Love comes in the most unexpected time, place and situation.. and I never thought it would actually strike me today.

I brought up my sun glasses as the glaring sun of Rome hitted my skin. August, the last month of summer in Italy.

It was my last day here in  Rome, because tomorrow night, I'll be flying back to the Philippines and continue my studies.

I'm actually almost 3 months late for school because I had to wait for my permit to leave this country. Don't get me wrong, I love Italy. Their pastas, historical remains, clean environment and all.. well except for some things.

I've been staying here for almost 3 months. Why I'm here? Vacation. Both of my parents are working here in Italy. Actually we planned on staying here for about 2 months only.. but I just got my permit yesterday so yeah.. The 2 months vacation became 3 months.

Since my parents are at work and today's my last day here, I decided to stroll the city one last time. I'm quite familiar with the places here since I've stayed here for quite a long time.

With the dslr camera hanging on my neck, I decided to visit the historical remains of Rome like, Pantheon and Colloseo.

I've already seen those historical structures the first day I got here but since it was my last day, I want to see it one last time.

I kept on taking photos of the colleseum. There's alot of tourist and it's really hot here. Urgh. I don't want to get tanned. -.-

After sometime of just strolling and strolling, my stomach starts to rumble. I need to eat.

I entered the "Gelateria"(Ice Cream Shop). It's really hot and I need something to cool me down. Lol.

"Buongiorno!" The man at the counter greeted as I entered the shop.

"Buongiorno.." I shyly greeted back.

I started scanning  the delicious looking ice creams behind the glasses.

Italy's Ice Cream is really delicious! I SWEAR.

Suddenly, I heard a commotion just near the counter. It catched my attention which made me turned to what was going on.

I saw a tall man, I bet he's not Italian. He looks asian. The man at the counter was asking for his order and it seems like he was having some trouble on understanding  italian.

I don't know why but I decided to approach the tall guy and helped him.

I tapped his shoulders and that made his gaze turn to me. My eyes widen in shock. Is he really standing infront of me? He's really here?

I decided to compose myself because for sure, he might think of me weirdly.

"Excuse me, do you need help? I can speak Italian for you." I volunteered as I gave him a smile.

He looked quite flustered but he nodded afterwards. "Thanks." He muttered.

He sat at a table for two near the shop's glass windows. He sat there waiting for our gelatos( Ice Creams.

When I finally got our ice creams, I went to his table and placed his order. "Thanks." He said again this time flashing his gummy smile at me.

"No problem. Glad to help. So, I'll be going now.." I informed him but then before I could even step away, he grabbed my hands making me turn to him.

"Uhm. I know this is too much but can you accompany me?" He shyly asked rubbing his nape.

I smiled and just nodded. I sat across him. OMO. He really looks intimidating yet handsome in person.

"So, uhm.. what's your name?" He asked as he looked into my eyes.

"I'm Elle." I simply said with a smile as I ate my ice cream.

"I'm Wu Yi-" He started but I cutted him off. "I know, you're Wu Yi Fan also known as Kris." I stated.

His eyes widen in panic. I'm sure he's thinking that I'm a sasaeng fan. "Don't worry, I'm not a sasaeng." I said before he could even jump into conclusions.

"How can I be so sure about that?" He said his voice sounded so.. scared.

I looked at him straight into the eyes and I chuckled as he suddenly flinched. Aigoo.

"If I'm a sasaeng, I should've threw you in a sack and kidnap you right away." I said jokingly. He nodded in realization and apologizes for thinking that I'm a sasaeng.

I can't blame him, EXO have a large group of sasaeng fans.

"It's okay." I said as I continued eating. The atmosphere became quiet but it didn't last long when he broke the ice.

"Uhm. Do you live here?" He asked.

"No. I'm actually flying back to my country tommorow night." I plainly said as I munched on my ice cream.

He looked somewhat disappointed when I said that but why would he? (⊙.⊙)？

"How about you? The last time I heard you're in Milan for filming."

"It's my first time in Italy so I decided to try visting other cities."

I chuckled, "alone?" I asked. "Not really, it just happened that I escape from the hotel where me and the film staffs are staying at." He explained and it seriously made me laugh.

"You're really brave for a first timer. Aren't you afraid getting lost?" I asked and he chuckled. "I know. It's no big deal, I can just call them." He said as he smiled.

I didn't even realized that we were already chatting for almost 2 hours now.

When the both of us stepped outside the shop,

"Can I ask one more favor?" He said.

I smiled, " Sure, what is it?"

"Well, you already know that I'm not familiar in this city, can you please tour me around?" He pleaded.

"First I became your translator now, a tour guide." I  stated as I chuckled. He was about to take it back since he thought I was getting pissed, "I'm just kiddin. I don't really mind since I actually planned on strolling around for the last time." I said and it made him smile.

"Let's try that!" Kris exclaimed like a child as he drags me towards the fountain.

