It was a normal day in the city of New Townsville. And of course with a normal day it means there is trouble, big trouble.

"Powerpuffs! Please save us!" a woman screamed as Mojo Jojo trapped a few citizens in a cage.

Suddenly, the wall was broken by three girls. It was The Powerpuff girls Z who came to rescue them!

"Give up, Mojo!" Blossom ordered him.

"Never! Mojo is gonna put every human on a cage! Just like they did to little Mojo!" he refused.

"But Mojo, that's really mean of you!" Bubbles protested.

"That's the point of it, stupid girl!" Mojo screamed at her with anger.

"Alright then, stinky monkey! You asked for it!" Buttercup exclaimed as she grabbed her hammer like a baseball bat.

Mojo flew away as the girls punched him with their weapons at the same time.

"Mojo will get revenge for this!" he cried before disappearing in the sky.

The citizens applauded at the heroic girls and thanked them for saving them.

"Oh, no! We're gonna be late for school!" Blossom noticed as she looked at the clock.

"We gotta go! Bye!" Bubbles waved at the citizens.

The rest of the girls waved goodbye too as they flew away on their way to school. Once they were there, they transformed into their normal forms at the rooftop. They headed to their classroom while Blossom/Momoko and Bubbles/Miyako were talking about girl stuff. On the other hand, Buttercup/Kaoru just followed them with her arms behind her head. They took their seats as they heard the bell ring and the teacher entered the room.

"Good morning, class!" she greeted.

"Good morning, Ms Keane" the students responded.

"Today we'll be receiving three new students. Please welcome them!" she announced and walked back to the door.

She opened it to reveal three boys who entered the classroom. One had orange hair and red eyes, the second one had blonde hair and blue eyes, and the third one had raven hair and green eyes.

"Boys, would you please introduce yourselves?" Ms Keane asked them.

"Of course. My name's Yûsuke Kurosawa" the orange haired said with a smirk.

"Mine's Yoshito Kurosawa. Nice to meet you" the blonded said with a playful tone.

"And I'm Ryu Kurosawa" the raven haired said in a indifferent tone.

"Thank you, boys! Please take a seat!" Ms Keane ordered.

The boys did as she said and seated at the free spaces near the three girls, what made the others jealous of them. The hours were running slowly, but finally lunchtime began. Everyone was picking up their stuff and leaving the classroom, except for the three friends, who made a meet-up around Momoko's seat.

"Those boys... they remind me of someone" said Momoko.

"Who?" asked Miyako, confused.

"The new guys" Kaoru responded while rolling her eyes.

"Oh! Remind you of who?" Miyako asked again.

"I'm not sure yet. But I feel like I've seem them before" Momoko explained while rubbing her chin.

"Well, I can't figure out mysteries with an empty stomach!" Kaoru said as she stood up, "besides, we have a soccer game later so I need to recharge my energies."

"I agree. We should be heading to the cafeteria" added Miyako.

"Fine" Momoko accepted.

After eating lunch, the bell rang once again. Later, the P.E. class started and the girls changed up her regular clothes into their sports clothes. Everyone of the class was going to participate, even if they weren't good at all. For Kaoru this was no problem, since she was the best at sports. The teacher splitted the group in two, so there was a girl's team and a boy's team. Kaoru was the leader of the girl's team, and she was surprised that the leader of the boy's was Ryu. The teacher blew his whistle to notify that the game started. Ryu easily took control of the ball first. Kaoru was trying to take it from him, but it was too difficult. Ryu passed the ball to his brother Yûsuke.

"Momoko!" Kaoru shouted at her friend because she wasn't focused.

When she realized that Yûsuke was heading her way with the ball, she tried to kick the ball but failed. She fell on the ground, making Kaoru facepalm. Yûsuke was blocked from another student so he passed the ball to his other brother Yoshito. The blonde one headed to the goal, where Miyako was as the goalkeeper. Yoshito made the goal easily.

"Goal!" the boys screamed, celebrating.

Kaoru growled in anger. She couldn't let them reach the goal again. When the whistle sounded again, she ran to the ball first and avoided Ryu. By her own, she managed to reach the goal and achieved the first point for her team. The girls were cheering as the boys glared with anger. After several minutes playing, the boys accomplished to win. Kaoru was really mad and left to change her clothes.

"Hey, Kaoru. Are you okay?" Miyako asked her, worried.

"Okay?! They just kicked our butts!" she shouted.

"Kaoru! Do not speak that way!" Miyako scolded her.

"I don't care! You couldn't even defend our goal so it's basically all your fault!" Kaoru reclaimed her.

"Hey! It's not Miyako's fault! The new boys were too good!" Momoko defended her.

"Whatever!" Kaoru snorted and left.

"What's wrong with her?!" Momoko crossed her arms in anger.

School was over and everyone was leaving their classrooms. Kaoru had time to meditate about what happened and she felt very bad for what she told Miyako, so she decided to apologize with her. Momoko and Miyako were just about to leave when she reached them both.

"Can I speak to you?" Kaoru asked them in a regretful tone.

"What is it?" Momoko asked, still mad at her.

"Look, I'm sorry about earlier. I was too upset about losing the game that I forgot to have fun with my friends. I barely let the girls play because I wanted to win. Sorry I was so inconsiderate. Do you forgive me?" Kaoru said.

Momoko and Miyako looked at each other and smiled.

"Of course we forgive you, Kaoru!" Miyako exclaimed.

"Thank you" Kaoru breathed with relief.

