7.

A/N: I am crying atm.
I re-watched the Gyeong-su scene with Na-yeon how she infected him to write the chapter of it.

I need a few thousand tissues please.

Me, a very emotional person started sobbing again. My poor Baby didn't deserve that kind of fate.

Tears started filling my eyes.

No.

This can't be happening.

I went numb as I heard On-jo turn to Cheong-san.

"You were with him, right?"

"He was...behind me" Cheong-san said.

I gripped the edge of a table hardly, trying to stabilize myself as my vision got blurry from tears.

On-jo came to my side.

"Then where is he now?"

"I don't know"

Nam-ra watched me, a worried look on her face as she looked through the window, seeing if Su-hyeok was anywhere outside.

"Don't worry" I-sak told me, as she came towards On-jo and me.

"He's smart and he can fight. He probably just found a better place to hide when he noticed that we were in here." She told me.

"I really hope so" I sighed, running my hand through my hair.

Then the three of us sat down, leaning against a few cabinets.

Suddenly a very shrill sound came out of the speakers of the lab.

Everyone held their ears while cursing.

Ms. Park's voice started to ring through the entire school.

"Students and teachers of Hyosan High School. I'm Park Sun-hwa, the English teacher."

"Something strange is happening throughout the school. Some students are attacking others indiscriminately."

I saw the zombies crowd around the speakers in the hallway.

"So...So please flee and find a safe place. And if any student or faculty hears this and is able to, please call the police and the fire department."

"Students, hide somewhere safe until help arrives."

Her voice was trembling.

"If you can get out of the school, please get out."

"I'll say it again."

I pressed my hands to my face, tears silently running down my face.

I wish Su-hyeok was here.

I want him to hold me, comfort me.

Please, Su-hyeok. Be okay.

"Some students are..."

She stopped herself.

"Hey, everyone...You're okay, right?"

She sounded like she was about to cry.

I've never seen Ms. Park cry.

She was always the nice, but strict teacher, who was still cool.

"You're not hurt? I don't know...what's going on in here or how this whole thing happened, but..."

"Still, find a safe place and hide. I...I'm sorry..."

"I can't help."

She started sobbing.

I let my head rest on On-jo's shoulder as I-sak did the same.

"Don't get hurt, okay?"

Some of the others also started crying.

"Please, let's stay alive and meet again."

On-jo wrapped her arms around me and I-sak.

Then the announcement stopped as everyone sat silently.

On-jo soon stood up with I-sak, but they headed into different directions.

On-jo went to look out of the window while I-sak went to Cheong-san.

I need to think about something else than what happened with Su-hyeok.

This was the reason to why I went to On-jo, while I-sak was probably trying to convince Cheong-san to make a move on On-jo.

I sighed and looked at the mess outside.

Then I-sak came over to me as On-jo stroked my shoulder, comfortingly.

"Y/n" I-sak said. "Don't worry too much. I'm sure Su-hyeok will be just fine. As I said before, he's a great athlete and super fast."

I smiled a bit, nodding my head.

"I-sak's right" On-jo also added.

I-sak took both our hands into hers as we all now looked out of the window again.

Her hand was even colder now.

Weird, what could it be-

"But..." I-sak's voice stopped my thoughts.

"On-jo, Cheong-san's been super weird. He's so annoying. I think he's into you. It's totally obvious."

"She's right, you have to tell him about how you feel!" I agreed.

"No, no. I don't think so. He doesn't like me back. He's too busy teasing me all the time."

Then we stopped talking again.

I looked down at I-sak's hand as On-jo must've noticed the coldness too.

Then it hit me.

No.

I-sak's words replayed in my head again from when she had been with Hyeon-ju:

"I think she went crazy. Her temperature is super low but she kept saying she was hot. She tried to bite us."

My eyes widened.

"I-sak" I started.

On-jo also spoke up.

"Why are you so cold?"

"So cold?" I-sak asked.

On-jo pressed I-sak's hand to her face, checking if her hand really was cold.

"She's right, your hand is really..." I agreed.

"What about my hand?" I-sak asked, looking at mine and On-jo's faces.

I abruptly let go of I-sak's hand as blood started pouring from her nose.

She must have been bitten on the hallway.

No.

Please.

Not I-sak.

"I-sak" On-jo slowly started again as I-sak frantically wiped the blood.

"What's wrong? Are you-"

"Really. I wasn't bitten" She said, panicking.

I frowned as the others looked at us.

"I mean it. I really wasn't bitten."

The others started murmuring.

Na-yeon also looked up at us.

"What's going on?" Na-yeon asked.

She stood up.

"Did you get bitten?"

