Nanachi PoV

It's been a few days since the village fell...

when I landed from that throw I was far away from the village, maybe back near where I first woke up, or close to that area

I took a full day to process what happened before I moved anywhere, it wasn't normal at all, heh why did this happen now? Just when I got to know them all

Damn my luck is really bad but what do I do now? Look for the Princess if she survived? Maybe Nahida what do you suggest?

Nahida- there's a settlement nearby I can sense a lot of Goblins with other monsters

I see, they have have something I can use or help with, I can also warn them about the Orc Army

So having Nahida give the directions I make my was to the Goblin settlement

Some Time Later

when i arrived i saw well not what i expected, instead of the classic goblin village with stone age like buildings however this village had better quality buildings being made, there was just tents right now but i cant tell if their better than my old Village with the Ogres, i really hope their okay of any survived

anyways this place had good buildings behind its fences with a lot of big Goblins with a bunch of smaller ones, i cant tell if their kids or just small, wait are they even goblins? they look more powerful than normal ones

Nahida- my best idea is they are a village of Hobgoblin's or Goblina's with others in there, however from this distance i cannot tell, please get closer but keep your guard up

walking down to the village entrance it went well before the Guards came up to me

Goblin 1- excuse me do you have any business here?

Me- so, i have a warning for the leader

Goblin 2- you want to see Lord Rimuru? okay ill fetch him please wait here

the Goblin ran off and i was left with the other, hehe if i had some of my supplies other than my Crossbow i could show off though i may as well ask him something

Me- hey mind if i ask you something? has there been any Ogres passing by?

Goblin 1- no not that i know of, do you know some?

Me- yeah, its a part of the reason im here

Goblin- i see, hey what kind of Monster are you? im dont recognise what you are, no offense

Me- Naa~ i dont mind, to answer your question I'm a Narehate, still new to the forest though, oh? there coming back with a slime?

the Goblin who left came back with a small Blue slime at his side, strange but that Slime must be special if he is the supposed leader

Slime- so you came here with a warning then? please follow me

nodding i follow the slime and as we walked through the village i saw some Goblins working with Dwarves? cool this place is interesting but we soon reached a building that was complete, it was like all the others but just finished and inside was a simple interior

Slime- first let me introduce myself- i am Rimuru Tempest the leader of this Village, its nice to meet you and do you have a name?

Me- technically no but i call myself Nanachi now can i give my warning?

Rimuru- sure, it must be important

Me- okay then, i need to give some context first, i lived in a Village of Ogres as their Inventor but recently we were attacked by an Army of Orcs, one Ogre throwed me away to save my life and i ended up here

Rimuru- an Army of Orcs? is there a reason why they attacked?

Me- no idea, i scouted them out but when i got back to warn everyone it was too late, there was way too many to count like tens of thousands, maybe even a Hundred Thousand Orcs i dont know what you can do but please understand my Warning, and i have a small question

Rimuru- i see, and go ahead

Me- have you seen any Ogres, one has Red Hair with Black Horns while another has Pink Hair and White Horns, some other Ogres might be with them

Rimuru- no i havent, i will keep an eye for them and would you like to rest here in the mean time, im sure you need it

nodding i accepted his offer and i was lead to a Tent i could use, though it wasnt finished yet so i helped out in building it, afterall its what i can do to help here

the Next day

things were different in this Village as the Hobgolbins and Goblinas quickly accepted me with the Dwarves keeping busy teaching others to forge and other useful crafting skills along with helping to build homes and stuff

and for me i decided to help with the Dwarves in creating things to help the Village and now im working with Kajin who was the best crafter in his old kindom, the Armed Nation of Dwargon

Kaijin- i see, this is how it works but its rather simple isnt it? looking at it closely it looks fragile

Me- yeah its just a prototype, got a long way to go and the Ogres helped a lot with making this through their materials, got any ideas on how to make it better with what we got?

Kajin- right now with what were using there isnt much we can do

Me- yeah isnt everything going towards building this place up despite the Orc Army?

Kajin- yeah that, right now im not sure whats going on with that, Lord Rimuru probably has a solution being forged up

i could only nod and get back to working on forging better weapons for the locals here while hoping things will be better

Some Time Later

things in the Village got better, we got more Tents up and a lot of things made, though today was a weird day

first 4 Humans arrived with one wearing a mask which felt weird, but she was apparently strong unlike the other 3, oh i recognise them from the cave i woke up in, from what i heard the masked one saved their lives along with Rimuru

they kept to themselves while i did my thing though when i had free time i decided to practice my abilites

so when i got to a safe spot i summoned Blaze Reap in all its glory, now then lets start with practice swings to get a feel of this weapon

each swing was easy? wait why? i thought ive never actually use this!?

Nahida- simple, your Unique skill allows you to summon the weapon and use it expertly use it, this also goes with your other Unique Skill Reg's Incinerators however you are not used to the weapons themselves

i see, then i best mess around with it to get used to it!

Nahida- while i wouldnt put it like that your right, have fun

hehe i did exactly as she said and "practiced" with the weapon for an hour before heading back to my tent for some sleep

The Next Day

the Humans were leaving today and while i never actually spoke with them it sucks to see them go i guess but i will still see them off

so waiting at the village entrance with the pair of Human Men who looked at me like they saw a ghost, ignoring them the other duo arrived, the masked girl with the blonde one though as they got close the maskeed girl stopped before convusing in pain?

oh god whats happening!?

