Chapter 2

Waking up diagonal, like an animal. In a cold an empty bed, was surprisingly nice. I should go to bed early more often.

Looking over at my clock it tells me its only 8am. Great! Well i'd better get packed. Its gonna take me like 2 hours to pack everything up at werewolf speed...

2 and a half it actually took. YAY! I have half an hour before the van turns up. Putting in my headphones my feet start tapping away automatically to the music.

I must have looked like an idiot when i froze in the front room just staring at the lorry driver at my front door. Slowly waving he just looks back all frightened and weirded out as he takes my boxes into the lorry.

Where am i going again? Unfolding the paper in my pocket i gasp at the street name i am moving too.

Shit! I'm two blocks away from my old pack. Well its two large blocks because theirs is in the middle of a field but its still only two! I really. REALLY. Hope they don't come to be neighbourly.

With a pip of the divers horn we are off towards my new house. Turning the radio on high nodding my head along to the music i'm prepared for the 2 hours drive.

Crossing the border was hard on me. The scent of my belonged pack engulfs my car. My nose. My heart. Its going to be one heck of a life living here with them so close.

Thank the mood goddess for being behind the van, it means we can drive slowly. I don't think my wheel could take the pressure from my white knuckles right now.

Tear stains stain my cheeks as i drive past the diner, the library, oh and the dance studio. Dad used to take me and we would go now and again. I missed him. Even if he did what he did...

When i get put my car i am utterly gobsmacked. The house is GORGEOUS! Its modern yet still victorian with the dark beams seeping through the white walls. With different layers of walls sticking out of both floors, making the house looks a little edgier.
