"you're unfair"

the notes stopped entirely in january, and yeonjun sought comfort through his writings and tasks from multiple organizations.

soobin called him dumb for giving up too soon when he's come so far—yeonjun knew he was right, but everything had to stop at one point. the point, though, just came early for this one. earlier than expected.

for days, yeonjun tries his best to avoid and blend in with the crowd. he makes sure to never bump into taehyun or any of his friends, scared that it will be the most awkward situation he'll be stuck in if he ends up doing so.

but the size of the campus is not exactly astronomical; one way or another, he will bump into them. (although, yeonjun really does deserve to be praised for his great efforts to prolong the due of that possibility.)

it was beyond his control, however, when a force surges itself to where he was and holds him captive like a prey. seeing beomgyu's face was shocking in a context like this.

"what do you think you're doing?" and he had the audacity to ask the obvious.

yeonjun raised a brow, perhaps challenging. "what do you think you're doing? my personal space is being violated b-t-w!"

"stop acting dumb!"

"i would love to act dumb some other time, but right now i'm heading to my english class and i can't afford being late."

well, that was close. at least beomgyu knew when to let him go—he won't deny how terrifying that was, though.

english class, to say the least, was painful to sit through, especially since he shares it with taehyun, the person he's been desperate to move on from. in some days, their eyes will meet and yeonjun avoids his as quick as it happens; sometimes yeonjun would feel a burning stare at the back of his skill and he pretends it doesn't faze him; and most of the time yeonjun runs out before taehyun can approach him at the end of the lecture.

it's a shame that yeonjun can't stand confrontations unless there's a lawyer involved (don't even ask why he's in contact with a lawyer like it's no big deal at this age).

that's probably the reason why he turned to writing his feelings out rather than saying it aloud—although, it didn't benefit him as much as he thought it would.

"hyung, you're not very kind," it doesn't make sense, but kai ends up blocking his way from the restroom during lunch time. yeonjun had expected this already.

"what did i do to upset you like this?"

"you're unfair."

yeonjun will have to pretend that taehyun's friends did not confused him even more.
