Chapter 12

A/N: Ooooh! A potential love interest for Taylor!

Quote Twelve: Do not regret your actions.

“You know, because we had a small project together does not mean we’re friends.” I said walking with Claire to my next period.

“Can you stop holding a grudge?” Claire asked.

“I am not holding a grudge, I don’t like you.”

“It’s like you forgot about the history we had.”

“Can we not talk about this right now?”

“Actually, we should.”

“My lord, we are going to be tardy.”

“I don’t care about that!”

Why in the world is she doing this?

“Okay, let’s talk. Why did you ruin my friendship with Keri?”

“You’re the one who ruined it! You’re in charge of your actions and you decided on how you treated her. It’s your responsibility to take care of your friendship! You know, my whole life everyone has blamed everything on me.” Then she walked away.

Ugh, anyways.

“You are now tardy. Please go to the office.”

How did I know this was going to happen?

On my way to the office, I wondered if it really was my fault.

But it wasn’t fully my fault.

Maybe it was, but I knew if I betrayed Claire she would be mad.

But Keri was mad too.

It’s so confusing! Maybe I'm making it too hard on myself.

But I understand what Claire is talking about now.

But I don’t need them as friends.

Yes, I'm talking about Claire.

“If you’re done talking to yourself, you can excuse your way from the door. A boy said.

“Oh, I am so sorry.” I said.

“Aye, you’re kind of cute.”

Oh God.

“Uh, Thanks.”

“What’s your name?”

“Taylo-“

“Oh, never mind! I already know your name. You’re from the former three musketeers. Man, you guys used to run the school. Until you guys broke up.”

“Then what’s my name?”

“Is it Tiara?”

“Close, it’s Taylor.”

“Oops. That’s a pretty name.”

“Thanks, who are you?”

“My name is Sam.”

“Cool name.”

“Aren’t you going to say I'm cute?”

“I would, if you were.” I said walking into the office.

“If you guys were done flirting, I would give you a tardy pass. But you guys wasted so much time, this period is now over.” The office lady said.

Oopsie! But I wasn’t, at least I think I'm not.