He saw people wishing and throwing coins on it and I think he really wants to try it.

He fished out a 2 euro coins and gave me the other one. We turned as our backs was facing the fountain.

The both of us closes our eyes and silently wished. Once we're done Kris started counting. " 3.. 2.. 1!" He exclaimed as the two.of us threw our coins at the fountain.

We were both smiling widely. I've been here last month but this was my first time wishing on that fountain with a guy and not just any other guy, it was Kris of EXO.

Kris and I decided to stroll around the streets of Termini(A/N: It's like the center of rome)

Going in and out of the boutiques and any clothing shops.

It was already 7 pm but the sun was just setting.

As we were walking side by side, "So, who's you're bias in EXO?"

"Oh Sehun." I answered. I chuckled as I saw him pout. It's cute when he does that, but it really doesn't suit his built and personality.

"Why, don't you like me? I'm taller." He childishly demanded and it seriously made me chuckled. So this is the real Duizhang. Childishly cute and innocently sweet.

"I don't know, we've been strolling for quite a long time now and it's hard not to feel something." I stated which made him blush. I was too bold to confess that. But what can I do? That's just how I am.

The next thing I knew, he slipped his hands on mine and intertwined his fingers with mine. He was looking straight ahead and I can't help but to stare at our fingers tangled together.

"I just met you today and knew you for about a few hours but is it crazy if I tell you that my heart is starting to waver?" He said out of nowhere.

"It's not weird, it's not crazy either. Infact, a person can love someone in 3 seconds." I answered. My heart was really pounding hard and fast. I don't know why I didn't resist.. There's something inside of me that tells me to hold him, never let him go.

He smiled at me as we continued strolling.

"Hey, I know this seems off but why did you left EXO?" I asked as I averted my gaze.

He pressed his lips as he led me to sit on a bench at the park. The sun was already down and the only source of light was the lamp posts. There's a few couples here and there.

We sat together but he never let go of my hands. Gosh, my hands are already sweaty isn't he feeling gross about it?

"It's okay if you don't want to answer, I know you're still having a hard time dealing with it." I said and then silence.

"I didn't left EXO. I left the company not my group." He answered in a low tone and I nodded in understanding. It must have been so hard for him.

"You miss them don't you?" I asked. "Of course. I miss them. I badly miss them." His every words made my heart shatteres aswell. He have gone through alot and I really admired him for standing for himself.

"Anyway, what did you wish at the fountain earlier?" Kris asked changing the subject.

"Erm.I wish for EXO will still be one and for myself, a safe trip for tomorrow. How about you?" I asked.

"Well that was one of my wish.. and the other is.." I was anticipating for his answer but then his phone suddenly rings.

He groaned infrustration as he fished out his phone. I just chuckled and waited for him to finish.

Once done, "Looks like I need to go back.." he trailed off.

I plastered a reassuring smile, convincing myself that it's alright but inside, I really felt disappointed and I started questioning myself why do I even have to feel like this.

The two of us rode the bus and the whole  trip was just plainly quiet. Once we arrived at the bus stop.

"So, I guess this is goodbye.." I trailed off. He suddenly hugged me. His wide arms covered me, my face burried in his chest.

A tear escaped out of my eyes. How can I be so delusional, I fell inlove with this guy today knowing that this will be our first and last day together.

He broked the hug as he faces me. " Time will come.. I know we'll meet again. Loving you for the first time I met you? I will never regret it." He sincerely confesses wipping away my tears with his soft thumbs.

"Now, will you smile for me?" He asked as he cupped my cheeks for me to face him.

I smiled genuinely and he gave it back with his gummy smile.

I sneakily kissed his cheeks for a goodbye kiss. Then, his head leaned down on mine and I was quite taken a back.

I was about to step back but I was to late, he already grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him. Flashing a sly smirk before pressing his plump lips against mine.

My eyes widen. My first kiss. My mind literally turned blank and I could really feel fireworks emerging out of my stomach.

Once we pulled against each other, I was really blushing furiously. "사랑해." He confessed as he pecked my forehead and hugged me once again.

"나도 사랑해." I answered as I hugged him back.

Falling in love have no exact time. It will strike and aim at you anytime. He was a stranger to me and I was a stranger to him but in our hearts, we're each other's special someone. Falling in love with a stranger wasn't weird, stupid nor crazy, forcing yourself to love someone is.

Love at first sight or not,

It only takes seconds for a person to love someone.

Hi readers! This is the first time I had written a one-shot. Please guys, this is a pure fanfiction. I never met Kris here in Rome. This one-shot is just came out of my imaginations.

So, why did I put this with Sketchpad? I don't know either. Joke. It's just that I don't have a cover and I don't like publishing a book without a cover. Sorry.

I don't know of this came out good since this was my first time writting a one-shot story.

Credits to a good friend and classmate of mine who gave me the idea to do a one-shot before I fly back to the Philippines.
