Bio:
Chihiro had a fairly normal life, up until she reached high school, where she and a number of her peers assaulted UTX Academy's Student Council President, who was miraculously rescued by Jeremy Torres, the very person who would later become the Commander of The Guardians. After one of her peers, Jinsei Kuramoto, attempted to commit an act of terrorism, she ran away from the school to avoid the media, before being recruited by the Black Heart League, who were attempting to blow up a number of concert locations using weaponry stolen from the US Military. After the BHL was thwarted, Commander Torres decided to spare her from imprisonment, claiming that she was kidnapped and pressed by the BHL into becoming one of their own, forcing her to choose such a path in order to survive. The truth behind her involvement with the BHL remains compartmented within The Guardians' own records, while the police records show Commander Torres' claim.
