Remus

"Godric we've been in here foreverrrr" Sirius whines, We have been in here for 2 hours, I think frowning slightly as I look at the wall that was once a door. I finally gave in and forgave Sirius after an hour but Peter, James, and Sirius have gotten very bored since,

"Don't touch anything remember!" I snap when Sirius and James go to open a plain-looking book, Godric Lia hurry up, I think as I rub my eyebrows together,

"But it says Diaryyy" James whines in a pleading tone. It's plain obvious he wants to snoop at Lia's personal things, he's not the only one. It's been so tempting but I couldn't betray Lia like that she specifically told us not to touch anything.

"No, James. That must be private," I sigh my eyes flicking over to the desk,

"I mean if it's her diary then she has probably written who she likes! Then we can see if she likes you back!" Peter adds excitedly joining James and Sirius at the desk. My eyes widen and snap over to Peter,

"I don't like Lia," I say with a frown looking at Peter while I feel a soft tug in my stomach. My friends all burst out laughing when I say this and when they look at me or try to say something they continue to laugh harder.

"Oh Remus, you like her," James says breathlessly in between laughs,

"Good joke mate," Sirius barks out leaning on James for support,

"Please tell me that's a joke and you're not in denial," Peter adds laughing as he leans on Sirius. His comment only makes James and Sirius laugh harder. My face flushes slightly before I cough covering up my blush and regaining my composer, 

"I'm not in denial, I don't like her like that," I tell them firmly not quite believing myself even Moony stirs in my chest,

"Come on Moony it will do no harm just taking a peek," Sirius whines grabbing the book and is just about to open it when I hear a soft creek behind me,

"SIRIUS ORION BLACK YOU PUT THAT DOWN RIGHT NOW!" Lia yells furiously making us all jump and Sirius jumps the highest squeaking slightly as he drops the diary on the ground, "Out now." She growls lowly looking at Sirius furiously. The boys all walk forward their heads hung low, we didn't realise that her journal meant that much to her. Lia holds one hand through the wall and James, Sirius, and Peter walk out through the wall into the common room. I stop in front of Lia seeing her face she wasn't really angry when I looked in her eyes she looked terrified. The rest of her body and face showed she was mad but her eyes she looked so scared.

"Lia-" I start her angry expression changing to a soft sad one when she looks at me,

"No Remmy, you have your secrets I have mine" She cuts me off her eyes flicking to the wall her hand is going through, silently telling me to go through. I sigh and pull her into a soft hug,

"Thank you, Lia, I-I needed my friends back, but I was so mad," I mumble over her shoulder pulling back and walking into the wall,

"Everyone needs their friends," She says softly before any sound of her breathing or voice is cut off and I'm back in the common face-to-face with the rest of the Marauders. Their faces carry so much guilt,

"Is she coming out?" Peter asks guiltily, I shake my head. I got my friends back but they just lost Lia.

A/N I know this is a really short but dramatic chapter, I went to Canberra for a holiday and was home for less than a day before I went camping from Friday till Monday and have been really tired so I only just wrote this
