Wally

felt it again. He felt the air surrounding him hit what was left of the fabric on his arms at un-human speeds. His bare skin almost felt tiny pins pricking into it while he pushed himself through this white universe. Or at-least that's how it felt when the air would beat against his body. What else was he to do? He was in a white, never ending room that blinded him wherever he looked. Was there a way to get out? Wally West didn't know. Infact Wally didn't even know if he was alive , or how long he had been there. It's not like his speedster costume had a watch to go with it. Not like a watch would stay on anyway. Wally was too fast for loose objects like watches to keep their hold. Wally couldn't even remember a time in this white universe that he had stopped running. But that didn't stop him , he was going to get back to Artemis even if it killed him to do so.

The meeting was on. In the room sat Batman, The Flash, Superman, Wonder Woman, Black canary, Nightwing, And Green Arrow."Are we going to address the elephant in the room?" The Flash said putting his elbows on the table and leaning forward. It had been a few days since Wally's disappearance. They had been deciding weather or not to look for Wally. "Yes, we should" Batman said in his deep assertive voice. " Wally west , friend and hero, disappeared a few days ago. We believe we should set up a mission to look for any trace of - life." Everyone gave a few looks around and then looked back at Batman " all in favour say I" and in unison everyone in the room said "I".

Artemis had stopped crying before she fell asleep she didn't want to cry she didn't want to let out her feelings and Nightwing knew exactly that. He and the team had already decided the plan. It was simple, they would get Artemis in on looking for Wally it would do him some good , considering they just right away assumed he was dead. Unfair I guess , well at least that's what Nightwing took it in to be. His friend , Wally West , didn't have a dead body which meant he could still be alive right? Artemis's phone rang she picked it up as always but was ready to put it back down when.- " wait Artemis!" Nightwings voice was clawing for her attention. She didn't put the phone down and put it up to her ear again " Artemis?" "..." Nightwing could hear her breathing and could tell she was listening " Artemis we have a mission we are going to do , we are gonna look for Wally " Artemis was so shocked she couldn't keep giving him the silent treatment anymore " Wait really!?" "Ya really" a smile crept on Dicks face , he didn't do this just for Artemis he did it for himself he really did want to look for Wally. " When and-" before Artemis could finish Nightwing answered her " Watchtower , in an hour " Artemis hung up the phone before saying any goodbyes. She was going to see them in an hour or so. Artemis , filled with excitement felt like she wanted to shout and giggle like a little child before getting to eat candy. But this , this was better than candy this was Wally West! The sweat joy and pride of Artemis , the one who always made her day even with a small smile. She then ran to her room and got ready for the adventure ahead.
