"Now, let's talk about that trip to London so I can sign that waiver."

"But what is he doing here mom?" I asked, still glaring at the devil.

I don't want him to be around when my mom and I will have this conversation. I know he will only try to stop my mom from letting me go.

"He's here because I want to ask him a favor." My mom said with a smile,

I quickly got worried. I know that smile. It'll pass for a toothpaste commercial but if you will look at her eyes, you will know that it's a mocking smile.

"What favor?" I asked worriedly,

Please don't let my instincts be right this time. Moon goddess pretty please.

"I want him to accompany you to London. You can only go if he will agree to go with you."

I woke up with a massive headache.

I still cannot believe that my mom would only allow me to go to London if Ash will agree to accompany me.

I would actually be a little fine with that condition if Ash, the satan that he is, won't make it harder for me.

After my mom told me the bad news, she left Ash and me on our own.

"This is why I really love your mom, Lee. She always includes me in everything," he said,

I rolled my eyes at him and said, "That's because she doesn't know how evil you truly are."

He laughed and said, "You have no idea how true that statement is."

"Anyway, I will agree to what my mom said. But. There's a big but---"

"Big butt? Where? I don't see any." He interrupted while looking at my ass,

My hands quickly went to my behind. My ass is not really on the huge side but it's not flat. Just enough to make it look perky.

I decided to sit down and just ignore his stupid remark.

"Back to what I was saying, Ash-hole. I will agree to suffer your company just so I can go to London but only for three days. After that, you can leave with the coach and the rest of the team. While Damien and I will have our fun." I said with a smile.

"Sorry to kill your fun Lee but I didn't even agree to accompany you yet." He said with an evil smile plastered on his face.

My smile quickly vanished.

"What do you mean? You already said that you will go to London with us during dinner."

"That was before your mom said that you can only go if I will go with you. Which means, if I will not agree, you can't go to London." He said, puckering his lower lip.

I just glared at him.

"Boo hu hu hu. Little Lee Lee will cry. Say bye-bye to that London trip Lee." He teased evilly,

"You're not serious, are you?"

"Of course I am, Lee. But since I have a heart, I will agree to your mom's favor."

I know there's a catch. I just refuse to ask what it is.

"Only if you will beg me in front of the pack."

My glare turned into a horrified look.

"Oh wait, let's make it more challenging. I will agree to go with you if you will agree to be my slave tomorrow from 7 AM up to 7 PM. And during dinner, you will beg me in front of everyone. And then, on the day after tomorrow, you will hug me three times when we're in school."

"Are you out of your stupid mind? There's no way in hell that I will do any of those." I said angrily,

He's either drunk or high if he thinks I will agree to his stupid conditions.

He just shrugged and said, "Then it's your loss. No Ash, no London. Tik Tok Lee, that waiver needs to be passed on Tuesday or else you won't be able to go with them."

This is why I have a massive headache right now.  I don't know what to do.

Sure, his conditions aren't risky or life-threatening but the huge problem is, I can never see myself obeying, begging much less hugging him.

Those verbs are curse words when it comes to me doing it to him.

I sighed and just decided to calm myself with a swim in the pool.

I texted Tyler and Cole to meet me in the pool in 5 minutes and they quickly texted back with a 'sure'.

See, my best friends are the best. No questions asked, just a quick yes.

After changing, I went to the pool outside. Cole is already sitting at the edge of the pool.

"What's the matter baby doll? You only go for a swim when you're either in a good mood or in a bad mood and based on your facial expression, it's the latter. So, are you going to tell me now or I will have to wait for a few days?" Cole asked as soon as I approached him.

"Who wouldn't be in a bad mood if your mom will tell you that you can only go to London if your mortal enemy will accompany you," I said angrily,

"That's not a bad news doll, but a very very sad one. Come here." He said sympathetically, opening his arms for a hug.

I sat beside him and let him hug me.

"It's okay, baby doll, Just let him accompany you. Your mom's condition didn't exactly state that you will suffer his presence 24/7, right?"

I nodded.

"Then just agree to your mom's condition so you can go to London. Don't worry, I will do something so he will come home here really really soon. All he will even have to do is to set foot in the airport there and boom, the Alpha will quickly tell him to come back here." He whispered,

A smile quickly made its way to my face for the first time today.

"As much as I would love to get rid of Ash, I don't want to see my best friend in Jail," I whispered back,

"No need to worry babe, I won't do anything illegal. I still have to marry you, you know." He said loudly with a serious face but I know he was joking.

I laughed but it was cut short when I heard his voice.

"Way to ruin my morning. I think I am going to puke my breakfast." Ash said before making some gagging sound.

I just rolled my eyes at him.

"What exactly did you hear, bro?" Cole asked,

Ash shrugged and said, "Just that you still have to marry her."

Cole sighed and squeezed my arm.

Thank God he didn't hear what we were really talking about. Cole mind-linked me.

"Tell me honestly Cole, is there something going on between you two?" He asked Cole before he looked at me, "Is he your mate, Lee?"

"Would really love to answer your question but hey, it's none of your business so, leave us alone," I said with a scowl,

"You know if I were you, Lee, you will be very kind to me. After all, you cannot go to London without my yes." He said smugly,

"Oh right, I forgot I still need Simon Cowell's big yes! How stupid of me." I said sarcastically,

Ash just shrugged and said, "Well, at the end of the day I am not the one who will have an unsigned waiver. Your mom expects my answer at dinner so if you finally decided to bow down to your king, bring my lunch to my room."

I just glared at Ash while he just winked at me and left.

Gosh! He just makes me so mad. And to think that he is a mate.

I wonder if he will still make me suffer for his yes if I will tell him that he's my mate.

Nope, I know he won't so why don't you just tell him. My wolf said cheerfully,

I just ignored my wolf and screamed in frustration.

Cole just looked at me worriedly.

"Damn him! Damn his stupid self and his stupid...face!"

"It's okay Babe. We can't really do anything right now. As much as I would love to punch him for you, you know why I can't."

I just nodded.

Cole is my best friend but he's Ash's friend too. He's also our future Alpha and if Cole will punch him, it will be an act of disrespect. Cole's family will be demoted which means he won't be the next Third-in-command and his family can also get kicked out of the pack.

"It's alright, Cole. All I can do right now is to agree to his terms."

Cole and I decided to just forget about Ash in the meantime and just enjoy the sun. A few minutes later, Tyler arrived with some refreshments and we started to have fun.

When it was time for lunch, Tyler and Cole helped me prepare some food for Ash.

"Can we just add a little dosage of poison in his food so Hale's suffering will finally be over?" Tyler asked.

Obviously, Tyler didn't like Ash's conditions. He said he was abusing his power and it doesn't help that Tyler doesn't really like Ash. Like they are not on friendly terms.

He is just civil to him because he's our next Alpha but he never liked him nor even tried to make friends with him.

"If killing is not a crime I would have done that a long time ago. " I said,

"Stop it you two, we can get in trouble if  someone will hear us, you know," Cole said,

"Well, he is not exactly my favorite person at the moment," Tyler said,

"When did he ever?" Cole asked jokingly,

"I still don't know why you hate him so much," I said curiously,

I know he doesn't like Ash but he never really said why.

"His personality is enough to make me dislike him." Tyler grumbled before he added, "Anyway I need to go, I promised to help a friend out." He kissed my forehead and bumped fist with Cole before he left.

Sorry guys but I am really having terrible writer's block. I finished writing this a few days after publishing part two but I can't seem to make any progress so I added a little and decided to update you all.

Just consider this a filler chapter 🤓🤓🤓 Will update sooner than the previous one, I swear.
