"Last night was crazy" Mesha speaks referring to the party as we walk through the mall with Lola.

"It really was, girl I thought I was dead when I heard them gunshots" Lola says making me laugh.

"Me too" I tell Lola.

"Then Red fine ass with that big ass dick" Mesha smiles.

"You fucked him?" Lola asks Mesha

"Girl I wish. I felt his dick get hard when I was dancing on him, that's how I know its big" Mesha tells her, stopping to twerk in the middle of the mall.

I laugh. Mostly because I remember the way Red pushed her to the ground !

"Let's go into rainbow" I tell them as we pass other stores.

I love me some rainbow. They clothes cute and cheap.

"Okay" Mesha nods.

We all walk into rainbow.

"What y'all got going on today?" I ask them.

"Girl making money. Luckily Mesha let me stay at her mom's house with her for a few days but I have to get me a room today and hit some plays" Lola answers catching my attention.

"You don't have anywhere to stay?" I ask Lola.

"Nope. I been on my own for a while but I'm good though" Lola answers.

"I thank god for my mom. I could never be homeless" Mesha says joining into the conversation.

"Lola, you should get a room at the same hotel I'm at. They do weekly rates, it's like five hundred dollars for the week. A whole seven days!" I tell her.

That's a deal because the hotel is really nice & spacious plus it's over a hundred dollars a night if you pay by the day.

"Yess thank you for telling me that. I'll definitely get a room out there and I'll be near a familiar face" Lola smiles

I can tell we have similar stories...

"This is so cute" I tell them while looking at a two piece outfit.

"Ooouu yess. I'm gone get it in a different color" Mesha looks through the rack..

"That is cute. Y'all in here buying stuff and I don't have no money. Well I have money but only enough for my room." Lola says laughing.

I didn't find that funny..

"Get one, I'll buy it" I instantly tell Lola.

"Really? Girl you don't have to do that" Lola waves me off.

"Yeah really, get an outfit and a pair of shoes" I tell her because rainbow shoes ain't no more than ten to twenty dollars.

"Thank you" She hugs me and squeals in excitement.

She picks out her stuff and we head to the register to pay for the items before leaving the store..

"Let's go to the food court, I'll pay for your food Lola" Mesha tells Lola

"Thank y'all so much " Lola smiles.

My phone vibrates and I look down to see a text from Mesha

Mesha💕👯‍♀️: I can't believe this broke bitch came to the mall with us & didn't have no money TO SPEND what the fuck lol !

Me: right lol

Mesha💕👯‍♀️: I'm happy she made enough money for a room last night so she can leave my mama house. 🙄Ugh. The bitch don't sell pussy fast enough for me. I would've been had that money plus more.

I lock my phone and look back up as we arrive at the food court.

Even though I played along, I didn't find anything Mesha said funny. That's fake as fuck! If she talking about this girl like that I can only imagine what she be saying about me...

"What you want to eat bae?" Mesha asks Lola.

"Chinese" Lola replies pointing to the Chinese place.

"That do sound good" I tell them, walking to stand in line.

They follow...

My phone starts to ring

"One of my regulars calling me, I got to hurry up!" I tell them, looking at my phone as it rings.

"Okay, I can drop y'all off at the hotel right after we get our food" Mesha says to me and Lola.

"Okay cool" I nod just as some guy bumps into me.

"Damn an excuse me would've been nice" I speak aggravated because I almost fell.

The guy turns around with two other guys "Bitc- Oh China"

I notice that it's Red with a ton of bags in his hands..

This my third time seeing him, Is he stalking me?

Nah.

"Oh hey" I speak nervously, looking straight ahead at the Chinese menu board instead of at him.

"Sorry for bumping into you. You stalking me or something?" Red asks causing me to laugh.

"Not at all" I reply.

"Y'all know eachother?" Mesha furrows her eyebrows, looking back and forth between Red and I.

"No, he asked me what my name was at the party last night. That's how he knows it" I tell Mesha just as it's my turn in line to order.

I walk up to the register.

"Um can I have orange chicken, shrimp fried rice and two canned sprites" I speak to the Chinese lady behind the register.

"$14.39" She says in her Chinese accent.

I reach into my purse to get the money.

"I got it, keep the change" Red speaks, pulling out a stack of money and handing her a twenty dollar bill, paying for my food...

"Thank you" I tell Red, still not looking him in his face.

I didn't even know he was still there..

"No problem" Red walks away.

I look at him as he leaves with his friends and he looks back at me with a smirk.

God he's sexy.

"Girl he just paid for your food!" Lola says all hype.

"I know, I don't know why" I blush.

"He probably just wants to fuck" Mesha says rolling her eyes with her arms crossed.

"I guess so" I reply shrugging my shoulders, not caring.

Mesha and Lola order their food while I wait for them..

"Call me if y'all need anything bae" Mesha tells us, dropping us off at the hotel.

"Okay, thanks girl" I reply as Lola and I get out of the car.

"Can you come with me to the front office while I pay for my room?" Lola asks me.

"Sure, let's take the food to my room first so we don't drop it cause I'm gone pissed if my food fall" I tell her.

She follows me to my room and we sit the food down before leaving out so she can pay for her room..

"I have to make money tonight because I only have enough for one day, so it's crunch time" Lola tells me, reminding me of the times I've been in that same situation..

"You'll make some. you pretty as hell" I tell her.

She smiles.

"Thank you. You too" She replies.

"How long have you known Mesha?" I ask Lola.

We're sitting in her room.

"About a month. She cool but I think she be a little shady sometimes, like when we were at the mall and what's his name paid for your food. She gone say 'He probably just wants to fuck' like okay? Even if he does just want to fuck ,what was her point in saying it like that? It's not what you say it's how you say it" Lola says causing me to nod in agreement.

"No for real, I caught that too" I tell her.

"So why are you here, Like at hotels and stuff?" I change the subject.

"I've been on my own for awhile so I'm just going as I go, you know?" She tells me briefly..

"Wow, I know exactly what you mean. me too" I nod.

"I can tell you real & genuine" Lola smiles.

"Period. Real recognize real" I reply while doing the period hand, swiping my hand underneath my chin.

"Real recognize fake too, cough cough Mesha" She cuts her eye.

I laugh.

"While we were in the mall she was talking about you.." I notify Lola.

"Talking about me how?" Lola raises an eyebrow.

"Read this. I was just going along with it but I think that's lame" I hand her my phone.

"You have an iPhone 13? Period sis" Lola grabs my phone, reading the messages.

"What the fuck ?" Lola gasps

"Then the fake bitch offered to buy me food right after" Lola rolls her eyes.

She hands me my phone back.

"Don't let the fact that I'm a white girl fool you. I will drag that hoe" Lola says making me laugh.

"Period but just play it cool. Yeah she a fake bitch but she can also benefit you. She always got a rental car and she about her money so she can put you on to other tricks. Just play your cards right ! You got to know how to deal with people and why" I tell her.

She nods in agreement.

My phone starts to ring.

"Oh shit, I forgot about my regular. I got to go, Call me if you need anything" I tell Lola.

"Okay, thank you so much" She hugs me as I stand up.

"No problem" I tell her leaving to go make my money.