"I said I wasn't!" I-sak yelled at her as me and On-jo just stared at her.

She then ran to a mirror.

"Hey. Are you okay?" Gyeong-su also asked, walking towards her as I did so too.

On-jo was frozen in her spot at the window.

I-sak didn't say anything anymore.

She just stared into the mirror.

Then she turned to look at us.

I grabbed her arm.

"I-sak!"

"Y/n, On-jo" She whispered, sadness in her voice.

As I-sak went closer to On-jo, I wanted to go to the two as well, but felt Gyeong-su grab my arm.

I looked back at him as he shook his head, telling me to stay where I was.

On-jo took I-sak's hands into hers as I-sak looked at her and m, having to turn her head for this.

"No, right? I'm not, right?"

Tears filled my eyes again as On-jo nodded her head, trying to stop herself from crying.

"No, I'm not, right N/n?" She turned to me.

Her eyes slowly turned red too.

I didn't know what to say or do, so I just continued looking at her.

"But...I'm not...I'm not one of them." I-sak turned back to On-jo.

On-jo started sobbing as I bit my lip, trying not to do so myself as the two of them hugged.

"What are you doing? Get her out of here right now!" Na-yeon yelled.

"No. Come on. I said I'm okay." I-sak tried telling her as she let of On-jo.

Then Cheong-san came and pulled On-jo away from I-sak.

I-sak turned to me.

"Y/n" She took a step closer towards me.

Gyeong-su pulled me back, away from her as I was still at a loss of words.

I-sak turned back to On-jo and Cheong-san.

"On-jo." She whimpered.

Her knees gave out and she fell to the ground.

"Let go!" I yelled at Gyeong-su, wanting to help her up.

He didn't budge though, wanting to keep me away from being bitten probably.

Then, I-sak's bones started crunching as she slowly turned into a zombie.

"No. NO!" I yelled, trying to get to I-sak, while On-jo tried to do so as well.

Gyeong-su now took both my arms and pulled me against his chest, holding me off.

The tears were now streaming down my face.

"Hurry up! Do something!" Na-yeon yelled. "Throw her out of the window."

I-sak groaned as she turned and twitched on the ground.

I couldn't look at her, so I closed my eyes tightly.

I could only hear crunching bones, On-jo's whimpers and Na-yeon:

"Hurry! She's turning into a zombie!"

As I heard snarling I opened my eyes to see I-sak charging at On-jo and Cheong-san.

"I-sak stop!" I shouted desperately.

She continued attacking Cheong-san, who now took a chair as his weapon.

"Stop it!" I yelled.

"Stop it, please" On-jo also screamed.

"Cheong-san!" On-jo yelled, making I-sak turn to her and run towards her.

Cheong-san jumped at I-sak and I heard the window break.

I-sak was going to fall.

"No! Let go!" I yelled, crying as I tried making Gyeong-su let go of me.

On-jo reached out of the window trying to hold on to I-sak.

My legs gave out and I fell to the ground, sobbing as Gyeong-su held me tightly, biting his lip to stop his own tears.

As On-jo continued holding onto I-sak, a memory flashed into my mind.

It was quite a while back, when the three of us had gone shopping for makeup.

I-sak was just trying out an eyebrow pencil on On-jo.

"You want some glitter?" I asked the two of them.

I-sak smiled as she turned to me and I put it on her before doing the same to On-jo.

Then the two of them put some onto my eyelids as well.

We all giggled.

"It's actually good." I said, looking at them.

We looked into the mirror there and chuckled.

Then another memory flashed into my mind as I continued sobbing into my hands.

We had decided to take some photos and while looking for accessories we goofed around.

"I-sak, On-jo. Look at this" I told them, holding up a hat in the shape of a pile of poop up.

I-sak laughed and put it on On-jo.

"It looks great on you" Me and I-sak laughed.

After some time, when the two of them had chosen a hat, I heard I-sak.

"Y/n, look at these!" She held out a pair of glasses, that looked like this:

I put them on, chuckling.

"You look so cute!" On-jo yelled.

The three of us went in front of the pink wall.

"Okay, get ready!" On-jo laughed as she pulled me and I-sak closer.

We did the most craziest poses while laughing uncontrollably.

"Look at the photos!" I-sak smiled as she held together three separate cards.

When lined up, it was perfect and we were all on them.

I remembered eating with them after a long day of school.

Suddenly Na-yeon shouted "Hey!"

She gave Cheong-san a chair.

He took it and started hitting I-sak with it, trying to make her let go of On-jo.

After a few hits I heard the growling quiet down before hearing a thump outside.

I-sak...