Now that they were good again, the three girls left to their houses, taking separate ways. Momoko decided to go to the professor's lab before heading home. She still had some investigation to do. Several minutes later, she arrived to meet Ken and Peach at the living room.

"Oh! Hey, Momoko!" Ken greeted her.

"Hello, Ken. Hi, Peach! Where's the professor?" Momoko asked him.

"He just left. He's meeting the mayor" Peach replied, "is there anything wrong?"

"No! It's nothing! Don't worry! I'm just gonna do some research!" Momoko told him and headed to the computer.

Ken and Peach followed her with curiosity. Momoko was searching at the professor's computer for all the villains' registers.

"Bingo!" Momoko exclaimed.

She opened a picture and gasped with surprise.

"What? What is it, Momoko?" Ken asked her.

"These boys appeared at our school today! I knew I've seen them before! They're The Rowdyruff boys!" Momoko explained.

"What?! How?!" Peach gasped.

"I don't know! I thought they were gone!" Momoko replied.

"It has been four years since we last saw them" Ken said.

"Why are they back? And why are they at our school?" Momoko asked herself.

"It will be better to keep them under surveillance. Just in case they're planning to do something bad" Ken suggested.

"Thanks for the advice, Ken. The girls and I'll keep an eye on them. See you soon!" Momoko said before she left.

Kaoru's POV:

After doing my homework and eating my mom's dinner, I left home and headed to the skatepark, riding over my skateboard, of course. The boys who were playing in there greeted me. I frequent this place so they already know me.

"Yo, Kaoru!" Akito, one of my friends called me.

I walked to the top of the ramp and bumped fists with him. He was wearing his gray beanie that covered his orange hair while wearing a cool black t-shirt with a skateboard on it. Also he was wearing skinny jeans and black converse.

"What's up?" I casually asked.

"Just warming" he replied.

"I'll take a turn" I said and jumped off the ramp on my skateboard.

I showed them some tricks and soon some other people walked closer to watch. When I finished they applauded to me. I smirked at them and walked back to Akito.

"How was that?" I asked.

"Don't be smug" he snorted.

I couldn't help laughing slightly. Suddenly, I saw Ryu approach the ramp. He talked to some of the boys, introducing himself. Akito noticed that I was distracted looking at him and took an eye on him.

"Do you know him?" he asked me.

"Actually no. He's just the new guy" I responded.

"Hey, you! New guy! Come here, please!" Akito called him out loud.

Ryu looked at him bemused, but when he saw me he approached to us.

"What's your name?" my friend asked him.

"Ryu" he answered casually.

"I'm Akito" they shook hands, "this is Kaoru."

"Yeah, I know" he smirked at me.

"Why am I blushing?!" I thought.

"First time riding the skateboard?" Akito asked him.

"Why not better teach you?" Ryu responded and walked to the ramp.

We all stood in front of the ramp, waiting for him to start. He finished putting on his helmet and started riding. I have to admit, he is pretty good. Not as good as me of course!

"Not bad, dude!" Akito congratulated him.

"Thanks" he responded with a small smile on his face.

I didn't noticed that I got distracted with his face. I just realized how handsome he is. Wait! Did I just called him handsome?! What the heck is wrong with me?!

"You should consider participate at the skateboard competition! Right, Kaoru?!" Akito hit my arm.

"Uh- yeah. S-sure" I stuttered.

All of a sudden, Akito's phone started ringing.

"Crap! That must be my mom! I've gotta go!" he said and rushed outside the park.

"So" Ryu broke the silence as he approached me, "you're quite good at sports."

"Quite good?" I snorted, "I'm the best!"

"Really? Because I remember kicking your ass on the soccer field this afternoon" he responded with a smirk.

"That's because my team was a crap!" I replied with anger.

"Then I propose you one against one" he suggested, "tomorrow when school is over."

"Deal!" I agressively agreed.

"But-!" he added.

"But?" I asked.

"If I win you must go out with me" Ryu sentenced.

"What?!" I almost drowned with my own spit.

He crossed his arms and smirked at me.

"What do you mean go out with you?!" I asked relentlessly.

"Like a date" he snorted like it was obvious.

"Are you insane?!" I really wanted to punch his face.

"If you are so confident that you will win against me, then why are you so worried about it?" he sent me a victorious expression.

I wanted to strangulate him! He must be crazy if he thinks I'm going on a date with him! But he had a point, if I win this game then I won't have to go out with him. I trust in myself so, I won't stand back. Maybe I should ask for something too, because of course I'll be the winner!

"Fine! But when I win I want something too!" I answered.

"Sure. What would you like? A kiss?" he asked me in a flirtatious tone.

"Ew! No! Gross!" I growled.

"What? So you mean you haven't give your first kiss yet?" he asked me with surprise.

"W-why are you asking this awkward things?!" I stuttered.

"Answer me" he demanded.

"What do you think, stinky head?!" I shouted with anger and embarrassment.

"Then I'll be the first. I assure you" he smirked.

"I can't believe you! You are out of your mind!" I furiously left the skatepark.

Ryu's POV

I saw Kaoru leave while she dripped smoke from her ears. She looks so cute when she's mad. I was surprised that she haven't give her first kiss yet, because she's hot. I know it 'cause I checked her out at school and now. Even tho she is a tomboy, I like her. She is so tough and rude, her body is not too thin or too thick and her eyes reflect courage. She's definitely not like any girl I have ever met before. Still, I feel that I know her from somewhere, but I can't remember where. Anyways, I decided to walk back home since it was starting to get late.
