin-"
"Oh thank you so much sir" and with that he barged out.
"Atleast bid farewell!! naughty kids..."the Principal shook his head in disappointment and got back to work.

"Y/n!!!" Jungkook opened her bedroom's door, revealing the love of his life, quietly sitting beside the window. After so much hassle, he finally found her.

He thought, it's the best time to confess everything which was happening in his heart and also the things outside.
"Y-"
"Jungkook, I'm leaving for Toronto tomorrow" she stated before Jungkook could even speak.
"W-what?? I d-didn't und-understand.."he went close to her and sat opposite of her, beside the open window, from were the breeze was coming.
But at the moment, all Jungkook could think about why Y/n was hurting herself by crying alone and not telling him anything.
"Tell me Y/n" he held her shoulders and tried to act strong.
She told everything her mom said.{ Sorry guys :) long story short }

"But..." Jungkook bursted into crying. At a point he thought that he'll celebrate his proposing day but hearing such an unexpected news broke his precious heart.

Y/n, she cried too. Hugging him tightly, she sobbed in his chest.

"I'm sorry Jungkook, I can't be with you. I'm so so sorry kookie." She stated with broken voice.
"No no Y-"
"Just be happy with Jennie ok?? Don't break her heart like Jackson did with me. I bet you know about our break up.. just stay healthy" she cried again as she held his hand.
"Y/n listen please-"
"Let me speak Jungkook. I love you,but you're dating Jennie. It's fine you know?? I'm happy as long as you're happy. After all that's what I am to you.A best friend, isn't it kookie??

"Y/n, I love you too. Please Y/n here me out!!" Jungkook was pleading while holding her hands tightly. A lot of mixed things were going through them.
"It's ok Jungkook. I know how you love me. I gotta sleep for some time. Our flight is at dawn you know?? So I want you to leave now Jungkook"
"I won't until you hear me out" he sat up,wiped his tears and looked deeply at her.

"Jungkook, even if you say you love me now, there won't be any way, I'm leaving Jungkook. Try to understand?? Please??" She low key knew, that kookie did want to confess, but somehow, didn't want to let it happen. This was the biggest mistake of her life. Biggest...

"Y-"
"Kookie leave, I'm sleepy."
"I'm leaving now, but not forever" he turned off the lights as Y/n crept under the sheets.
"Goodnight Y/n" he sadly smiled as he stood in front of the door.
"Goodnight Jungkook. Goodnight and goodbye...."
