Hongbin POV

After about a minute of trying to pry the animals... I mean my friends off Sanghyuk, I managed to get everyone's attention by holding my pocket knife to Ravi's neck.

"WOAH WOAH WOAH DON'T DO THAT." Ken shouted.

"Also why the hell do you have a fuxking pocket knife?" Leo asks.

They all quieten down and I release a panting Ravi.

"Calm down it's rubber."
I bend the blade for them to see.

Its so fun bullying them.

Anyway....

"So..... Please explain what's going on." N says in a posh voice.

I take a deep breath and glare at Sanghyuk, while he looks down at his shoes and fidgets with his fingers.

" Hyuk and I are not boyfriends--"

" WHAT--“

“ SHUT UP HYUNG LISTEN TO HONGBIN."

I continue" We.. we are actually stepbrothers."

They all looked very stunned.

" So..... Thats the son of your stepdad..the one you told us about yesterday?" Ken clarifies.

"And.... Thats... Incest! " Leo says

"Kind of" N points out.

I nod my head.

" To make matters more  complicated,  Sanghyuk's father is the principal. As you saw just now, Sanghyuk was surrounded by so many of our Fangirls... And I was afraid if I didn't....."

 I looked at Sanghyuk.. no! I can't say that. I'll seem very selfish....

" I mean.. I wanted to help him out "

 that's better.

"And I came up with this excuse so the girls won't crowd around me AND Sanghyuk.. get it?"

All 4 of them nod.

Suddenly, the most screeching, deafening shrill tore through the air.

The school bell.

I shot Sanghyuk one more look before opening the door.

"Wait!" N calls out. "If you guys wanna look like a couple, you must hold hands!"

Sanghyuk's eyes shoot open and I begin to choke on my saliva.

Ravi grabs my wrist and joins it with Sanghyuk's.
" Come on!"

"Leave first..." I say.

4 of them leave.
 
Suddenly, I feel fingers brush my palm. I jerk my hand away immediately.

I see a look of hurt flash across Sanghyuk's face.

I sigh out " Fine. But once we reach class, we're letting go."

He nods timidly and we intertwine our fingers.

His hand is suprisingly warm....

The moment we step out, I'm not ambushed like I usually am. Instead, no one crowds around us! I guess... I guess my plan is working..

However, as we awardly draw closer to the class, I start to hear things like.
"Omo... A gay couple... SO CUTE."

"Ahhhh two good looking guys... I ship them"

Oh well.... At least we're not being physically ambushed.. its fine, I guess?

Finally, we reach class. I coldly withdraw my hand before Sanghyuk can say anything.

I sit down in my seat, right at the back. Thank God the only empty seat  is on the opposite side of the class, far away from me. Sanghyuk takes that seat.

The girl on my right suddenly stands up and looks at me. She smiles at me before walking to Sanghyuk. She whispers something to him before sitting down on HIS seat...

Oh no.

I watch in horror as Sanghyuk slowly makes his way to the seat beside me...

I looked at the girl and mouth " Why did you do that?"

She smiles again and writes on a piece of paper before flashing it to me.

It writes :" As a couple, you guys should sit together!".

I mentally facepalm. Oh boy....

"You have to feed each other." N reminds

What?

Right now , all 6 of us are sitting at the table, and they wont STOP PESTERING ME on what I should do.

Leo forces my spoon into Sanghyuk's hands and tilts his head towards me.
Sanghyuk looks down, his face clearly red.

I won't be surprised if my face was red too.

He scoops some soup from my bowl and blows it to cool it down. I look at his face.. puffed up, it was pretty cute.

Ahahhaha

He feeds me the soup and smiles when I swallow it.

"Why are you smiling?" I ask.

"I don't know..."  He rubs the back of his neck.

Soon he feeds me all of the soup.
"You...you can stop staring at me now..."

What?

Oh shoot I was staring at him..
His eyes are just so captiva--

"Hello hello earth to Hongbin?" Ken waves his hand  in front of my face.

I cough  as I tear my eyes away from Sanghyuk.

" I was just wondering what procedures you should  get for Plastic Surgery. Turns out, its your entire face." I say to Sanghyuk lowly

Sanghyuk looks down and bites his lip.
He stands up and clears the tray.

I turn my head, only to find my friends staring at me.
 
"What the hell? " Ravi starts
" How could you be so mean?" Ken exclaims!
I shake my head. " I don't... I don't know... I just feel this sense of hatred towards my stepfamily. I know they didn't do any wrong but--" I'm unable to continue because only sobs are coming out of ny mouth.

Everyone falls silent. It wasnt condescending or awkward. It was a rather calm and comfortable one.
I feel a hand on my shoulder.
" You dislike them because they replaced your father." N says.

I breath out and bite my lip because he's right.

N smiles warmly at me and gives me a hug. Leo hugs me from my left. Ken and Ravi get up from their seats and join in the cuddle.

Im so lucky to have them in my life.

(Time skip to class)

The next class is art. Sanghyuk and I walk to class together. Yes, the tension between Sanghyuk and I was unavoidable, and I stil couldn't look him in the eye, so we stood about a shoulder apart, my handd in my pockets while Sanghyuk plays with his fingers as we walk.

Do something Hongbin! Or everyone will start to find out...

I immediately swing my arm around his shoulder and pull him closer to me. However I think I used too much force, because his body falls onto mine and I struggle keep up. His hands wrap around my neck for balance and I hug his waist.

-Silence-

I hear a collective gasp and I feel everyone's eyes fixated on Sanghyuk and I.
Suddenly, I hear a word being chanted around me. First so softly , I couldn't make out what it was. Then more people joined in as the chanting grew louder and  faster, till I could make out what it was.

"KISS KISS KISS KISS KISS-----"
