Yes I know I said voting but people gave good reasons on why to be neutral

For instance KyogreKing120 said "Why not rule both sides due to bowser's past alliances "

He gave a good reason Because if you look at most of the Mario and Luigi games Bowser ends up being the final boss and betrays his allies except for inside story the only good alliance I think he had was Paper Bowser......or in this case Paper Y/n
