After having our real time talk, where we let the emotions and feelings out, I think I'm feeling way better about it all.

I was almost terrified before, but hearing that Y/N was as well brought some sort of comfort to me, and of course her reassuring words only made me feel more sure about my feelings for her.

I mean seriously how can I not like this girl, she makes me feel so happy and safe all the time.

And to continue off with this good mood, we decided to go get dinner at our favourite diner.

"You cheated!" I exclaim smiling wide with gasp.

"How the hell did I cheat in snap?!" She laughs as she collects both our piles of playing cards.

We decided to bring the fur babies as well since I liked having them with us so much the last time, and just like before Hades sits on my side whilst the little gentlemen Zeus sits beside his mama.

I roll my eyes playfully as she shuffles out a new deck each whilst we wait for our food.

I take this moment to ask her something more serious.

"Have you talked to your parents yet?" I ask cautiously and watch as she falters a little when shuffling the cards.

"Uh no...I haven't, do you think I should?" She asks handing me my deck of cards as she looks at me.

"I think you should do whatever your comfortable with, It's just I know how important family is to you and wanted to make sure you were ok?" I say being careful with my words.

"Your right, and I should probably go talk to them tomorrow" She sighs out, clearly this brought her mood down and I mentally slap myself for ruining the happy moment.

"Hey" I call out softly as I reach over and take her hand in mine.

"Sorry I brought the mood down" I say looking at her guiltily.

She furrows her brows and shakes her head instantly as she squeezes my hand in hers "You didn't, trust me I don't think my mood could ever be down when around you" She says showing me her usual smile again which just makes me feel so unbelievably happy every time I see it.

I smile warmly in return and laugh when I notice Hades putting his paw out trying to put it on top of our held hands.

"You want us to hold your hand too?" Y/N laughs out when she watches Hades practically throw a fit that we aren't giving him attention.

I laugh again and help him place his paw on top of ours.

We both then look to Zeus who's been resting his head on Y/N shoulder.

"You gonna join us handsome?" I say and smile warmly when I watch him perk up when he's sees I'm talking to him.

He then looks to Y/N and watch as she motions for him to put his paw up.

He does so and places it on top of Y/N's making us both cheer in happiness when we see the pile of hands and paws displayed on the table.

We laugh and smile bright at the moment that I know will never leave my mind.

After some more card games we finally got our dinner served and ate in comfortable silence with a few occasional glances that I blush away at every time.

I also don't know when we started it but under the table my legs hook onto one of hers as hers do the same to mine, it's as if our legs where hugging each other under the table.

"I think I'm going out for lunch with my sisters tomorrow since it's been a while since I've seen them, maybe you can see your parents then?" I suggest carefully and look up to see Y/N nodding along with out a discomfort look in sight.

"I should probably get my moms favourite flowers as well" She speaks her thoughts out loud making me smile.

Eventually after finishing dinner and practically dragging Hades into the car after he threw a hissy fit that we had to leave, we made it back home, both feeling the exhaustion take over.

I suppress a laugh when I look behind me after getting out of the car to see Y/N complaining that Hades won't come out of the car.

Boy does that dog live up to his name.

"Hades get out of the godamn car" Y/N huffs which makes me laugh.

I then feel a nudge to my leg and look down to see Zeus sitting patiently at my feet, I smile down at him before scratching behind his ear and open the door to let him in.

I look back over to see Y/N still complaining at Hades for not getting out.

I get a quick idea and decided to test it as I walk back to the car "Where's my handsome boy?" I call out and watch as the two fall quite as Y/N looks over at me confused.

That was until we hear a frantic shuffling and watch as Hades jumps out and trots his way over to me.

I'm trying my hardest not to burst out laughing when I watch Hades happily walk into the house.

"What-the actual-fuck" I hear her say from behind me making me burst out laughing and even more when I turn around to see her disbelieved face.

She ends up smiling at my hysterical state as she shakes her head when we walk in.

"He loves showing off when your around clearly" She mumbles grumpily as I turn around after calming down to see her little pouty face.

I smile and walk up to her, wrapping my arms around the back of her neck as hers goes around my waist.

"I guess he likes me more than his mama" I whisper teasingly as I flicker my gaze from her eyes to her lips.

"Hmm, little traitor" She whispers back with that sly smirk of hers making me laugh before she closes the gap and pulls me in for hungry kiss.

Both feeling comfortable to keep it short, we pull away both with warm and happy smiles on our faces.

"I swear that keeps getting better each time" She says lowly as she brings her hands to my sides as I lower mine down to rest on her forearms.

"It does, doesn't it" I hum as I look up into her perfect eyes.

We just stare at each other for a moment, I always love how easy it is for us to just get lost into each other's eyes.

"Stay with me?" She asks softly breaking the silence.

I furrow my brows at her request "I thought I already was?" I laugh a little confused of what she means.

She smiles warmly before licking her lips "I meant stay in my bed with me tonight? You don't have to it's just...I don't really want to leave your side just yet" She admits shyly and I swear my heart grew three sizes at her cute confession.

"Fall asleep cuddling you? Now why the hell would I not take up that offer" I joke and smile wide seeing that it had eased her mind.

And so after locking everything up down stairs and then getting washed and ready for bed by putting on some sleeping shorts and an old graphic T-shirt, I entered her dim lit bedroom to see her already in bed, clapping Zeus who's resting his head in her lap.

"Hey" I call out softly from the door.

She looks up and smiles warmly when she sees me "Hey" She says before patting the spot next to her.

I let Hades walk in first before shutting the door and walk over to her very large bed.

Which is perfect since both fur babies clearly like to sleep beside her.

Approaching her, she lifts up the covers so I can slip in beside her, the two babies end up moving to the bottom of the bed letting me snuggle in close to her.

Her body is so warm and cozy as I rest my head against her chest as she wraps her arm around my back holding me close.

We take a moment just to embrace how amazing this moment feels, how safe and happy I feel being in her arms.

"Are you gonna be here when I wake up?" I ask quietly, feeling vulnerable all of a sudden.

I think my mind still believes that I'll wake up alone again when sharing a bed with someone I trust, I mean that's what he always did.

"I'm not going anywhere, I promise" She whispers softly before placing a soft kiss to my head.

And with that, all the worry in my body melted away as did I as I snuggled in closer to her, letting the soothing sound of her soft breathing, put me to sleep...
