Leo p.o.v

Kate and I went to frozen yogurt after school. 

K: I think we should tell our parents. I'll start showing it soon.

L: Yes, you're right, but I'm scared.

K: I know but we won't be able to keep it a secret any longer.

I nodded. Kate looked at her watch.

K: Leo, we have to hurry. We are going to be late for my ultrasound.

I paid fast and got up. We hurried to the hospital. When we came we didn't wait long before Kate was called in. 

DO: Hello, how are you feeling?

Doctor asked Kaze.

K: Okay, I still have morning sickness.

DO: That's normal. Don't worry it won't last long. Could you please lie down here and raise your shirt up?

Kate did that and I stood next to her.

DO: Are you excited to see your baby for the first time?

The doctor asked.

K: Yes.

Kate smiled. I nodded. The doctor put some kind of gel on Kate's belly, took the ultrasound, and began looking for our baby. After a few minutes, she pointed to a small black circle.

DO: This is your baby here.

Although it did not look like a baby I immediately fell in love with it.

DO: Here is the heartbeat.

And we heard the heartbeat. That's our baby. I looked at Kate and she was looking at me. She had tears in her eyes, but she was beautiful. We started leaning in but the doctor's voice stopped us.

DO: Do you want pictures?

Kate and I quickly moved away from each other and looked at the doctor who turned and looked at us.

K&L: Yes.

Kate and I said with a smile.

After we took the pictures we went home.

L: Look, about what almost happened...

K: Nothing has almost happened, okay?

L: Okay.

I pulled up at Kate's house.

K: So tomorrow we are telling our parents, right?

L: Yes.

K: Okay, bye.

And before I was able to say it back, she left.

I can not believe that Leo and I almost kissed. I don't even like him. We are just hanging out because of the baby.
