Walking down a hallway we stop dead in front of a wooden door. I'm guessing this is his office. Entering the room my suspicions were correct. I just didn't expect Mom to be sat working at the desk.

"Honey i'd like you to meet someone." Dad said placing his hand on her shoulder. The woman looked identical to me other than her eyes, i had my fathers eyes. She looked lovingly at dad before turning in my direction. Her face showed her thoughts before her mouth moved.

"Hey Mom." She cried and cried and cried. I had no idea what to do hug her or i don't even know. But luckily Dad did that for me.

"I think we would like an explanation if thats alright." Nodding i completely understood.

"After you left this woman, Julie, brought me to her and her husbands pack. They patched me up and i chose to stay there. After All i was 5 and you kinda did just leave me there bleeding. That is until a month ago when they died in a car accident. They left my an old house of theres and i moved in there last week."

To be honest i had no idea what they were thinking, both their expressions were emotionless. I just hoped they would understand.

"She looks so much like me." Mom whispered to Dad before she walked towards me. "I don't care whether you had another mother. Just to have had this chance to see you again was a wish i have always asked for."

Without even realising it my body automatically gave her a hug. Remembering her motherly sent made me feel safe and for once... At home.
