A/N: Medusa's back.

A dog was panting heavily in a dark alley, pawing at something hidden among garbage bags. This creature with red eyes is revealed to be a snake, decorated with arrows. The dog growls then is heard yelping. When the scene returns to the dog, its abdomen undulates, as if that snake crawled through the dog's mouth and into its stomach. Meanwhile, a five-year-old girl named Rachel Boyd, looks at the Sun, which does not wear its customary cackling smile, or even its usual lethargic frown at sunset, but seems to look with terror as clouds around it are forming into serpentine shapes.

Rachel is called by her mother, who is carrying groceries

Rachel's Mother: Rachel, your father is waiting for us at home. On their walk home,

Rachel: moma did you see those clouds? They looked like a snake.

Rachel's Mother: it looks like it is going to rain.

As they walk along the street, Rachel comes upon the alley where the dog faced the snake. This dog now sits underneath a poster of Death that is posted in this alley.

Rachel grins and runs towards the dog, who darts into the dark alley.

Rachel's mother: Rachel come back. That dog is probably filthy.

Rachel enters the alley, to find the dog facing away from her, its irises narrow like a serpent's. The dog faces Rachel as she approaches the dog. Rachel assumes the dog is lonely, while what sounds like the rattling of a snake's tail seems to emanate from the dog. Rachel looks in shock as the snake slithers from the dog's mouth.

Rachel: 0_0?!

The snake returns into the dog, while its arrow-shaped tongue continues to slither—eventually forming into a Vector Arrow that shoots from the dog's mouth, into Rachel's mouth, and down her throat. Rachel's mother walks to the alley, finding her daughter standing in front of the dog. While the mother approaches her.

Rachel's Mother: Rachel you should'nt play with strays.

An Arrow hangs from Rachel's mouth like a tongue. Hearing the mother approach, the Arrow then slide up into Rachel's mouth. When the mother expresses concern over her child's silence, "Rachel" turns to face her mother with an impish grin.

Rachel: I'm sorry for running off mother.

Rachel's Mother: that's alright dear. Now let's get home.

Rachel: yes mother.

They both continued to walk while someone was now in control of the little girl, Rachel.

(TimeSkip).

Right now you were with Maka and the others. Maka herself was finally starting to feel a little bit better after all those times of being embolized by Arachne's attack. However, the only thing that was different was how blackstar has been acting ever sinces his second fight with mifune and he lost badly. Now he's all pissed off about it and stuff.

(Y/N): looks I know blackstar is all usually thinking very highly of himself. And don't get me wrong I've had my fair share of loses. But this attitude that he's been having is a little too childish.

Maka: "sigh" why did he think going out there was a good idea?

(Y/N): sometimes I wonder why that boy is willing to get himself in so much damn trouble. He'd be killed in he was in the situations I was in before.

Maka: you mean situations like with that frieza guy?

(Y/N): yeah. Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu maybe raditz...........naw!

Maka:"sigh"

(Y/N): I wonder what kid's up to.

(Meanwhile).

Kid, Liz and patty were hanging on to a rope on a moving train.

Liz: we're flying!

Patty: so cool!

Death the Kid: 😲

(Y/N): well that's one thing I guess.

Maka:"sigh" let's just go and Join the others.

(Y/N): oh ok.

You and Maka walked to where the others were. Buy while you were walking, you felt an odd presence but it also felt familiar it wasn't frieza or cooler and it sure as hell wasn't Arachne or Asura.....it felt much familiar than that. It felt like.....a snake.

(Y/N): hm.......

Maka: coming (Y/N)?

(Y/N): oh uh.....yeah coming.
