༣Chapter Three༣

"I'm telling you, Mina, if the newbie messes up our reserch... We're almost done. We've been working on it for months." said a rough male voice.

"We just have to be careful, Altor. Now quit, i think someone's in the lab..." said a female voice. They walked in, and and then they stoped.

"Who are you?" asked the male.

"I'm Jason Silver. I'm guessing I'm your new partner?" Jason said.

"Seems it. I'm Altor Cobalt. And this is Mina Gold." said the man. He was about 5 foot 7', with black hair and brown eyes. The female was about 5 foot 11, with gold-blond hair and green eyes.

"Nice to meet you, I suppose. Anyways, whats you assignment?" asked Mina.

"Well, 'mister Ertro' wants me to develope a device that maximizes the amount of energy that can be harvested from an electro magnetic pulse. So he hasn't set his expectations too high yet." answered Jason.

"I need is a power converter, an electro reciever, an energy contaner, and an optimizer unit." said Jason. It was his second day of work at Optolt Industries, and he was already almost done with his first assignment. Though nobody knew this, it was not the first time Jason had built a device like this. In fact, he was the one who invented it. He was, after all, the founder of the UBH. He had been lieing to the directer about his great-great-grandfather being one of the founders and his namesake; who would have believed him had he told the truth?

"Are you sure? Wouldn't it be easier to use a transversion modual instead of a power converter and an energy container?" asked Altor, interupting Jason's thoughts.

"No, a transversion modual won't convert as much energy." replied Jason. "Mina, where's the tech room? I might as well get the electro reciever, and start hooking it up."

"It's in the west wing, first door on the right."