Nahida- Warning shes undergoing a possesion by a Spirit, be careful your going to fight it!

i saw her mask crack before a pillar of fire over took her body the heat emmtied was strong, i might get burned but whats coming

they sky got darker with clouds as the fire stopped with the girl floating into the air as a powerful explosion came from her sending myself and the others here flying back, thankfully the goblin named Rigurd caught me and i saw what happened

fire ovbertook her body as the humans panicked that she was Shizue the Concerer of flames

Rimuru- Rigur, Rigurd evacuate the town, Nanachi can you fight?

Me- yeah, i can and i have a few tricks up my fluffy sleeves

the pair of Goblins ran off to get everyone out as Shizue's mask fell to the floor as her eyes glowed red before a strong ball of fire consumed her revealing the Spirit, it was definatly a fire one with dark skin, some of it looking like magma

according to the Humans it was Ifrit the Fire Spirit, Nahida any info?

Nahida- no, get me a book and i can give the Info at any time

damn thats not good, uh it uh is made of fire but i dont have any water attacks, maybe Rimuru does

suddenly 3 colums of fire appeared summoning flying fire demons? whatever i gotta get rid of them

Me- Rimuru take care of this Ifrit guy, we can handle the summons, come on Humans we got work to do!

summoning Blaze Reap i give chase to them as they set fire to the Village but the Humans were ready to fight

Ifrit attacked with fire but missed as Rimuru countered with Water Blade which evaporated as soon as it got close

the Mage girl attacked one of the Summons with an Ice attack which hit, nahida can you copy that?

Nahida- yes, get a line of sight and i can copy but you will have to learn how to use it on your own

gah that will do

i watched as she kept firing giving Nahida the chance to copy it, but it would take some time, and the Summons were going after Rimuru along with his wolf friend uh Ranga i think, plus they sevred as a good distraction, Nahida how close are we?

Nahida- almost... almost... there got it Iceicle Lance is useable but weak

great! pointing Blaze Reap at the Summons i use the newly aquired Magic

Me- icicle Lance!

a icicle shot out from it and hit the Summon dead on, killing it within seconds, haha i went for its head

Rimuru- Hey Erin use it one me!

Erin- what !? fine then

suddenly one summon flew up to use and glowed, its going to blow

Erin made a Magic abrrier which took most of the bast but it still hurt when we got knocked back, meanwhile Rimuru took care of the other Summons before moving onto Ifrit who mutiplied into a circle surroding him

Rimuru countered with sending Ice at everyone before a Magic circle surrounded him as fire engluped him, its too bright i cant see

but before anything else could be done i was pulled away by Ranga along with the 3 Humans and even as we got away it was still insanely hot

Me- Ranga was it? can you take us to the others

Ranga- yes, i can do that

i rode the wolf as we were taken to the rest of the village a fair bit away and by the time we arrived the clouds cleared up but there fires hadnt gone just yet, wow that was intense

Later

we managed to fix up the area a bit, and the fires were gone though Shizue was taken into a tent along with Rimuru, i hope shes okay

but i was busy making repairs to some tents so i coulnt see what was happening

Rigurd- Nanachi i see youve finished this tent, were about to check on Lord Rimuru, please join us

yeah i wanna do that, following the Goblin to the Tent but when we walked in... well something unexpected happened to say the least

Shizue was gone and there stood a girl who looked like her but with Rimuru blue hair and yellow eyes and they were nude but there wasnt any private parts... whats happening?

some time later

so that was Rimuru, and he ate Shizue as a last request while unlocking the ability to look human whenever he wanted and he gave the 3 Adventurers i met back in that cave a bunch of upgrades in their equpment which i helped with!

afterall why would i pass the chance te practice making armour its a useful skill to have!

Nahida- Common Skill Craftsmanship Aquired, keep up the work and maybe you can build a vehicle or something, that would be nice to see

yep your right! and with Senku Science i can do it eventually!

anyways back to whats happening!

Rimuru- there parting gifts, some of our artisans best work!

Kaijin- hehe, i wouldnt call it my best work, there just prototypes

Me- maybe but they work well

Garm- so do they fit you all right?

Dord- its all about craftsmanship!

Myrd- mhhmm

Rimuru- say something! ill just introduce you, from the right this is Kaijin, Nanachi, Garm, Dord and Myrd and Dord

they seemed surprised ar the Drwarfs but didnt care for me, meh just wait ill be flying over you and proving im the best! but ignoring them as they left i went back to work making something special, Electricity!

the reason is its such a useful thing to have polus i never got a chance to finish it before in the Orge Village so i want to finish it but i still need the magnets, meh just make the Iron Rods for now

Me- hey we got much Iron left?

Kaijin- yeah enough for a good few swords, what you making?

Me- a Lightning Rod for Magnets! just need a pair of smaller rods and a singler larger one

Kajin- i see well it sounds interesting and i want to see what it looks like, ill help espically since you dont know how to forge metal

yeah i didnt know how to do that welp it should be fun!
