The smile has yet to leave my face since I entered the car and honestly I don't care because I don't think I've ever been this happy.

She chooses me.

I mindlessly trace my finger over her knuckles as our still held hand sits in my lap.

"You know that everyone knows now right" She speaks up, taking me out of my light daze.

I look over and scan my eyes over her stunning side profile, getting lost in how perfect she looks.

She looks over at me quickly, giving a light squeeze to my hand reminding me I haven't answered yet.

"Oh uh, is that a problem?" I ask suddenly becoming very aware of how we just publicly outed our selves in the middle of traffic.

"No, I'm more than happy to show you off to the world, I'm just making sure your okay since this is all new to you" She says sweetly as she focuses on driving.

It makes my heart feel all warm knowing she cares about how this will effect me, but honestly I don't care what anyone thinks.

I want her and she wants me, what more could I possibly want.

"Well I'm happy to show you off too" I coo back and watch as the smile continues to grow on her face.

"Tradition?" She asks as we come to a stop light.

I nod with a bright smile and watch as she takes her free hand to start playing music from her phone.

And of course my old soul girl plays Suspicious minds by Elvis Presley.

"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU TOO MUCH, BABY..." She sings happily, in her own little world as she squeezes my hand every now and then, making my heart swell each time.

Eventually we make it back home and agreed that I'm going to make dinner a surprise for tonight.

"Are you sure you don't need any help?" She asks sweetly again for the fifth time as she hugs me from behind as I start to look through another cook book I found in her kitchen drawers.

"Yes, now get lost I want to make this dinner a surprise" I tease and shove my back against her front.

I hear her chuckle making me smile before I feel her soft lips touch my cheek.

"Alright, shout if you need me" She says lowly before giving my hips a light squeeze making me let out a squeal which she chuckles at.

I smack her away as I try to contain my smile, it widens when I hear her chuckling away as she leaves the room.

Flicking through the book as I lean on my elbows against the kitchen counter, I struggle to find something special enough for her to show how much she means to me.

So I decided to text the people I know, knows her best.

Happy with my answer, I put the book away and search up the recipe and start cooking.

As I let the pot boil, I find myself having some time to spare since I've already prepped the other ingredients.

And so to pass some time I wonder around the house to find something to do.

"Y/N?" I shout out, wondering where she is.

"Yes querida?" She shouts back from upstairs from the sound of it.

"What're you doing?" I shout back, walking mindlessly around the living room.

"Just heading into the shower, why?" She says.

"Just wondering" I shout back as I flop down onto the couch.

The conversation ends at that, so I decided to flick through one of the magazines laying on the coffee table.

As I read over one of the pages, I hadn't notice Hades walking up to me until I feel him nudge my leg with his nose, making me drop the magazine and look over to him.

I smile and begin to pet his head when I notice a rolled up piece of paper attached to his collar.

"What have you got there huh?" I coo at him as I untie it and open it up.

My heart flutters and my smile grows as I read over the words.

"Will you go on a date with my mama tomorrow?" It says with two boxes to either tick yes or to tick another that says definitely which makes me smile.

"Hmm, mama ain't giving me much of a choice huh" I coo at Hades and laugh when he nudges his nose against the note.

"You giving me permission?" I laugh down at him as I reach forward at the coffee table to grab a pen and tick the definitely box, whilst putting a little smile next to it.

I then roll it back up and tie it back onto Hades collar and watch as he cleverly goes back up stairs to where she is.

I feel so giddy with joy, like I'm a teenager getting asked out by my crush for the first time.

I swear this girl does things to my heart.

A few seconds later, I watch as Zeus comes back down now with a single red rose in his mouth, walking over to me.

My stomach does uncontrollable flips as he gives it to me, I smell it and my heart feels so full right now, I never want this feeling to end.

"Thank you my handsome boy" I say cooing down at the little gentleman before giving him a kiss on the head.

After calming down from my over the moon moment, I head back into the kitchen to continue cooking.

I suddenly hear two sets of paws trotting against the floor making me look over to see the two fur babies entering the kitchen.

And following behind, is their very hot mama.

I can feel the blush grow profusely on my cheeks as I smile over at her, as she does the same.

I drop my gaze back onto the food "The rose was a nice touch" I say softly as I watch from the corner of my eye, her taking a seat at the kitchen island across from me.

"Thought I'd save the bouquet for tomorrow" She says with a slight smirk and a shrug.

I bite down on my lip shaking my head as I try to calm down from the butterflies growing inside.

"Can I know what we're having now?" She asks looking at me innocently, making me chuckle as I begin to turn off the stove and start to plate up the pasta.

"Taste it and you'll see" I say and watch as she gets up and walks around to my side.

Her eyes light up when she sees that it's pasta, and I smile up at her as I hand her a fork to give it a try.

She smiles back as she takes it and scoops up some of it onto the fork before taking the first bite.

She smiles and closes her eyes, humming in satisfaction, making me feel proud of myself from getting the kind of reaction.

She swallows and licks her lips as she opens her eyes smiling brightly at me.

She suddenly sets down the fork and slides her hands to rest on both of my cheeks pulling me into a firm yet soft kiss, one that I practically melt into.

After pulling away she still holds my face in her hands, stroking my cheeks with her thumbs "Have I told you how amazing you are" She mumbles out as she smiles down at me.

I chuckle and beam up at her before giving her one more kiss as thanks and help her grab the plates so we can go eat at the table.

The rest of the night contained of endless chatter and laughter, making me feel so incredibly happy, that I'm not sure if I've ever felt this kind of happiness before any of this.

And to make the night end even better, I fell peacefully asleep in her arms, dreaming about all the possibilities to come with our new relationship...
