The video went viral.

When I say the video went viral, I don't mean a couple hundred thousands views seen by just my school. Because oh no baby, you got it completely wrong.

Looks like a little birdie decided to post the video on Tiktok and surprise surprise, it was viewed by 50 MILLION PEOPLE. 50 Million! That's basically the population of Korea. Imagine your whole entire country watching you being chased out of a school you don't go to by the vice-principal. It's embarrassing.

But hey, the video blowing up has its perks since somebody decided to tell everyone in the comments my tiktok @. So yeah, all of my comments on my videos are pretty much just about THAT tiktok, but I still got clout so it ain't that bad.

Oh and also, I got in trouble. Big trouble. Not only by my parents but by my school. I was grounded for a two months and suspended for a week. Was it a good idea? Probably not. Nevertheless, you only live once. And now I'm Tiktok famous, so that's pretty cool in itself.

But, there's a new problem on my list.

The school that I snuck into? Yeah, well somebody decided to light fireworks in it as a senior prank and you can guess what happened.

It burned down. All of it.

So the school send all of their students scattered across neighbouring schools so they still get their education. And it doesn't seem that bad until I found out that they split up my original homeroom so that they can add some new students from that school to it.

So yeah, today I'm going to be in a classroom with completely new students. I'm not anxious about that though. I'm late. And I only just arrived in the school. Let's just hope I don't get detention on the new first day.

I run into my classroom on the 2nd floor, gasping for air.

"Miss. Heo. You're late." The female teacher sternly says. I look up to see Ms. Kim, a young teacher who has only been at the school for a year. I think she was Heejin's homeroom teacher this year before the split.

"I'm sorry, my cat's tail got lit on fire this morning." I continue panting hardly. "Do you want to see the video?"

"N-no, we believe you." She stops me from pulling out my phone. "Just say hi to our new students and you'll be fine."

Besides Ms. Kim, there were 7 boys and 4 girls, all waiting patiently for me to greet them. Wait a second...

"Hey, aren't you the girl who pretended to be in our classroom in march or something?" A boy calls out. Wait, I think his name was Heesoon? Something along the lines of that. All of the other new students mutter in agreement.

"Yep, that's me." I tiredly say, taking an empty seat at the back next to Hyunjin. "We're all in the same class?" I say as I see Heejin next to Hyunjin, Jinsoul in front of me and Olivia in front of Hyunjin. This is perfect.

"Good luck for us, huh?" Heejin says as the people in the front start introducing themselves.

They start from the left of the room with the four girls. Hey wait, aren't those the girls who I asked for help when I got to that school? Please don't tell me they're still bitches.

"My name is Yoo Jimin." The first girl starts.

"I'm Uchinaga Aeri." The next girl says. She's probably half Japanese and Korean considering her first and last name. She definitely seems nicer than the others, but hanging out with assholes makes you an asshole as well.

"Kim Minjeong." The next girl says. Hey wait, she's the girl who I asked for directions!

The next girl starts. I bet she's foreign. "Ning Yizhuo, but you can just call me Ningning."

Bingo. She's Chinese.

"I'm Lee Heeseung. I hope we can all become good friends!" The first boy cheerfully says. Oh, and his name is Heesung and not whatever I thought it was.

"Yang Jungwon!" The next boy bows 90 degrees perfectly and shouts out his name like he was in the military, causing laughs to come out from everyone else.

"I'm Park Jongseong, but I'd prefer you'd just call me Jay." The next guy says. I think he was the guy who tried hitting on me. Pathetic. He still has the same fuckboy face that makes me want to punch him in the throat.

"I'm Jake Sim and I'm Australian so pardon my bad Korean."

"I'm Kim Sunoo and I hope we all get along!" A boy with small eyed and chubby cheeks claims. Cute.

"I'm Niki, nice to meet you." He does a small bow and keeps his voice quiet. I hope I'm not the only one who's thinking this guy is a middle schooler.

It's finally the last guys' turn. "I'm Park Sunghoon."

Park Sunghoon? The famous figure skater? Why didn't I realize that before? The class also lets out shocked or confused sounds before ultimately clapping altogether. Ms. Kim directs the new students to seat themself at any desk they want. The four girls sit near the windows as the boys sit on the back row or second back row.

"Oh, students! I have to go get some paper from the office because I ran out. Will you guys be okay for just a little bit?" Ms. Kim politely says to the class that say 'Yes' in return.

Once Ms. Kim leaves, the class stays quiet for around three seconds before everyone starts talking to their friends. I hear a pair of footsteps walk in front of me. I look up to see Choi Soobin staring at me with a cute smile planted on his face.

Soobin and I have known each other since the 5th grade. We lived on the same apartment floor so we saw each other often. Also, remember when I mentioned I had a band with my friends? He's pretty much the "manager" of it since he's part of the student council and all student council members need to be a manager for any club or activities.

"What do you want, Lincoln?" I say, not even noticing that he and his friends were placed in this class. Am I dreaming or am I really considering that this year will be fun?

"Seriously? You're still gonna call me that after all these years?" He laughs. I've been calling Soobin Lincoln since I first laid my eyes on him. Sometimes my neck starts to hurt when talking to him in person since he's so tall. That's partially my fault though, since I'm not exactly the tallest person.

"Do you have band practice on Mondays still? Or are you guys changing it?" He asks the girls and me.

"I don't know. I think we should just keep the same schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless we need to change it because of school." Hyunjin says as we all nod our heads in agreement.

"On another note..." Jinsoul starts. "You still gonna run for class president this year?"

Soobin pushes his bright blue locks back with his band. "Of course. I never back down." We all gasp and class with fake impressive faces.

"Okay now leave, you're bothering us." Oliva whines, making Soobin pout but eventually leave and go back to his desk with his other friends. Out of the corner of my eye, I see the new girls whispering while pointing at us, but I chose to ignore it for now. No point in starting unnecessary drama on their first day.

Ms. Kim finally walks back with fresh pieces of blank paper. "Okay class! Let's start with an introduction game to get to know each other!"
